I'm not sure what's happened to this location in the last couple of years, but the quality of their sandwich making has gone way down hill. I just received a sandwich from them for lunch today via delivery. I only get tomato, spinach and onion as vegetables, so there is plenty of room to add all 3. This is the third time I've gotten paper thin, half moon slivers of onion and tomato. My last sandwich was missing spinach. I know the cost of things are expensive, but I think they could spare a few more slices of their extra thinly sliced vegetables. This sandwich today. I picked off the banana pepper, im not sure if they added that by accident or if my husband put it on the order.

There's a sock in the parking lot and the bathroom is disgusting. The employees are super nice. The sandwiches are okay. I liked it. I didn't love it. The spinach was very fresh so that's a huge bonus. Except that it was both sandwiches and wasn't supposed to be. Would I drive down from Georgetown again? No. Was it better than subway? I think yes.

I came with my mom a few weeks ago and got a breakfast panini. It was one of the best things I've ever eaten. The employees were so nice.

The asian chicken salad...Not.

So, I decided to give their salads a try, because the asian salad sounded great. Unfortunately, I received a different salad with cucumbers, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and tomatoes with the chicken and oranges thrown on top. Not what I was looking forward to all day at work. No green onions either.

Was excited to go. Came at 10am Saturday (8/18/18) morning and the shop was closed despite being advertised as open.

Luckily for us, his recommendation was spot on as La Ola is a great little ice cream shop with a large variety of different cures to whatever your sweet tooth desires. Parking is pretty accessible as it's in a small strip of stores and restaurants and there's ample outdoor seating as well to take in a nice summer night. The interior of the store is also nice and clean, making you feel like you're in a well run place from the moment you step in. We ordered a banana pudding scoop in a cone and a scoop of the Cookie Monster in a cup. The line here moves pretty quickly which is good so we didn't have to wait long from the moment we entered to the moment we began eating outside. The ice cream was delicious. The banana pudding tastes just as advertised with chunks of Nilla wafer throughout the bites, incredibly spot on. The Cookie Monster also tasted great, essentially a cookies and cream scoop dyed blue, but why not have a bit of fun with it? The whole experience was great and if ice cream isn't your thing they have numerous other options like shakes and ice pops to get you by. The only ding we can think of is that the trash outside was overrunning and looked like it hadn't been changed in hours. Nevertheless, we're very glad we stopped by here to get a sweet treat and would highly recommend it to anyone in the far South Austin/Kyle area looking to cool off on a summer night.

I LOVE telling my co-workers "Gotta run to the liquor store for lunch, brb". I love even more the actual lunch, their sandwiches are redick good and I take all of my out of town guests here for the same experience. Let's run to the liquor store for lunch! No one expects the deliciousness they are about to receive. My go-to sammie is the Angry Bird (hold the angry--not a fan of dijon). It is chock full of turkey, melty swiss cheese, sauteed mushrooms, greenery and their signature semi sweet pickles. But when feeling "healthy" I also love the Athena which has cukes and spinach and kalamatas and other tasty veggies and you can add turkey or ham if you're a carnivore. All sammies come with a little bag of plain potato chips (perfect for stacking in your sammie) and a really tasty dill pickle slice. I love that I can call and pre order and it is ready by the time I make the 12 minute drive there. I love that it is almost always the same nice lady taking my calls and checking me out. And I LOVE that yes, I do tend to buy wine "for later" during my work day...just feels a little bit naughty.

Sadly I don't have a picture of the sandwich because it disappeared so fast! I will always recommend this place to anyone who wants a good sandwich.
