[[HIGHLIGHT]]I love this place! There an instant sense of nostalgia as soon as you walk through the doors.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The blues brothers immediately greets you as nineties pop music plays in the background[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] You order your burger as well as how well you'd like the patty cooked, and pay at the counter. They'll call your name a short while later to collect. Then the fun part starts. There's an unlimited toppings bar on the side with fresh tomatoes, onions, pickles, banana peppers to choose from. And the best part? Unlimited cheese and jalapeño cheese sauce. This is what makes it in my opinion the best burger in Houston. You combo that with the soft buns and perfectly cooked patty, there's nothing like it As a native Houstonian, it's been sad to see Fuddruckers disappearing throughout the city. I'm hoping they'll start appearing more again soon

Couldn't wait to get there. Used to eat at another location frequently. Found this one and didn't disappoint! Service was great. No wait to sit. Short wait for our order. Love the freestyle for drinks and the jalapeño cheese! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great environment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Sports on Tv not too loud.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Y'all... I've been chasing many things in my life. Chasing a high since childhood; searching for something real and meaningful in this bleak world we find ourselves in these days. Today, I found it... Inside the last standing Fuddruckers at 10500 Town and Country Way. The wedge fries.. golden perfection smiling back at me as if they were relishing in their delicious demise. The 100% USDA beef patty.. oh so juicy and comfortably coddled between a sesame bun that feels like it was baked to perfection in the Garden of Eden. Orders aren't just called here; they're announced, like lottery winnings bestowed upon the chosen. And then there's the toppings bar... a democratic utopia of free choice. Pile it high, crown your burger however you please. Top it off with the pièce de résistance; two bubbling cauldrons of cheese (Jalapeño & Regular), free to ladle into small cups that might as well have contained the blood of Christ himself once before. No limits. I walked in a mere boy.. Lost in a world of pain and despair. However, I walked out a man. Sun shining and the future shining even brighter. I'm alive again. Fuddruckers is salvation!! 10/10. Bring back the Fudd in full force!!!

Oh how I miss Fudds... This is the last operating location in Houston...I live in San Diego where all the locations have closed so this was extra special... I started going to fudds as a kid in the late 80s. It's still just at amazing today. I really hope they survive... Got the half pound and fries... Fixed it up perfect at the toppings bar. Got the cheese sauce for the fries. Perfect!

A little bit more expensive than I used to remember, but everything is. The staff is friendly and helpful. We got through the line quickly, and my boys absolutely love their shakes and were able to get their order with french fries. One changes that they make thin fries as well as thick fries and I definitely think that's a great move. The mushroom burger doesn't have enough mushrooms on it for the extra money so I recommend just get a plain burger and loaded up with all of their sides that you can get for free. [[HIGHLIGHT]]You have to love the fun, lively atmosphere with sports on the TVs and great music.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I've been coming to Fuddruckers for the past four years since I moved to Houston, Texas, and I'm so grateful for the team here in Katy. My local Fuddruckers in Kingwood closed, so now I make the trip all the way out to Katy just to enjoy the same great food. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Even when the place is busy, the staff do a fantastic job keeping up with the traffic and maintaining everything clean and welcoming.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Huge thanks to the Katy team for continuing to deliver such excellent quality and service! I'm also a big fan of the Swiss mushroom burger--it's always cooked to perfection, just the way I like it. And I have to mention, the chocolate chip cookies are baked to perfection, too!

We decided to take a step into what we thought was going to be a relic, but to our surprise was actually a well updated classic from the past. My opinion on Fudd's is like many people who grew up with it for the last 20-30years, it holds a special place in my memories. I wasn't sure where this chain had ended up at after all the years in ownership changes with Luby's, but we decided to give it a try as it's basically in our backyard. I think that this is one of the few legacy franchises that this millennial can think of that has somehow managed to make the transition from dated genre restaurant into the modern day fast casual. The aesthetic was a perfect blend of what made Rucker's a great Hard Rock Cafe-esque neighborhood burger spot and the clean and bright look that modern diners seem to expect. It was immaculately clean here, and not because it was dead, they definitely took pride in their space. No sticky surfaces or unbused tables, I felt good about bringing my little one here. Menu has retained the simplicity that made it easy to come here as a kid. You just order the weight and cook temp of your burger and then you fix it up yourself. There are some set upgraded combos or you can upgrade a la carte, but it's all plain as day. The toppings bar is the key to the experience and where your visits here as a kid were probably amazing but as you grew older might have gotten less pleseant. I'm happy to say the the veggie bar for burger toppings was just as spotless and clean as the rest of the restaurant. All the available toppers looked and tasted fresh and crisp, truly a difference maker of a dining experience for the better. Food all tasted yummy, shakes were rich and thick, fries are still not my favorite (I like thin and crispy) but still good! We took advantage of the $1.99 kids meals every Monday and found that to be good value for our family. Me and the wife both demolished a 1/2 burger each, and left satisfied. The prices here still kinda are how I remember them as a youngin', in the higher side vs a fast food spot. Although that gap is probably narrowing with Bidenflation, the quality here is certainly higher than a most fast food. TL/DR; Fuddruckers made the jump into the 2020's and did it by doing what it did great when we were kids.

Had shaved ribeye Philly with sweet potato fries. There was probably a half pound of ribeye sliced on the sandwich so good nice mix of chili and onion and a nice melted cheese.

Haven't been to a Fuddruckers since my failed attempt at the 3 lb burger challenge many years ago (3LB Burger + 1lb of fries in under 1 hour.) Even in my prime amateur competitive eating days that was one of the toughest yet fun challenges. but that's a different story for a different day.. This location had plenty of parking and good customer service overall. I enjoyed the customizable menu options with various toppings; The veggie stations featuring all the condiments/toppings is always a welcome sight. The burger was okay (I added an egg and mushrooms). The onion rings were a bit too salty, and the wings could be cooked a bit longer. I'm a sucker for those fancy coke machines and always enjoy trying new flavors whenever I see them. Overall, decent burger spot, definitely not one of the healthiest options but a good place for family/kids or to watch a game.

I'm so happy Fuddruckers is still around. This place brings back childhood memories. Same fun, loving and rock vibes. I called ahead and confirmed the fresh produce station. The cashier was very sweet and welcoming. All the produce was crisp green and tomatoes were ripe. I love the melted cheese over my fries! I must say the kids Mac and cheese was VERY good. This restaurant was clean and operating smoothly. On the way out the manager and team thanked us. Such a great experience.

Can't go wrong with this local favorite chain. The burgers are served hot off the grill and service is fast on less busy days. Not the healthiest of choices but cannot eat well all the time. Parking: plenty Customer service: friendly Return : if work out before

Val Scott Thomas…read more Y'all were a great team! I was invited out for the battle of the bruschettas and I was treated sublimely. It was wonderful. The food is always great so no complaints there but my brave review is definitely the service. There were laughs, and background information on the restaurant, some of the chefs, and servers and it was also very interesting. We tried so many menu items. We had like three or four boards and several brunch items. Of course, I got the cucumber honey lemonade and I made my friend try it too. Lol. Delicious as always. 10 out of 10. However, I will say that the new battle of the board is not Great like I remember. They had super basic flavors and the ones they did experiment with different combinations were actually pretty disgusting. So, after two boards of those, we got our true blue staple favorites on the original menu. That did the trick! I think I've been to this location once or twice but I absolutely will be coming again!

Credence -- Where Live Fire Becomes Language and Houston Becomes Art…read more Credence isn't just a restaurant; it's a declaration written in flame. The moment you step inside, the room opens like a long exhale -- wide, airy, and confident, anchored by an open kitchen that glows with the kind of live fire that doesn't simply cook food but tells stories. This is Houston hospitality raised to its highest register, the kind that once earned a Michelin Star for service and still moves with the quiet pride of a place that knows exactly what it's doing. Chef Levi Goode's first brick‑and‑mortar feels like a culmination -- a fifth‑generation Texan with classical training finally building a home where both halves of his identity can stretch their legs. You taste the lineage in the smoke, the discipline in the technique, and the ambition in the menu, which reads like a love letter to Gulf waters, ranch land, and the elemental power of fire. Start with the seafood tower if you want to understand Credence's worldview: fresh, cold, towering abundance arranged with the precision of someone who respects the ocean as much as the plate. The smoked tuna dip is a quiet masterpiece -- silky, savory, and carrying a whisper of smoke that feels like a signature. But the deviled crab? That's where the kitchen shows off. The crab arrives tossed in a smoky tomato butter that clings to every fold, every shred, every hidden corner. Then comes the monkey bread -- warm, soft, pull‑apart temptation -- the kind of bread that makes you forget your manners and commit fully to the moment. But the flame is the true narrator here. It guides the entrées, sets the rhythm, and crowns the showpieces. The whole duck is a spectacle, a celebration, a feast meant for people who appreciate craft and aren't afraid of abundance. It arrives whole (no head), lacquered and glistening, with two legs transformed into confit jewels -- tender, rich, and decadent enough to make you pause mid‑bite. This is not a solo mission; bring a friend or two unless you plan to make a memory out of leftovers. If beef is your compass, the prime dry‑aged New York strip is a study in restraint and precision. Charred edges, deep flavor, and that unmistakable live‑fire signature that makes you wonder why you ever settled for anything cooked on a quiet grill. Dessert at Credence is not an afterthought -- it's a finale. The brown butter Bundt cake arrives warm and fragrant, crowned with chantilly cream that melts into every ridge. It's sized for a crowd, but sharing becomes a philosophical dilemma. Credence is not cheap, but it is honest. Every dollar is accounted for in intention, detail, and execution. This is Houston -- bold, generous, and unafraid -- translated into food, flame, and service. A restaurant that honors the land, the lineage, and the craft, all at once.

If you enjoy decadent food, Credence is the spot! The interior is refined but still welcoming and…read morelively with Southern charm. Service was amazing-- we loved our waiter who was a combination of polite, funny, and knowledgeable, and everyone gave us a smile. All the dishes were beautifully presented and flavorful but definitely on the heavier side. - Beet salad (5/5)-- wow, never had a beet salad like this one before! So much flavor with a tanginess from vinegar sweetened by the blueberries and beets. The beets didn't taste very earthy (aka like dirt) compared to most beet salad. This was really well executed :) - Caesar salad (3.5/5)-- Credence's spin on Caesar, which according to my Caesar salad pro diner, didn't really taste like Caesar salad. Also very tangy and tart but the pro still enjoyed it as a salad dish. - Roasted cabbage (4/5)-- big fan of the way they roasted this, perfect tenderness without being cabbage mush! Definitely a heavy dish, especially for a vegetable option, as it was swimming in a butter cream sauce that started to congeal as it cooled off. Would choose this more as an indulgent appetizer rather than a healthy veggie option. I wonder if one could ask for the sauce on the side... - Tuna tostada (3.5/5)-- if you like strong flavors, this one packs a punch. The gochujang aioli beneath the tuna is really concentrated, making it difficult to taste the actual tuna. There's a bit of heat but thankfully I wouldn't say it was spicy. Fun to try. The tostada itself was very dense and almost a bit bread-y versus a crispy chip texture. - Crab fried rice (4/5)-- comes with lobster foam that is mixed table side and a generous amount of crabmeat lumps. The rice actually had a nice texture without being too... grainy / individualized, but it was too salty for me. - Akaushi Wagyu beef (4.5/5)-- loved the texture which was tender but with some chew (was expecting more of a melt-in-the-mouth texture though) and the veggies that it came with. It was heavily salted, too much so for me. Would've been perfect with less salt since there's already a chimichurri sauce with it. - Peanut butter tart (4.5/5)-- peanut butter lovers rejoice! The chocolate filling was rich, thick, and sweet which was complemented nicely with the whipped cream (not sweet at all). The peanut flavor really shined. The crust didn't have much of a taste by itself and was sandy in texture, not sure if on purpose or over-baked and dried out. Either way, the tart looked impressive when it arrived and was delectable-- my favorite bite of the night! Overall a nice experience! Although there was a mess up and the rest of our two salads and crab rice wasn't packed with our other food to take home; I was pretty sad about that since it was quite a bit of food (and $$). I might return for that peanut butter tart, but everything else was too heavy and too salty for me. I'm personally not a huge butter fan, but if you are, definitely make a reservation for a special occasion or date!
