Easily the best cheesesteak I've personally had and would give them 6 stars if I could. Meat was cooked perfectly, onions were spot on, and the bread held everything together without getting soggy which I feel like a lot of places mess up. One of the owners, Majik, helped me right away and ended up telling me a bit about how they got into it, which honestly made the whole experience a lot more fun. Outstanding!! While traveling up Jersey turnpike from NC to Mass, my boyfriends never had "a real philly cheesesteak" and while avoiding going into Philly, this place was top notch! Customer service was excellent, very polite! And quick service. Even the owner came out to check on us while we were finishing up. I got the Jersey Philly and added banana peppers. 10/10 My boyfriend got the Motz sticks and regular Philly, Mr.Plain-Jane. And his quote "this is bomb and f***" &&& subs were huge! I was in town from Kansas City and googled cheesesteaks near me. Delicozy came up and so we decided to give it a try. Don't be fooled by the outside as it is nothing fancy. When you go inside, the restaurant and bathroom were clean! People were very friendly and prices reasonable with large portions!!One cheesesteak was more than I could eat so I will get two meals out of it. Had been hearing a great deal about DeliCozy in Glendora so my buddy Eric from Cultinary Road Trip and I stopped in for some sandwiches. The one most talked about is their cheesesteak, but we had a couple other items that were really something you need to know about! Starting with the cheesesteak, it was a really solid sandwich. Shaved ribeye with a good size and no gristle, fried onions (they were a bit too large for me but that's a preference thing), a good amount of cooper sharp, and it came on a local seeded roll from Deluxe Italian Bakery which was a really good roll, especially from a bakery I've never even heard of. You cant go wrong with this one...unless you're feeling something other than a cheesesteak...so let's talk about the others! We also got "The Sport" which was a chicken cheesesteak with bacon and ranch. I loved that it was real chicken chopped up and not the sheeted frozen stuff. Came on that same Deluxe Italian roll. If I had to knock it at all I'd say it was a tad salty but I am a little salt sensitive so it might be perfect for someone else. Lastly we got the Cozy Hoagie which I basically felt like was almost like a suped up Rachel. Pastrami, Turkey, Salami, corned beef, Swiss, lettuce, onion, and Russian dressing. On this specific day, this was my favorite sandwich here. Found this little deli on a long car trip by chance about a year ago. It was so good we decided to add it to our route on our way through this year. I wasn't sure if they'd be as good as I remembered, but I was not disappointed. Delicious cheesesteaks. Period. The staff was friendly and happy to hear that we enjoyed the food. Me and my family went there this afternoon to grab some food since a friend recommended it. When we got there, it was clean and looked organized, a nice place to eat at: tables and chairs including a TV where your able to watch sports. We ordered our food and took it home. When we got home, we of course gave it out but as we looked at it all, we only had 5 of 6 ordered foods. My mom had a cheeseburger, not quite what she ordered since it had additional toppings she didn't want but on top of that was that it was cold, didn't seem to have been freshly cooked. My sister's burger had toppings that she didn't want either. We drove back to the place to retrieve our missing food item, which was mine. The guy at the counter was nice at the beginning but when we came back, he seemed to have changed to a grumpy mood when we walked up. Overall, I thought it was a good place. Edit to after we grabbed food: I got a Philly cheesesteak from here and the first two bites I took, I immediately found out that it was chewy and a bit stringy to the point it made me feel sick. read more

Passing through found this little deli in some small town slightly off the hwy and it was surprisingly very very good. Renewed my faith in Jersey food. This is a must stop going to or from Atlantic City and fill up here because the food in Atlantic City was not good. Well I had been enthralled by the name and the views of the restaurant. I had a chicken cheesesteak buffalo, rib steak cheesesteak and onion rings and Asian honey buffalo wings. I rated the wings most poorly as meager chicken wings overcooked and poorly seasoned This was a disappointment The onion rings were marginally better and ranked as a 5/10 greasy mostly crispy and flavorless The rib steak with long hits and fried onions was delicious with cooper sharp and the best seared sesame hoagie roll I have had recently The onions were perfectly sauteed and the long hots were Not as sharp or roasted as I like but 8/10 I have yet to eat the buffalo.cheesesteak Experience was 7/10 read more

Our first time! Super friendly service with a smile, clean, and great menu. We got chicken salad hoagies and cheesesteaks. Both were extremely good and fresh. I visited 10-26-24 Great customer service, and the food was excellent. I choose the $20 cheesesteak combo. I ordered cooper sharp cheese steak, fries, and a can soda. I must say it was packed with cheese onions and Steak. The bad part of this whole experience was I was unable to eat it all in one sitting (meat and cheese overload). I absolutely recommend Delicozy. Ordered the chicken tenders they were a little salty but I don't eat that much salt so everything is salty to me it was a good taste though . I also ordered a cheese steak in got salt pepper banana peppers and fried onions ketchup light mayo and mustard the meat was delicious and all them ingredients blended with each other the only thing I would change is the bread . Couldn't come to Jersey/Philly and leave without having a cheesesteak. Based on Yelp reviews, we went out of our way to grab one from Delicozy before catching our flight. Very friendly staff. We ordered ours w/provolone, mushrooms, sweet peppers and ketchup. Bit into the cheesesteak and it was chock full of meat, and very tasty. I'm not a big meat eater, and could barely finish half the hoagie. We definitely recommend their cheesesteaks. New place, a couple guys working hard behind the counter. $12.99 for a cheesesteak, you know I like that. You can take your cheesesteak to either Bonesaw Brewing or Flying Fish, you know I love that. I went to Flying Fish and paired my cheesesteak with their Salt & Sea. Very tasty. Carrying the cheesesteak I could tell it didn't have much weight. Wanted a cheesesteak as we drove from NYC to Maryland and this place did not disappoint. It was not too far from the turnpike. The parking was strange but available. The cheesesteak was so good. The bread was chewy on the inside, crispy on the outside, and we loved the sesame seeds. The meat was not fatty at all and the cook was perfect. I got banana peppers and my husband got the hot peppers and we thought both were delicious and not too spicy for us. The white cheese that was recommended was perfect for a cheesesteak. The guy that took our order was friendly and helpful. It's a small place that looks like they do alot of delivery orders. I bet this sandwich holds up well for delivery. Husband stopped in to get two sandwiches. Mixed cheese hoagie and tuna salad hoagie. Ordered both and was first informed that even though it was on the menu they didn't have tuna salad. Was offer Buffalo chicken hoagie instead but was not informed it was deli meat chicken which I cannot eat. Sandwich was overloaded with lettuce and had very little meat even if I could eat it, it was mostly bread and lettuce. Second, for the mixed cheese hoagie was charged extra for second cheese choice...in a mixed cheese hoagie which apparently only comes with one cheese. Overall very disappointed and will not be returning. Waste of money and puts the deli name to shame. read more

The cheesesteaks here are top notch-Fresh shaved, ribeye with whatever cheese you like on a sesame seed toasted roll. An order of fries can feed two to three people as they are fresh cut from large baking potatoes. I was looking forward to trying the falafel platter, but it sold out. We received a phone call from the owner that the order just sold out and in lieu he gave us two orders of lentil soup on the house- a very nice gesture. We stopped off the turnpike because we were getting hungry, and based on the reviews decided to try it. They did not disappoint. The owner was super nice, a bunch of little kids came in to buy some chips with pennies and he gave them slices of turkey to try. Even if he was a jerk I would still eat here the food is that good. We got the cheesesteak (Cooper sharp, hot peppers AND long hots, onions and mushrooms) and it was hot and delicious with super fresh bread. We also got a turkey hoagie and it was just as good as the cheesesteak, everything was super fresh and top quality meat. My husband is fiercely anti-mayo so we got oil and vinegar, hot peppers, provolone, pickles, lettuce, tomato onion and oregano.
