I was told that the food was exceptional. I wound up ordering from there and when I walked in I noticed that people were not using gloves and they were touching people's food. I ordered a calzone from them it had so much ricotta in it that it was mushy. When I called in to let him know about my order a female put me on hold and never picked back up. I stopped in one day to meet a friend and had 2 slices of great pizza. That weekend I ordered a large pie that I picked up. It was almost black on the bottom and inedible and wound up in the trash. I stopped in a few days later and ordered a slice and explain to the owner of my bad experience having to throw a pizza away because it was over cooked. He explained that sometimes the oven gets too hot and the pizza gets too dark on the bottom. He didn't offer to comp me the slice I ordered or replace the pie or even apologize for my bad experience. Was across the street from a dance competition being held at the high school across the street. Food was good, standard pizzeria fare. We ordered a cheeseburger, cheese fries, and chicken tenders with fries. Staff was friendly and helpful. Drunk fellow came in with his lady and child. Food is rather greasy all around but the pizza is a main offender. Wings are never consistent and are either drenched in their mediocre sauce or so dry you have to use your own. Also, I once got to listen to someone in the back rip out a delivery driver for forgetting to take something to a customer's house and he was pissed that "your mistake cost me money"... I understand reprimanding and training but this went on for minutes and was embarrassing to everyone who had to hear it. Super unprofessional and awkward to have to hear some hot-head like that screaming inside a restaurant when he isn't Gordon Ramsay or a 5 year old. Parking is atrocious, always, and despite numerous mentions the owners have done little to zero maintenance on the lot itself. I had to park in front of the store next-door since their delivery driver takes as many spots as he wants and even if he didn't often speeds into the parking lot making me fear for the safety of myself and my child. Speaking of cars they seem to have enough cars along the side of their business for 7 employees despite having a total space that could fit 13 people... tops. I remember going to the pizza place across the street from my high school when I attended there because it was close in proximity. I bet that is why this place is still around at all. If you don't attend any of the schools in Pine Hill you're better off ordering from a better place. They're convenient in a pinch I guess, but I won't be returning as there are just too many places without any of these issues close by. read more

The owner of this establishment has decided to alienate 9.3% of the population by telling them they cannot check their blood glucose levels. This is very insensitive to people living with a chronic illness that they must monitor and control 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week. I wish the owner of this establishment would educate themselves about things before banning them. I will not be visiting here again. I would suggests the same for you until this policy is changed. The food is great but sometimes the woman taking phone orders is a little slow on the uptake. We recently returned from a tiring road trip and decided to order hoagies. I wanted what they called the "Pine Hill Chicken Steak" which is a chicken cheesesteak with mushrooms added. Although prominently featured on their menu she argued with my wife about its existence. When the order was delivered guess what? I got a regular beef cheese steak. Too tired and hungry to call and complain I ate it. It was excellent.
