At five guys the food is okay. I mean it's not gross but it's really not the best food ever. The fries want to make me throw up but my mom liked them so I'm happy. The service was pretty nice. It was fast ish. The ambiance here was really clean and pretty. But It's kinda unpleasant and messy with things just everywhere. They could definitely use some more organization and help. What.... fresh cut fries that were unbelievably good. Five Guys reminds me of an old fashioned take out burger joint from the past. As soon as you walk in there's a barrel filled with roasted peanuts where you can grab a bowl full while you wait for your order to be prepared. Ordering was really simple.... just the way you like it. I ordered a single patty burger without cheese along with the usual compliments like lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion, mayo, mustard and ketchup. I washed it all down with their signature handmade milkshakes chocolate to be exact which was delish! Overall everything was fresh and the only thing was frozen was the ice cream for my shake and that's how I like it! Five Guys has made a believer out of me. I went to this store to pick up a mobile order and the "manager" was standing there at the counter for pick up and was texting on her phone, then proceeded to look at me 5 different times and not say a single word to me then went over to the fry machine and just stood there and I had to literally say something to her as I'm looking at my bag sitting on top of the machine waiting for my fries to get made because they're not made until you arrive doesn't say a damn word to me so I had to say something to her because she's now ignoring a customer waiting to pick up their food which is highly disrespectful. It's horrible customer service and she needs to be demoted or terminated. You do not treat customers that way I don't care what you're doing, you at least greet the person and say I'll be right with you whatever it is You don't sit there and text on your phone while you have a Customer standing there and then move literally slower than molasses and then when I say something doesn't say a single word. Not one word was spoken out of her mouth. I worked in food service for 20 years and I am a manager and I would never in a million years treat a customer so disrespectfully. It was absolutely ridiculous u wish I would have recorded her. Just the fact that she sees me standing there and just continues to text on her phone?? Dear Five Guys, Just take my money. Take it all now . This place has the best freaking French fries! I love that they always post where the potatoes came from that they're using that day on a board outside of the kitchen. They are a little pricey, but I feel like they're a higher level of fast food, so it's totally worth it. My go to is a "Regular Fry". They fill the cup up with fries, and then throw another scoop of fries in my bag. When I get back to work the bag is soaked with grease, and that just makes me even more excited to dig in (as horrible as that sounds). I make sure to fill a condiment cup with ketchup and I'm set! I have eaten their burgers before, but I don't eat red meat that often, so when I do indulge I add the green peppers and onions. So friggin delish. Not awesome. That's how I'd describe my experience at Five Guys tonight. I was so pumped for a Five Guys burger, since they are Whole30-compliant. The young lady who took our order was friendly and seemed to understand exactly what I wanted - a burger in a lettuce wrap, with grilled onions, tomato and pickles. When our number was called, my mom and I grabbed the bag and went back to her house to dig in. I opened up my container and couldn't believe it: two grossly overcooked patties, no lettuce whatsoever, a couple slices of pale tomato, a couple pickles and a small pile of grilled onions. Where was the g-d $&*# lettuce wrap?! In that moment I was Nancy Kerrigan. Whyyyyyyyyy? My stepdad said the Cajun fries were really good, but his burger, and my mom's, were also majorly overcooked. So, if you're like me & being from Southern California, listening to all the hype in your own "backyard" about this 5 Guys Burgers & how much better it is than In-N-Out, is somewhat blasphemous. Right? From where we currently live (here in SoCal), there is a 5 Guys approx 25 miles to the North and another about 20 miles to the South. Well, while visiting my brother in Palmyra N.J. for the Thanksgiving Holidays, I just so happened to discover there was one right around the way from his house. So, it was only necessary to find out what all the jibber-jabber was all about. We had no plans for dinner that night after Thanksgiving, so we all decided to go. This would be me & my wife's first time at this establishment. To my surprise I found that the 5 Guys' burger is quite tasty! I especially like their numbering system of the special ordered burgers. Loaded or unloaded, you make it your way with the fixins that are available. There were 4 of us with 4 different burgers. Each wrapped burger is numbered which corresponds to the numbered burger on the receipt. On the receipt after each number is the description of each burger & its contents. Genius! One order of fries is definitely enough for two, maybe even 3 people. Very good fries by the way. However, it is definitely hard to compare their burger to the left coast's In-N-Out burger. The freshness of the Double-Double's lettuce & tomato...and if you happen to get it with grilled onions, it's perfection. The special thousand island dressing that is dolluped upon the Double-Double is...well, special! But this isn't a review about In-N-Out & their burgers... 5 Guys is definitely a unique experience. You're getting a nibble of that side of the country. As you walk in [at this particular 5 guys] , you'll see the bags and bags of Idaho potatoes stacked waist high upon entering & there's a humongous container of peanuts right by the "pick-up" line for you to munch on while you wait. I'm a burger guy hands down and I'm pretty picky about how I want my burgers to be. 5 guys by far is one of the top favorites. This one in paticular around 12 was not busy at all. Take Five Guys for what it is-- a classic fast food burger joint. The burgers and fries aren't gourmet, but that's not what you're coming here to get. Five Guys always hits the spot for me-- when I want to get really full from a burger, I go here. Burgers are prepared assembly line style and to order. You can follow your burger as it progresses through the open kitchen, so you can keep an eye on it. The burgers have tons of toppings to choose from as well, which you tell them as you order. I love that everything is customizable. They give you tons of fries (I have to share the regular sized), and I noticed that they recently added a smaller option for those of us with small appetites! They also have a host of other options, like grilled cheese and hot dogs. Sadly, this location doesn't have the Coke freestyle machine, but I hope it gets one one day-- those things are epic. Five Guys is pricier than other joints, like Mickey D's, but the amount of food you get makes up for the price. My preferred fast food burger place. read more

just now Worst customer service experience ever! I went here last night with my family and it was the worst experience ever at a fast food restaurant! We traveled with a 10 month baby and were asked to leave the restaurant due to complaining about their customer service! Prior to coming into the restaurant we were on hold for nine minutes and which no one ever came back to the phone! When we arrived to the restaurant, the male manager was very unprofessional, he had an attitude, and he did not want to compensate us for the bad customer service or not having someone answer the phone! The manager messed my order up! I ask for items that he did not provide me with my original order! As I was preparing to pay for the other cheeseburger he started yelling at the other employees in the back of the restaurant making it seem like he wanted no one to take my order! The manager advised one of his employees to come over to our table and kick us out of the restaurant and threatened that he would call the police! The restaurant closed at 10 PM, it was 10:03 PM the employee that tried to kick us out yelled from the register "just an FYI we close at 10". No one responded, he didn't went on to say " yes hurry up and get the hell out of here". I personally would not advise anyone to eat here! The customer service is horrible, the employees are unprofessional, the manager is very unprofessional and unfit for this position, and I feel like no one should waste their time eating here! read more

I've heard a lot about Five Guys for years and I finally had the chance to try it out when I came across this location. I picked up a double cheeseburger and a cup of fries. Now, the fries are fresh cut but I suspect they were fried in oil that was too cold because they were very greasy, they got me sick to my stomach eating them. The burger was okay, comparable to Burger King and good for fast food but not up to what you would get at a good restaurant or diner (which after all the hype was what I was expecting). Been to other Five Guys before and was really excited to hear that one was coming to Cinnaminson. This place is horribly run. Been there about a dozen times since opening, and each time I leave questioning why I go there. Staff is always goofing around with each other to a point where they focus more on each other than getting the orders out. Always waiting an exorbitant amount of time for an order, even with very few customers. The reward for that extra wait are undercooked fries about 50% of the time. Place isn't all that clean either. If you really want Five Guys, go to the Moorestown location. If you want a Five Guys type burger in Cinnaminson, Sonic is far better, plus they have milkshakes. read more

You can't complain about that. The menu is simple, burgers, fries, and hot dogs only, but with an enormous amount of toppings to choose from. They will make grilled cheese for the kids. I know. It's a fast food chain. I know. But after hearing so many people rant and have about Five Guys (mostly school friends who were from Long Island) I kind of fail to see the appeal. Granted, I'm not typically a fan of the "extra thin, cooked to well done" burger, but I have seen it done well. For all its fanfare, while there are a lot of condiments, your options will run as: Hamburger. Cheeseburger with American cheese. Bacon burger. Mix the last two. The fries, which people seem to love, seem pretty much like fries you can get anywhere else. I will say that the staff is super friendly, and I'm not revolted when I eat here (usually because it's my coworker's choice) but culinary greatness this ain't.
