Sooo I knew I should have pulled off when they opened the window and it smelled like rotting fruit but O was like, "no you're being extra you already ordered". MISTAKE!! The smoothie was a simple jetty punch extra strawberry, it was not good at all the jalapeño corn looked slimy so I didn't want it my daughter tried it (because she eats everything) immediately started gagging and ran over to the trash to spit it out she said it tastes like old food smells my buffalo chicken wrap also had old wilted, brown lettuce . Needless to say I will not be returning. read more

My daughter and I visited last night after flag football practice. Customer service was absolutely top notch. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable. Wrap, flatbread and smoothie was delicious. Good customer service is hard to find nowadays. Keep up the great work! read more

Always great smoothies and great service. If you want a great smoothie quick and a nice clean dining room this is the place for you.

First time visiting and the friendly lady at the counter was so helpful. It was almost closing time and she still greeted us with a smile and kept a great attitude. Happy with our smoothies! read more

What a joke of a business. Wife and I showed up for an already placed online order for a 12:25 pickup, only to show up to a paper sign that said they're closed until 3pm. Why would you not have your hours updated online or your online order system adjusted accordingly? It wasn't just us, as another person showed up with a similar issue. The lone employee inside refused to at least come to the door to help cancel the order or help us understand what the best course of action should be. All we got was a shaking head and a thumbs down motion from inside the store without trying to talk to us. Even if it's out of your hands, a simple explanation would make all the difference. I would never recommend such a poor experience to anyone. read more

Great service, and food is always good! They served us quickly and were very friendly.

Everything was very quick and the staff was so kind and friendly. Will be coming back to this location!! Super clean and cute too

they forgot some of my food had to go back and had to go waste gas for not even good food acai bowl taste alright but the smoothie in it tasted and smelled rotten read more

Fresh and delicious. Noel is friendly and efficient. She always makes me feel welcome. Love the fruit smoothies, great pick me up on a hot day. read more

Well to start off, I called twice to check if it was open and no one answered. I understand places get busy so I wasn't upset until I walked in and there's only like three customers sitting down in a mostly empty establishment. As far as açaí bowls go this has been the worst version of it that I've tried. The açaí is frozen solid as opposed to the smoothie consistency you get at every other place and they don't even use real granola. It's literally just ground up nature valley lol. Definitely not worth the 23 dollars I spent on two "açaí" bowls. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone wanting to enjoy an easy to eat açaí bowl unless you wanna spend 5 minutes breaking your plastic spoon trying to dig it out. read more

Ordered 2 different smoothies and the lazy people working gave me the same exact smoothies. We couldn't tell the difference when they gave them to us cause they usually are the same color. But when I drank my smoothie they both tasted the same. If it was the same smoothie I would have ordered it. The workers in there are just too lazy to cut up different fruits. Do better all you have to do is cut up fruit they should be ashamed of themselves.Try your smoothie before you leave!!!!!!! read more

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Paid $27.36 for 2 TINY açaí bowls. And of course they make you pay before you can see how small the bowls are. Save your money and go to JuiceLand. In addition they click the highest tip amount when handing over the payment device. read more

Horrible experience. Attempted to go through the drive-thru but sat for 15 minutes without moving. Not a single person moved through the line during that time. Went inside to try to place an order instead. There were 3 people in front of us. Not one time did a staff member greet or apologize for the delay. They didn't even make eye contact. We waited 10+ minutes before leaving without placing an order. None of the 3 people in front of us were able to place an order either. This still is rude and incompetent. read more

Only gets two stars because the food and smoothies are actually good. The customer service, or lack there of, is ridiculous. I have ordered from here 3-4 times. All online orders and I give the appropriate amount of time before going to pick it up. The last time I went two of the employees were chatting behind the counter and then moved further into the smoothie making area to continue their conversation when I approached the counter. When they finally called someone else over to try and take my order I just gave them my name and they handed me my food. Today was an even worse experience. I was the only one in like and I stood at the counter for five minutes, to the point the woman who started a line behind me asked if I had ordered yet. Once they had a line of 4 people, I was asked what I'd like to order. When I gave her my name, just as I thought, the bag of food and smoothie I had been looking at on the counter for the past 5 minutes was handed to me. If I didn't know better (OSHA laws and all) I would have just grabbed it myself. read more

if i was a karen, maybe i wouldn't give this place 5 stars HOWEVER, I am not a karen and I also work in the food industry and understand what it feels like to be so overwhelmed and having people be mean to you for things you cannot control. Whoever was working the drive through today deserves a raise and the management at this location NEEDS to hire more people because yall have this girl stressed. She is slaying the drive through and doing her best. I've seen her twice now, first time she was literally sweating because the store had no A/C. This time, she gave me a coupon because of the long wait in the drive through due to them being terribly short staffed. my smoothie bowl was delicious queen read more

I have literally never given a bad review for any place before, only given 5 stars. I keep giving this place a chance but every single time the service is AWFUL and my order is always wrong. I just got home and opened my peanut butter banana wrap with NO BANANAS?? (The main Ingredients-paid $6 for that btw) Last time it was no granola. Whenever I come back in and let them know they forgot my side (happened twice) or an ingredient (happened multiple times) they never even give a sorry or offer a refund or solution. The manager offered me only a refund just this one time. We had to come all the way back and waste an hour of our day. Their people skills are horrible. Once I waited in a line for food on my short lunch break and when I finally got to the cash register they told me they weren't even taking food orders right now. Ok? Then that sign needs to be on the front door.I've worked in customer service for years so I am usually sooo forgiving but this is just so unacceptable! read more

Ordered food through the app, food did not come out for 45 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Only two employees working. No management present to help the employees. I blame management and imagine they will lose customers. Too bad. You will have a hard time keeping employees if you don't actually give them support and leadership. Sad thing is.... You just opened and are a new business. read more

Was excited to try this as I love smoothies . From where I was originally Jamba Juice was my spot. But this place has no etiquete in customer Service . It Took over 14 mins to get two smoothies . I didn't even ask for anything special just their blueberry bliss smoothie and sunrise sunset smoothie . There looked like there were 3 ppl working this is a small location . I was ignored when I arrived at the window I saw no one at the window . No apology for the long wait . Just expect rude and extremely slow service. The smoothie was good it was on the extra sweet side but I did get their signature smoothies to try. So expect super sweet. read more

I've been to Tropical Smoothie in Kyle a few times now. Great service each time. Place is always clean and tidy. I haven't tried the food yet but the smoothies are excellent. I highly recommend them. read more

I like tropical smoothies and their food... Never any jalapeño corn :( I would really like to try it. I've tried to order it 2 times now and both times they have been out of it. read more

When they first opened up, I would've given them a full five stars. I would buy from them at least 3 to 4 times a week. The flatbread was good. The wraps were good and the salads were good in the last couple of weeks. The wraps have shrunk down 50%, as well as the flatbreads, but the price has not changed. Another issue I have is when you order multiple smoothies they are not labeled correctly or at all. You're kinda have to guess which smoothie is which. If the service continues like this, I don't see an increase in business in their future they need to go back to their original quality of food and portions. read more

Service was good, wraps are excellent, and the smoothies are yummy :) it's definitely a more refreshing fast food place than the usual ones around Kyle. Healthier options and a great smoothie menu! read more

Drive-thru was cooperative and respectful. Most importantly, the taste of the wrap i had was amazing. I got a buffalo grilled chicken wrap and a mango smoothie. AWESOME COMBO! read more

Service is horrible and super slow. There is no urgency nor care for how long people have to wait. I have now been trapped in a drive thru line for 20 plus minutes for 2 smoothies. Def won't be back read more

This place is awful. My food wrap that was meat to be hot was cold and all I tasted in the smoothie was ice because they did let the blender finish. I should've went inside instead of the drive thru. This store give Tropical smoothie and awful name read more

Service is horrible here! We went through the drive through and waited 4 minutes just for someone to actually acknowledge we were there. Then when my husband begin to order he asked a couple questions and got no response. Then when we finally did get a response it was "is that all?" So with are questions not answered we went to the first window and paid out however, we waited another 15 minutes for two smoothies. Not happy! read more

They closed an hour early (9pm), could have been even sooner than that but I arrived at 9pm. The hours of operation is from 7am-10pm Mon-Thu, this is posted online and on a posters on the glass of the restaurant. I even tried to get ask the workers through the window if they were closed and they ignored me and walked away! Management needs to address this problem, whether that is talking to the staff team about the closing time or changing the website and poster. read more

When I went there I saw only one person working, everybody else was standing around as this one employee did all of the work. And they got my order completely wrong and then when I asked an employee (one that was standing around) to fix it she was incredibly rude and told me they couldn't take it back due to company policy. Then her and everyone else went back to gossiping or whatever they were talking about. Extremely extremely unprofessional business read more
