After all, broccoli-cheddar soup is not traditionally vegetarian, but, for example, the broccoli-cheddar soup at Rastelli's in Marlton is, and they clearly show the ingredients at their soup bar. I understand the cashier at Dad's Deli being unsure, but being told directly by the cooking staff, rather nonchalantly, I may add, is downright egregious. Disappointed by how this establishment has been operating since its new ownership. If you're a vegetarian or know anyone with dietary restrictions, look elsewhere in Marlton for options.
