I really enjoyed the pork rolls and the absolute standout was the KFC dumplings, which we ordered as a bit of a joke, but the chicken katsu was light and fried perfectly with a well balanced spicy mayo sauce paired with it. The Shumai was not my favorite with the dumpling consistency being a bit chewy for my liking, and the Crab Rogoon (they spell it that way) was just okay, but overall, I would absolutely order from Mr Noodle and Ms Dumpling again!

My wife, a veterinarian, suspected that the lamb was actually beef, but that question aside, the lamb dish was delicious, with plenty of meat, chunks of bell pepper, and abundant scallions, in a delicious sauce. The star of the night was the tangerine beef, lightly breaded and perfectly fried, in a savory and slightly sour sauce. A few broccoli florets, a handful of tangerine segments, and a wonderful thick sauce completed the dish perfectly. We packed up the leftovers, collected the steamed buns, and headed back to the hotel. We grabbed some menus to give to fellow conference attendees when they ask where we went out to dinner.

Unfortunately, the last four times I called and made an order the person on a phone sort of comes off as rude in my Ramen soup and I'm in the soup not the food itself, but the soup face has been cold. I arrived on time or early and have to wait in the lobby, just a little while to get my food so I have a difficult time understanding why it has been cold. Again the food itself taste phenomenal and I will continue to order here. Just needs a little bit better customer service.

Before coming to the store, I called to ask about the price of the food and was quoted one amount. When I arrived, the price was significantly higher. I calmly mentioned that there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the price. Instead of handling the situation professionally, staff went behind the doors, and I overheard them calling me "stupid." Regardless of any pricing confusion, speaking about a customer that way is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I understand that misunderstandings can happen, but customers should always be treated with respect. After being a customer for so many years, I never expected to be treated this way. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling embarrassed, disrespected, and unwelcome. I hope the business takes customer service more seriously in the future because no one should be spoken about that way. I proceeded to take my food anyways and then found a piece of plastic bag in my food. so im not sure if they did that intentionally because I spoke up or if it was a mistake. They have a beautiful space with lots of seats, great lighting, and a very friendly staff.
