We came here for lunch one day while on a business trip. Such fun choices! When you walk in, you are greeted by a counter and happy and helpful employees, ready to take your slice choice and stick it in the oven. Being adventurous, I loved all the options and went for the eggplant parmigiana pizza! Luckily, I also have an adventurous friend who got the shrimp scampi pizza and we swapped a slice! The crust was perfection, like absolute bliss. The garlic on the shrimp scampi was amazing. My only complaint is that the eggplant on my pizza was cut into strips so thin you could barely tell it was eggplant. But it was still delish! I almost forgot, I also got the rice balls, those were yummy but didn't blow me away. I would probably skip them for something else if I went again. Ordered a large bbq chicken pizza, large half pepperoni/half cheese pizza and Caesar salad. The service was outstanding and the food tasted very fresh. This place has not only exceeded my expectations for fast Italian food, but has been doing so for 35 years now, and I order from here every time I go back home to mom and pop's. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES with ordering and pickup. Ordered through and paid through the app a few times, stopped to pick up, and had to wait through their order line, which was out the door, to get to the counter to pick up takeout that was prepaid. The last time, I left and called demanding a refund... Would not refund; was told I could come in to pick up. This is the process my wife has also experienced. When I stopped to talk with the manager one day about it, I was asked why. When I stated due to their pickup policy and making people wait in line for orders already paid for in advance. Sorry, he's not available. BS, and I will not purchase another thing from you until you change this policy. The best pizza I have ever had! Thin crust - the bottom is crisp but not dry and not too oily. Pizza ingredients are fresh and there are both common and specialty varieties. In addition to multiple salad options, there is a custom salad choice where you point at ingredients in the display for your perfect combination. Chicken wings are good and hoagies and cheese steaks are above average. The only issue here is that Friday and Saturday evenings there is a line out the door and you will wait to order. Lunch and dinner at all other times are great for both dine-in and take-out. The staff are always welcoming. The restaurant and the restrooms are clean. Prices are competitive. When you walk in someone always greets you. How pleasant and refreshing is that? Extremely so to me. Too many business don't even acknowledge your presence when you walk in or they treat you like they're doing you a favor by helping you at their business. At Scotto's it's always a pleasant hello, then how can I help you, said with a genuine smile. These employees act like they actually enjoy working there. It's great! The beautiful array of pizzas lines both counters. There have to be at least 10-15 different types of pizzas with so many different combinations of toppings. There's something for everyone. The pizza is delicious! The sauce is tasty, it has just the right amount of cheese, and I like the ones with a thin crust. They also have full dinners, hot and cold subs, paninis, rice balls (delicious), fresh looking salads, desserts (yummy brownies), and more... I always get the pizza because I don't live in the area and when visit family near here, I crave it. One of these days, I'll try something other than pizza, arancini (rice balls), and brownies. 10 minutes or so off of the Turnpike at Exit 4. We wanted Pizza on the way home fro Brooklyn to Baltimore without getting it at a rest stop or going way out of our way. Scotto's in Marlton, NJ fit the bill (from what I can tell this is probably a local chain in South Jersey, but solid) Super friendly staff and dynamite selection. We opted for the Brooklyn (drrr, we were just there and had Carmine's on Graham, which was divine). Where as we got NY Slices of Cheese at Carmine's, the Brooklyn at Scotto's was a Margherita; red sauce, fresh buffalo mozz. & fresh basil on crispy thin rectangular crust. It was beautiful we also added sausage on 1/2, work of art. A made to order, tossed in front of us, Caesar with well balanced proportions of romaine, croutons, dressing & shredded parm- delightful. Ordered a pizza from here and asked for well done. Picked it up and Got home and not is it only not well done it's not even regular cooked. The dough was very chewy. Called and asked for manager. A guy by the name of Tony said manager is not here and he told me he's the one who took the order and I never said well done. I told him yes I did he said no you didn't. I always order pizza from everywhere well done. He didn't hear me and he just wanted to lie instead of say sorry I didn't hear you. He got mad and said you want well don't bring it back and I'll put it in the oven knowing I'm not going back at 10pm He was very rude and lied saying I never asked for well done. This place has a superb weekday afternoon atmosphere, my brother and I constantly search for a pizza place that we can go to that's not overcrowded, not stuffy, has seating, and obviously good pizza. This place checked each of those boxes. The service is quick and positive. This Scotto's Pizza is a trillion times better than the Scotto's Pizza in Berlin. That Scotto's sucks. There seems to be several Scotto Pizza places in this area, but this is by far the best. Great thin crust as well as specialty pies. We had both their Napolitano as well as Foccacia style pizzas with the thin crust Napolitano as our favorite. Great sauce, cheese and fresh toppings. During these COVID times, there is no "dine in", but they are very fast with preparing for pick up. Each time we've called, it was less than 20 minutes and in some cases---ready in 10 minutes. Our orders have always been ready once we arrive. They practice strict COVID sanitation with masks and distancing done properly. read more

There are two other pizza joints with the same name in South Jersey area, but those have different owners, so make sure you visit the one in North Maple Ave. The people who work there are very friendly. All the Pizza looked very delicious and mouth-watering. I asked the pizza to be cooked well-done and they delivered my request. We ordered: A slice of Garlic Bread Pizza - a slightly thicker style pizza, very delicious, one of the popular items among customers, a bit salty for my taste. A slice of Sausage and Pepperoni Pizza - loved it. I don't usually like sausage on my pizza, but they made it perfectly delicious. Not too salty, it's crispy and had crunchy edge. A bottle of Peach Tea In total we spent $11.98. They charge 4% if you pay using a credit card. We weren't given a itemized breakdown of our order. I would say each slice are around $4-$5ish.
