Very disappointed. We were here for dinner. Most of the vegetables were undercooked, the potatoes were served raw. The meat and corns were burnt. The so-called bbq bread and steamed bun were raw as well. I'd rather just use a toaster. Don't recommend this place at all. So my friends and I went to FT for the first time on Thursday. I've heard of this place for years but haven't got a chance to try it. Their lamb skewers and beef skewers are very good actually, just like the ones I had in China. They have ten skewers for fifteen dollars special, otherwise it's 1.6 for one. read more

5 stars for the food and the service. 3 stars for the floor cleanness. I went there multiple times and the food was the best. Came on the weekend, pretty busy about 80% full. We've been here many times and i'd say compared to TLT and Yang's, this place is the best out of the three. Pretty straight forward menu, they have the meats, vegetables on kabobs, and in addition they have soups, hot and cold dishes. during this visit we tried the following dishes: lamb kabob: nice and juicy, this restaurant uses good cuts of lamb, other places we tried the lamb was too lean chicken kabob: they must marinate the chicken because it was juicy as well chicken heart: about 4 pieces, no gooey taste here, i enjoyed it potato kabob - they put lots of cumin, good kick with each bite corn: they give you a whole corn unlike the other restaurants, very sweet mushroom kabob: on par tasted OK shredded dry tofu - cold dish, refreshing, good garlic taste with each bite chinese cake soup - with seafood, they put squid, artificial crab...warm and refreshing In the paste i've tried the fried rice, and the pan fried potato dish that reminds me of hash browns...both of which were really good. i also like how there meats aren't as greasy as the other kabob restaurants...i've seen places where there's puddles of oil when they serve you the kabobs. Good place for groups, and a place to eat and drink. If your not a drinker like me, try the honey green tea with your meal. Definitely worth checking out if your looking for some good chinese kabob. read more

Service was ok I guess. Only thing that got my group and I irritated was we ordered BBQ chicken wings, they ran out but none of the workers let us know. We waited for a while then finally asked about it. One of the worker just said we ran out and his coworker didn't know. Fine, no big deal. Then one of the beef tendons came. We ordered three of them. We told the worker but he kept arguing with us saying we only ordered one. We made sure to double check what we marked. He could've use a better attitude instead of arguing. read more

The food stunk! The chicken was so dry it was hard. Clearly overcooked. The squid had the opposite problem and was so hard it was tough to chew. The "vegetable" was a limp bok choy type green that was drowned in red sauce. The sausage was a hot dog. Even for the price, it was not worth the $20 we paid. We had to down our soda just to get some moisture with our meal. The only kabob that was tasty was the beef (which has the most pics on Yelp so we should've taken a hint and ordered only that.) Overpriced meats. You only get 1 skewer per order, don't expect to get full unless you order 10+ skewers. Not sure if the service is slow or just because the table in front of us ordered 40 or more skewers which occupied the kitchen. Sorry, but I usually like to eat Chinese kebab, but this place really sucks! Especially if you want to order the toast or bun, my goodness they were so dry after they grilled it, and the only taste was white sugar that they sprinkled on it. Another thing is, since it's suppose to be Chinese kebab, they should use herb to marinate the meat, but no...the meats were tasteless. Overall I have been to many of these Chinese kebab around the Bay Area, I have to say this place is the worst. I would not recommend it at all! read more

We tried a number of dishes here and overall were very impressed. The lamb and beef kebabs were outstanding and highly recommended. The chicken kebab was just OK. For our vegetable dish, we tried the cold lotus and it was very fresh and seasoned just right. The ga da tang seafood soup was delicious. The waiter was friendly and the food came out fast. Minus one star for the bathroom, which was not very clean. The charcoal broiled Kabobs are delicious. I ordered their lamb, beef, shrimp Kabobs. Since I have to watch what I eat, I had to hold back my appetite. My favorites are shrimp and lamb. The meat is tender and sweet, spiced right to taste. Reassembled traditional Chinese street food that I had back in mainland China. The price is very reasonable. The owner young and very nice. He told me that he is applying alcohol license. This is a great news. Would love to wash down some Kabobs with a cold one. read more
