DID YOU THINK NO ONE WOULD NOTICE. I enjoyed Primo Hoagies UNTIL they changed the size of their hoagies. Since Primo Hoagies is a chain; I would imagine that all of their stores have changed. They changed the size of the rolls, thinner, and shorter. Probably so you don't notice that the amount of meet is also less. However, the price is "larger" for "less". Decent hoagies despite being a chain. The Italians are legit. Among good hoagie options, I've always liked the Nonna's veggie, and they have broccoli rabe on a couple of hot hoagies, which I love (unfortunately they lace the broccoli rabe with dried red pepper flakes, so those who can't take spicy must avoid). The hot hoagies would be even better if they were actually hot. Instead they're always just a little warm, with cheese that's wilted rather than melted. Ordering via their website for pickup is a real pain. You can't see what you've added to your cart and you're forced to sign up for their rewards program, which isn't very compelling (small discounts only after spending $200). I am very picky on lunch meat and Primos has good quality lunch meat. I like the seeded rolls they use as they are soft, with the right amount of chew. I do remember them being bigger but they are still good. All and all this is a solid sandwich spot read more

So first let me say the Lunchmeat on the sandwiches was good. But, the whole reason we went here was because of their rolls. Unfortunately all of our rolls were very hard. It actually pulled my crown off my tooth. We had one sandwich that we asked for no tomato and wanted them dry so we could put mayo on at home. That somehow translated to all sandwiches having no lettuce tomato or onion. Our last order included a turkey shwartzie which they decided to give us corned beef. I love Primos. The ingredients are fresh and top notch. The Liscio rolls are the best. Lots of different hoagie varieties available, but personally, I like the Sharp Italian with sharp provolone. Food - 5 stars Service - 5 stars Price - 4 stars Had nothing but MEH food all weekend while visiting this area. Bad japanese, american, you name it. When I pulled into town I saw this place and it slipped my mind. 3 days later, driving around this area looking for a starbucks at 9:15 in the morning for my wife before we leave town I saw their sign out of the corner of my eye. Pulled a little TOO hard a left and boom i'm in the parking lot of primo hoagies on a cold, dead sunday morning. I walk in, and am immediately greeted by 3 staff with a good ole hey how you doin. Asked what was best and said w/o hesitation the italian, not his personal choice (im in the food business i know how things change when doing this day in and day out,) but was the customers #1 of choice beyond doubt. I ordered a primo size (9",) italian with the works and paid just under $10. Thinking $22 or so for a full size (2 1/2 x the primo size apparently,) was a little steep I stayed with the medium primo size. I waited about 4-5 min while watching them slice fresh meat and even weigh it to make sure it's perfect to their recipe. Upon walking out it felt a little stiff to me, almost like it was stale but I was in a rush and leaving town and whatever. Fast forward 2 1/2 hours later sitting at home opening this sub, only the tiniest soggy in 1 spot where the oil soaked in (they wrap it weird stuffing the paper into the sub which seemingly prevented extra leakage,) and I dare took my first bite. HOLY HELL. Absolutely perfect. Not super loaded but just the right amount of meat, veggies and spice. The bread was stiff, almost too firm but just the perfect bite / chew to it, and trust me I own a bagel company so I know bread / bagels. Tiny little shop in a pretty bleh strip mall and damn damn damn I am so glad I stopped. I am also kicking myself in the A** for not buying the full size as i'm sitting here thinking, 2 1/2 hours aint that bad to drive for a sub. Will be returning. read more

Great service and delivery is fast. It only receives 4 stars because I find the Marlton location makes slightly better sandwiches and are open later. Favorite sandwiches are the Beef Diablo and Italian Diablo. I know some people like crusty hard bread, but some of the bread is so difficult to eat, I throw out some of it because it hurts my jaw to eat it. It is sometimes a burnt texture. I have never experienced this at the Marlton location. Delivery is available with a $15.00 min. for the order. You should stop by sometime to check their extras that you can purchase such as different sides, chips, and drinks. There are no tables to eat at inside (if I remember correctly), but if you want to eat outside on a nice warm day, that is an option. Then sold it to a doctor was a few other places then primo bought the place. I absolutely LOVE their hoagies. The bread is just phenomenal. So crusty, yet hard and chewy. You just have to try it for yourself! I am a big fan of the Audie (turkey, roast beef, and cheees). Their diablo sandwiches are also very good. I went in yesterday for a sandwich and the guy behind the counter was very friendly. I had my sandwich in no time at all. :) Five stars for quality. I'm not sure if this is still the case, but they didn't use to deliver on Saturday, which pissed me off when I worked in Voorhees.
