Greg (the owner) and his son (Jake) do an excellent job. They're timely, and fair on pricing. He actually charged less than he had quoted because the job was a little easier than expected, not typical of local businesses. If you live in the Encinitas/Carlsbad area these are your guys for carpet and upholstery. He even cleaned our daughter's old stuffed rocking horse and it looks new again. read more

I had my carpet for 20 years so you'd probably think I'd have to replace it but the father and son team at Fry's carpet cleaning did such an awesome job on my carpet that I decided not to replace it because it looked brand new.. I would highly recommend this team of professionals to anyone. Thanks again for the great job! read more

Fry's is an family-operated business in Encinitas. They have done a spectacular job cleaning my carpets and have no hidden fees for spot cleaning, furniture moving, etc, what you're quoted is what you pay. I was impressed with the results, which led me to use them again. Their carpet cleaning van is often seen in Beacons, and you can see the father and son team surfing in the line up, as they are as local as you find! read more

I was having my balconies worked on and a worker accidentally put a tool covered in rust on top of my brand new crushed velvet club chair. I tried to get it out myself and of course it only made it worse, but Greg and his son Jake came to save the day. They completely restored the chair, leaving no signs of damage whatsoever. They also cleaned the carpets in two rooms all for a very reasonable price. I had the carpets cleaned when I moved in, but the company I used could not get out some stains on the white carpet leaving it looking like a crime scene. Greg and Jake were able to get all the stains out leaving the carpets looking like they were brand new. They were extremely punctual and finished the job in less than an hour. I completely trust this father/ son team with my carpet and upholstery needs and plan to obtain thier services again. read more

Our family has been using Greg and Jake to clean our carpets and tile for years. It's difficult to keep my place looking sparking with all my pets and excess foot traffic. However, the team always does a great job at making my sad carpets look new again, and I know I can depend on them to get the job done right! They provide excellent customer service, and the results speak for themselves. Thanks guys for making my life easier! read more

I wanted to take a minute to tell everyone about a recent experience with Fry's Carpet Cleaning. Greg showed up exactly as scheduled which doesn't sound like a big deal but I have a hectic schedule and his promptness meant a lot to me. Greg quickly got to work and my filthy carpets were looking new again. He even got out an old dog urination spot. Very professional experience. read more

Great work at fair prices! First of all - know your carpet cleaning service! You have to have a truck-mounted service because it has the highest water extraction of any type of cleaning and does the best job out of any of them out there. So Fry's system is truck mounted and Greg and Jake are totally cool and nice. Greg did a move-out cleaning for my house in Aviara (amazing job - no spots left!) and in my place, he cleaned very old carpets back to life (after the previous occupant had had like Stanely Steamer - bad job done) and then buffed by retro granite tile floor to new luster. I found his prices to be very reasonable and competitive too. read more

Absolutely phenomenal. We have a 5 month old puppy that had done some damage to the carpet throughout the house, but after a couple hours with Greg the carpet is spotless. Will absolutely use again. read more

On time and on budget. Professional and prompt. Our home's carpet looked fantastic after they came. Great job!

Fry's is outstanding. To no avail, I had been reaching out to various, recommended carpet cleaners since last week trying to find a company that could get me in before the end of today. This morning was the first time I reached out to Fry's, based on their Yelp reviews as well as reviews I had seen on NextDoor. They squeezed me in, were able to clean the area rugs I needed done, as well as a vanity chair that was filthy. George and Jake were friendly, professional and their prices were reasonable. I really can't thank them enough for taking the time to get me in today. Highly recommend - it is obvious they go the extra mile to make their customers happy!! read more

Five stars, plus!! There are carpet cleaning companies and then there are carpet cleaning companies. Fry's stands above the rest! I had such a positive experience. They were able to schedule me right away, arrived on-time, and were succinct and efficient in the manner in which they went about cleaning. Plus, nice touches --leaving booties to wear while carpets dried and they even steamed cleaned my front door mat on the way out! Experienced, proficient and pleasant to work with all the way around.
