Hands down my favorite spot to catch some food in Buda. It is the only restaurant with food that is fresh, light, and healthy That is in an easy to access area. The Paninis are phenomenal! I love the Italiano and add pepperoni. The "whole" panini is quite big and very filling. The fruit is very fresh and a great side to your meal. Every single shake tastes delicious and pairs well with your meal or is great on it's own. My niece gives two big thumbs up to the bakery items, her favorite being the HUGE cinnamon roll. When we were in we were able to speak to the owner and he let us know they are doing their own delivery now at a much better rate than the delivery apps. If you're within five miles it's $1.99! Solid food and great customer service! I was craving a chicken Cesar wrap but couldn't find anywhere with it on the menu; Frullati had Cesar salad on the menu and any sandwich could be a wrap. I went in just hoping they'd put a salad in a wrap and they were so accommodating! The manager (I think) even confirmed each ingredient and suggested skipping the croutons which I agreed with. The wrap really hit the spot! Only small complaint was that they panini pressed the wrap which led to some limp lettuce- I didn't know the wraps would be pressed. But this was a small issue and the wrap was satisfying. The husband got a sandwich and said it was good though the bread was cut a little unevenly. I'm not sure what's happened to this location in the last couple of years, but the quality of their sandwich making has gone way down hill. I just received a sandwich from them for lunch today via delivery. I only get tomato, spinach and onion as vegetables, so there is plenty of room to add all 3. This is the third time I've gotten paper thin, half moon slivers of onion and tomato. My last sandwich was missing spinach. I know the cost of things are expensive, but I think they could spare a few more slices of their extra thinly sliced vegetables. This sandwich today. First time here and my experience was amazing. I'm not sure why It took me so long to try them out. First off customer service is great meeting the owner and his workers they were so kind and knowledgeable about the food that they serve. I and up getting one of the delicious fresh muffins that they serve daily OMG!! When I tell you it was delicious and really hit the spot! I end up getting a chipotle Panini which he told me was The number one selling Panini. It was delicious toasted perfectly and they made it so good also end up getting a smoothie. The smoothie was delicious and taste way better than smoothie King. It tasted natural without the powder taste added to it. Everything was so delicious and I will be back. Delicious paninis!! We had the panini club and the turkey chipotle panini. Everything was made fresh and the half size is actually a really good portion from what I was imagining. They love to put onions on everything even if you say no onions they blame it on you add extra onions refuse to return your money and will charge you for another completele sandwich. I was really hoping the one in Buda had a different owner than the one in Barton Creek mall it doesn't same rude guy w/ zero customer service skills. Onions and terribly rude service . Amazing service, we ended up here about 15 minutes before they were to close on a Saturday night. I had yelped for a dessert option and the only one that was open and near us was Frullati. So glad we were led here, we scored a delicious piece of cheesecake and a brownie (the cheesecake had the added benefit of getting fresh fruit added to it!) The real differentiator however was the service. I believe it was the owner behind the counter and he was so friendly and welcoming!
