Both were crisp with little bend, with nicely scorched undercarriage and softly remelted mozzarella. The dining room is utilitarian clean, with high wall TV tuned to CBS News (?!). My go to spot for a Late Evening Pizza. Staff is always friendly. My food is always ready on time. Pizza is a 4/5 stars overall. They have a large menu. They are on the Slice app for ordering. It's easy to use. I only order for pickup. I can't remember if they have a dining in area. Plenty of parking in the plaza's lot. Best pizza especially when all the others are closed for the night. read more

We came here for the wings and we were NOT disappointed ! We got 20 wings , 10 Garlic parm , 10 dry with different sauces. The people there were super friendly suggesting which sauces we should try. The wings were DELICIOUS! I always get mine extra crispy but forgot to ask for it ... no need they actually know how to cook wings here. Wings are large and cooked all the way through and CRISPY! I am not even a fan of garlic parm wings but these were sooo good ! Next time I will definitely get Sweet Chili Sauce or mild wings because they were my favorite sauces , and I think them being on the wings will make them that much better. Pizza's mediocre. Mozzarella squares are disgusting. Ordered 2 pies with mushrooms and ricotta on both, barely any toppings on either pie. Mozzarella squares breading had a bad flavor, 3 of the 6 squares were empty, no cheese in them at all. Only thing that was ok is there pizza sauce. read more

So, I never had a heart shaped pizza before and my sweet boss got us one! I was curious about Basilico's, but hadn't been yet (my new job is super close by). The pizza was so darn good- it just needed a little napkin blot for the oil - I do this for most pizza (always watching my fat intake plus my skin still breaks out at my old f*rt age!). Do not EVER order from here. After ordering through an incredibly rude woman over the phone who did not understand what I was saying (but kept showing me attitude), I was delivered half of my order- a tiny and very average small pizza and a salad with no dressing, no quinoa, and rotten shrimp. I called back and was told by the same woman that she would ask her manager what to do, and never received a callback. I later called again, and spoke to a male who stated that I would have my order be delivered the following day, which never happened, and ended with Basilico not answering follow up call. We stopped at Basilico Pizza in New Jersey on our way to NYC from Virginia--and liked it so much that we made it a point to stop again on the way back! The food was absolutely delicious. We tried the pizza, regular fries, Old Bay fries, and onion rings, and every single item was made fresh and tasted amazing. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their food. We'll definitely be back the next time we're passing through. The only drawback was the price difference when paying with card versus cash, but it's still worth it for the great food and experience. Stopped in with a couple of work colleagues for a quick lunch. The restaurant was clean, the counter person was helpful, and I like the menu pricing. Each item shows its regular price and if paying in cash the discount price. We decided to share a large cheese pizza and grabbed a couple of bottles of water. Service was quick, the pizza was piping hot, very cheesy, great flavor and cooked perfectly giving the crust a little crunch. I tried this place because it keep coming up on Yelp. Counter girl (person) very welcoming and super helpful. Ordered a cheese steak and Jersey fries which the girl helped me with. The Jersey fries were good but were missing something and I ordered these well done. The cheesesteak was moderately priced but just another ho-hum sandwich nothing to write home about. The place itself is big and has eat in tables and chairs but really drab so much potential for better food and plenty of area for improvement in the dining area, when I was there no one was in the spacious dining area. With a little TLC this course a very good place they just need to put some thought into better food item and spice the interior up the place with some type of theme ambiance for a more enjoyable eating experience. read more

I wanted some pizza for lunch so I decided to go to this place because it was convenient. I ended up walking out not even asking for my money back. That's how disgusted I was. The lady behind the counter taking the orders looked like she hadn't showered in a week. She had dirt under her fingernails it was gross. The pizza she put in oven was thin and she had to scrape it out the oven than use her nasty hands with no gloves to touch my food. It made me want to vomit. I just purchased my first pizza at Basilico tonight. I will break this down into three categories: restaurant, employees, and the pizza. 1. The place was extremely clean. You can tell that the owner cares about the business and the experience you have as a customer. 2. Both the owner and the young man who made my pizza were professional and seemed like they enjoyed the customer service end of things as well as making the food. That's rare. We had a great conversation about travel, countries, and food. I enjoyed the conversation while I waited for my pie. 3. I purchased a plain pie. If you can't make a decent plain, cheese pizza, then what's he use? The crust was nice and the pie had good flavor. I would go back again. I just wish they had yellow onions. It's a personal choice, so I don't hold it against them. I like red onions and salads. However, I prefer yellow onions on pizza. All in all, it was a good experience. I just had three slices. Wow, super impressed! I ordered the Classic Burger and my companion had the avocado burger. Both came perfectly cooked to order, mine medium and his medium -rare. Both were served with a generous pile of crispy seasoned french fries. This was our first time ordering from here, so we didn't realize the fries were included so we also got an order of sweet potato fries to share. The food is amazing the front cashier lady is extremely nice and seems actually interested in her job and taking your order. They accidentally forgot our onion rings which mistakes happen it was towards closing, it's the end of the day we get it. How is it possible that my 15 minute delivery fries came piping hot and crispy, yet my pizza and mozz triangles came luke warm? Not sure.
