Me and my wife came here for my birthday. I haven't been to a Friendly's in a while, but wanted to go here since it was close by. When we walked in, there was a little bit of a wait, but it didn't take too long to get seated. Our waitress was very professional when she came over and spoke to us. She also repeated our orders back to us just to make sure she got them right the first time. I got a grilled cheese in my wife got a quesadilla. All the food came out in a good timely manner, and it was all very delicious. Of course we had to order ice cream, and we were not disappointed with the Sundays we got. They had a very good deal with pick 3 items for one price. Overall, it was a great experience, and we definitely will return to eat here again. read more

The staff here are so friendly, my boyfriend and I came here for lunch and our waitress, Sam, was very nice and beyond helpful and her energy was just amazing. I come here every week with my aunt who lives nearby at Azalea. We've had burgers, grilled cheese, soups, quesadillas and sandwiches--basically working our way through the menu. The food was soo good much better than I'd remembered. I got the all American burger happy ending meal and my daughter got the chicken fingers ( chicken pops) kids meal with clown sundae. HELLO WORLD! I gave this Friendly's a 5-Star because of our waitress, Julie, nope I didn't remember her name but, our Lil Chef SUMMER did! My husband and I took Lil Chef SUMMER out to dinner tonight at Friendly's because this little girl can cook the most AMAZING foods EVERY time for Grammy!! Sometimes I and/or we both like to try meals out!! YES!!! Chef SUMMER in-the-making had a ball looking at the menu and letting Grammy snap her photo until Grammy rolled back the cheese and saw that her burger was NOT the, Friendly's burger that she had expected!! When my mother had to sit at a table, and the section was closed, Marge opened the section to accommodate my mother and Joe happily stepped up to serve us. We could not get the grandmother to go any further than the closest Friendly's for Mother's Day lunch, so we ended up here unplanned and were seated immediately as a party of 7. I hadn't been to a Friendly's in forever, especially for anything other than a milkshake. Our long table was so close to the other nearby tables, that my chair's back was only a few inches from the back of the chair of the next table, making getting up and getting by very difficult. TVs are kept off here unless requested. The cold waters were served in large cups and relatively kept pretty full. I ordered the Grilled Cheese with tomato basil soup, and also wanted to try the side of "adult mac and cheese." The grilled cheese comes with american, cheddar, and swiss cheeses, and was pretty good except the bread seemed too thick for the small amount of cheese that was served between the bread. The tomato soup wasn't too bad. The adult mac and cheese spirals were actually pretty good- if they were made into a full course, I may actually return for them sometime. Overall, service was pretty good, food wasn't as bad as I'd anticipated, and it was a pretty nice experience. read more

Worst friendlys I've been to. We just went for ice cream. Placed our order and of the 4 sundaes none were made correctly. Three came in sundae glasses and my wife's came in a food to go box with everything wrong ( see photo). It looked gross. If they didn't have another sundae glass clean one or if at least use a sundae to go cup. Not even an ounce of care. Manager remade but still charged full price. Went to this Friendly's location for ice cream with my boyfriend after a date night. The restaurant was pretty empty so when we arrived the host, who ended up being our waiter, kindly told us we could sit where ever we wanted. He took our drink order as we sat down and was pretty prompt with service the rest of the night. I ordered my favorite ice cream combination, cookies and cream with hot fudge and gummy bears, and my boyfriend got an Oreo sundae. The ice cream was pretty good, for a small serving size we each got a pretty generous portion of ice cream. So much so that we couldn't finish it.
