Sooo I knew I should have pulled off when they opened the window and it smelled like rotting fruit but O was like, "no you're being extra you already ordered". MISTAKE!! The smoothie was a simple jetty punch extra strawberry, it was not good at all the jalapeño corn looked slimy so I didn't want it my daughter tried it (because she eats everything) immediately started gagging and ran over to the trash to spit it out she said it tastes like old food smells my buffalo chicken wrap also had old wilted, brown lettuce . What a joke of a business. Wife and I showed up for an already placed online order for a 12:25 pickup, only to show up to a paper sign that said they're closed until 3pm. Why would you not have your hours updated online or your online order system adjusted accordingly? It wasn't just us, as another person showed up with a similar issue. The lone employee inside refused to at least come to the door to help cancel the order or help us understand what the best course of action should be. All we got was a shaking head and a thumbs down motion from inside the store without trying to talk to us. Even if it's out of your hands, a simple explanation would make all the difference. I would never recommend such a poor experience to anyone. read more

Well to start off, I called twice to check if it was open and no one answered. I understand places get busy so I wasn't upset until I walked in and there's only like three customers sitting down in a mostly empty establishment. As far as açaí bowls go this has been the worst version of it that I've tried. The açaí is frozen solid as opposed to the smoothie consistency you get at every other place and they don't even use real granola. It's literally just ground up nature valley lol. Definitely not worth the 23 dollars I spent on two "açaí" bowls. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone wanting to enjoy an easy to eat açaí bowl unless you wanna spend 5 minutes breaking your plastic spoon trying to dig it out. read more

Ordered 2 different smoothies and the lazy people working gave me the same exact smoothies. We couldn't tell the difference when they gave them to us cause they usually are the same color. But when I drank my smoothie they both tasted the same. If it was the same smoothie I would have ordered it. The workers in there are just too lazy to cut up different fruits. Horrible experience. Attempted to go through the drive-thru but sat for 15 minutes without moving. Not a single person moved through the line during that time. Went inside to try to place an order instead. There were 3 people in front of us. Not one time did a staff member greet or apologize for the delay. They didn't even make eye contact. We waited 10+ minutes before leaving without placing an order. None of the 3 people in front of us were able to place an order either. This still is rude and incompetent. read more

Only gets two stars because the food and smoothies are actually good. The customer service, or lack there of, is ridiculous. I have ordered from here 3-4 times. All online orders and I give the appropriate amount of time before going to pick it up. The last time I went two of the employees were chatting behind the counter and then moved further into the smoothie making area to continue their conversation when I approached the counter. When they finally called someone else over to try and take my order I just gave them my name and they handed me my food. Today was an even worse experience. I was the only one in like and I stood at the counter for five minutes, to the point the woman who started a line behind me asked if I had ordered yet. Once they had a line of 4 people, I was asked what I'd like to order. When I gave her my name, just as I thought, the bag of food and smoothie I had been looking at on the counter for the past 5 minutes was handed to me. I have literally never given a bad review for any place before, only given 5 stars. I keep giving this place a chance but every single time the service is AWFUL and my order is always wrong. I just got home and opened my peanut butter banana wrap with NO BANANAS?? (The main Ingredients-paid $6 for that btw) Last time it was no granola. Whenever I come back in and let them know they forgot my side (happened twice) or an ingredient (happened multiple times) they never even give a sorry or offer a refund or solution. The manager offered me only a refund just this one time. We had to come all the way back and waste an hour of our day. Their people skills are horrible. Once I waited in a line for food on my short lunch break and when I finally got to the cash register they told me they weren't even taking food orders right now. Ok? I didn't even ask for anything special just their blueberry bliss smoothie and sunrise sunset smoothie . There looked like there were 3 ppl working this is a small location . I was ignored when I arrived at the window I saw no one at the window . No apology for the long wait . Just expect rude and extremely slow service. When they first opened up, I would've given them a full five stars. I would buy from them at least 3 to 4 times a week. The flatbread was good. The wraps were good and the salads were good in the last couple of weeks. The wraps have shrunk down 50%, as well as the flatbreads, but the price has not changed. Another issue I have is when you order multiple smoothies they are not labeled correctly or at all. You're kinda have to guess which smoothie is which. If the service continues like this, I don't see an increase in business in their future they need to go back to their original quality of food and portions. read more

They closed an hour early (9pm), could have been even sooner than that but I arrived at 9pm. The hours of operation is from 7am-10pm Mon-Thu, this is posted online and on a posters on the glass of the restaurant. I even tried to get ask the workers through the window if they were closed and they ignored me and walked away!
