    Roast beef and prov
    Amanda L.

Customer service was outstanding. I have some weird food intolerances so I called to place an order the first time and ask a few questions and the woman who answered the phone was beyond accommodating. I just really appreciated that. They also call you when the order is ready which I thought was pretty cool. I ordered a roast beef sandwich with prov and a roast pork with prov/long hots. These sandwiches had so much meat on them and all of it was tender and moist (sorry for people that hate that word). The flavor from the au jus on both sandwiches gave it so much depth and was just a savory dream. I will never be ordering a roast pork sandwich from anywhere else in Jersey. I also had the boardwalk fries which were delicious. Crispy but soft on the inside.

Consistently ranked as one of the top tier cheesesteaks in the area, I felt a need to wander over on a quiet weekend. You order and then wait as they call you on your cell phone to tell you when it's ready. Lots of us chose to sit in our car or use one of the outdoor tables to hang out. They said 15 minutes, but it was less than 10, so color me happy. Now on to the cheesesteak. This was next level yumminess. Now, there's a good few cheesesteaks out there, but this was among the meatiest, juiciest, tastiest I've had in a long time. What made it stand out? The bread comes straight from Atlantic City, Rando's bakery. HOLY CARBS was it good. Huge enough to break out into three pieces and save for another time. FYI: The best way to reheat a cheesesteak a few days later? Microwave it for 1 minutes, then throw in the air fryer for 5-8 minutes at 350, flipping half way. Thank me later.

This was an excellent cheesesteak loaded with steak. We got the cooper sharp and I added the banana peppers. Recommend.

Absolutely delicious Philly cheesesteak, hot & cold roast beef sandos!! Melt in your mouth. And also the sweetest family run spot - everyone was so nice with lots of recommendations. Next time we're in town, we'll definitely be back. Highly recommend.

This place blew up my socials and had been wanting to try it for a while now. The first time we ordered was Super Bowl Sunday. They were expectedly packed and extremely busy. I had a pickup time at 4:00. I got there shorty before and because we all (the whole place was overflowing with people waiting on orders) had to wait, I was there waiting for about 45 minutes. Some people got upset. The owner Lou, calmed down the impatient customers by handing out beer! What a guy! Once I got the sandwiches he also included a $20 gift card for the ones who waited the longest. How can you beat customer service like that! The sandwiches, we got a few cheesteaks, a few hot roast beef's and a roast pork. The cheesteaks were great! They use an Atlantic City bakery named Rondos, and I'm not familiar with them but it was a really good semolina roll. The roast pork was also very good... but that Hot roast beef. OMG. It's one of those things you eat and then continue to think about days or even weeks after you eat it! I have been back four times since then specifically for the hot roast beef's. Lou is awesome and I would recommend this place to anyone. Keep in mind, on weekends, expect to wait because they got busy because the food is amazing. More locations are coming soon to Washington township also.

What a great find on our way back from Wildwood! This family owned shop is absolutely unbeatable, you want an authentic Philly cheesesteak, and then some? Stop here, the family is from South Philly, so they know what's up. Heck it was even better than Pat's and Gino's when they where good. The counter service was impeccable, bit of a wait, but absolutely worth every bite! God bless Louie and his family! May the business prosper for many years! Thanks Louie!

Bread is phenomenal, meat is tender and melts in your mouth, every bite has the perfect amount of ribeye, cheese and onions, this is one of the best cheesesteaks i have had and i will put it right up there with Lillo's and the best

My friend wanted to try this place and I met him there. He already ordered the chicken parm, hot roast beef and the potatoes. No indoor seating but 4 shared benches outside with umbrella, ella, ella. Decent amount of paved parking. I went inside to see the inside. The women were friendly. They really take pride in driving daily down to Atlantic City to get rolls from rando. The potatoes were amazing! They were cut thick. They managed to get a crunchy outside and a soft center which is really hard to when the potatoes are that thick. The chicken parm roll was seeded which I love! The sauce (what you people call gravy) was perfect. The cutlet was perfectly fried! The roast beef was perfectly cooked, sliced and flavorful. The au jus was perfectly. Not too salty. The cheese they used was perfect. My friend ordered and so it was either provolone or sliced mozz. Perfect place to ride to from Philly. I've never tasted a roast beef sandwich that good in like forever. I have to try the pork. If it's on par with the chicken parm and roast beef, I may have to move across the street

I will preface, for the last 2 years, this has been our go-to for the best hot roast beef sandwich around. We didn't mind spending almost $20 for the quality we would receive. This was a sandwich on a large crunchy roll that held a generous serving of the most tender roast beef you would have ever had. Now, after their road to success and popularity, they have become greedy. We purchased both a roast beef and pork over the weekend. This is not even close to the same sandwich Louie Gs used to serve. The roll has become tiny and soft, therefore that means they are now putting less meat on the roll. It seems they are purposefully using smaller rolls for their sandwiches. Look at the picture. Look at the end of the sandwich and compare this sandwich to the beautiful sandwiches posted a year ago. Louie Gs, you need to go back to the way you used to be.

I placed my order online and only had to wait a few minutes when I was there. One thing I wasn't nuts about was seeing a bunch of fries already packed sitting under a heat lamp when I got there. A young gentleman was packing the to go orders who seemed a little flustered which made sense cause it seemed there was a rush happening, but wound up forgetting to give me the side of cheese sauce I ordered. I should have checked myself so it's a little on me, but I did make it a point to ask him if it was in the bag and he said yes. When I tried the fries at first, they were actually excellent. Perfectly warm, crispy, and salty however after sitting out only for about 5-10 minutes, they took on a texture of staleness which was disappointing but I suppose it's from already sitting out under the lamp. I feel like if they were made to order, they'd probably stay fresher a bit longer. I got the roast pork sandwich with provolone and roasted red peppers which was very good! The pork was seasoned well, a little peppery which I love. Roasted red peppers were good too! As much as I loved it, it was absolutely swimming in juice or oil from the peppers so it was extremely messy, but again, delicious! We also ordered a chicken cutlet sandwich called the hoagie which was great. They make a wonderful cutlet! I'd for sure come back, but maybe skip the fries next time.

My girlfriend loves their Italian, but I opted for a turkey and cheese hoagie, and a chicken cutlet hoagie (suprimo). Listen, I get it now. These were great sandwiches. They had so much flavor for the simplicity of the ingredients on each. The cutlet had great, homemade taste and the sweet roasted peppers were the chefs kiss. The turkey and cheese had the right amount of everything on it. The only thing I've noticed both times I've been there is that the seeded rolls are significantly harder than the non seeded. I'm not sure if they just sat out a while, but regardless it didn't take away from my experience, just something I noticed. Service is always quick and kind, and the inside has that old deli feel to it with some booths to sit in. Good quality flavor is always going to have people coming back!

I will continue to get their macaroni salad as that is elite. Other than that, I'm done with them.

Mostly because I like marshmallows but I didn't think I was a big enough fan to warrant a trip to a place dedicated to them. I am here to tell you, I was wrong. Upon stepping foot into the little marshmallow cottage, I was greeted warmly and that is usually enough for me to warrant purchasing at least one thing to support a small business, but when I say I walked out with over $50 worth of marshmallowy goodness and have zero regrets, I am not kidding. We started out perusing the wall of jams, spreads, coffees, and non marshmallow items. We snatched up the carrot cake spread because my husband is obsessed with carrot cake and we felt this would make some amazing stuffed french toast in the fall. We also grabbed a bag of the sunset blend coffee beans from Hallowed Grounds Coffee Co. I then saw their signature marshmallow, which has caramel and is enrobed in chocolate with sea salt. These reminded me of a candy I love to get from a well known confectioner on the West Coast, so I had to grab one. Then I found out they make their own caramels, so I got a bag of them. I also chose their special marshmallow of the week with caramel and stroopwaffle pieces, the coffee dreams marshmallow, the mini smores, and the kandy kake marshmallows. Finally, we grabbed a bag of their puppy marshmallows for our dogs. We tried the Kandy Kake marshmallow and OOOOO WEEE was it amazing! I never would have imagined it would be this good. In fact, I am scared to try the rest because I just KNOW I am going to be in trouble. If you have avoided this place thus far because you think you don't like marshmallows enough, that may be a good thing for you because I guarantee you like marshmallows after you try these.
