I hired Eliab of The Good Tile to remove our 90s bleh kitchen floor tile, remove our backsplash…read moretile, and install over 300 square feet of new flooring tile plus new backsplash, and extensive accent wall tiling in the backsplash tile. My new floor tile has a pattern, and the backsplash tiles were 2.4" x 8" ceramic hand glaze ceramic tiles, and so neither would be easy to install unless the tile installer was very skilled. I thought the review photos on Yelp showed Eliab already has an extensive body of work done well, and I loved that he specializes in tile so I knew that he should be very competent at it. And he and his guys Salvi and Rafael were excellent! They worked hard and did very precise work. That was a ton of cuts and joints to line up perfectly with all that subway tile, and it looks wonderful. The cuts around light switches and power receptacles: also precise. He was as good as his word about showing up, doing it right, and cleaning up as they went. He earned my trust, was good to work with, and I would happily hire him again. I definitely recommend! I will post pictures for now as is - but keep in mind the construction is still going on so they will not look as great as they should. I'll try to remember to update our photos when the remodel is truly done.

As that happen over time, it went unnoticed until I got fed up with the kitchen and tried cleaning that area myself. Bad idea. Then I looked under the large area rug at the pristine tile there. Brian to the rescue. He spent 6+ hours cleaning tile, fixing grout and sealing the entire 860 sq ft....and he moved the furniture and rugs himself. It looks like new and is gorgeous!! iwe love the floor again. His price was much less than the other quotes we had, too. We will have him back in a few years (not 10) to do it again. Do not buy flooring material from Floor and Decor. They sell defective material and don't honor…read morewarranties. I purchased Nucor LVF (Luxury Vinyl Flooring) from Floor and Decor on 12/27/2023 paying $3.99 per sq. ft. It came with a Lifetime Warranty. Within few weeks of installation, the flooring had dents and scratches. My contractor filed the complaint with Floor and decor in March 2024. The company was supposed to send a rep out, but no one came. After waiting over a month for a rep, I had contractor take out the damaged flooring, re-purchased replacement flooring from Floor and Decor and had it installed since I did not want the floor to be half done. Meanwhile the claim from my contractor was denied. After reflooring was finished the floor started denting again. It is not standing up to the quality mentioned by Floor and Decor. I filed the compensation with Floor and Decor based on product's lifetime warranty but it was denied. I am really unhappy with the floor quality and plan to replace.

She and her crew were professional, on time, and speedy, and they did an excellent job of tiling the floor. She looked over the space and materials as soon as she arrived. She noticed that some of the tiles and materials were broken and missing. A quick call later, she located what was missing and ensured she had enough to complete the job. Her right-hand man got to work immediately to remove the carpet and begin prepping the space. She checked the flooring level and saw that it was not completely level and offered me options for correcting to make sure the job was done right. The complete job took a day and a half, and Meleni ensured I was satisfied before she left. They cleaned up after themselves and ensured we could take back any leftover full-size materials to get refunds. We were extremely pleased with the work and the staff and their professionalism. The floor looks wonderful. Next time we need tiling done, we'll call Meleni directly.
