a order sign above the counter of a fast food restaurant

What.... fresh cut fries that were unbelievably good. Five Guys reminds me of an old fashioned take out burger joint from the past. As soon as you walk in there's a barrel filled with roasted peanuts where you can grab a bowl full while you wait for your order to be prepared. Ordering was really simple.... just the way you like it. I ordered a single patty burger without cheese along with the usual compliments like lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion, mayo, mustard and ketchup. I washed it all down with their signature handmade milkshakes chocolate to be exact which was delish! Overall everything was fresh and the only thing was frozen was the ice cream for my shake and that's how I like it! Five Guys has made a believer out of me. I can't wait to try some other combination of burgers and condiments.

Burnt fries!

This is the LAST time I will eat at five guys. There's no quality in the way they prepare their food, Burnt fries and soggy burgers!

Delicious fries!!

The best burger I've had in a while !! Juicy and well cooked . They give you a BIG bag of fries so order a regular portion- it's good for two people. The fries are delicious! What I like most here is the friendly people . Someone is always walking around to see how you are doing and chat .

So, if you're like me & being from Southern California, listening to all the hype in your own "backyard" about this 5 Guys Burgers & how much better it is than In-N-Out, is somewhat blasphemous. Right? From where we currently live (here in SoCal), there is a 5 Guys approx 25 miles to the North and another about 20 miles to the South. Well, while visiting my brother in Palmyra N.J. for the Thanksgiving Holidays, I just so happened to discover there was one right around the way from his house. So, it was only necessary to find out what all the jibber-jabber was all about. We had no plans for dinner that night after Thanksgiving, so we all decided to go. This would be me & my wife's first time at this establishment. To my surprise I found that the 5 Guys' burger is quite tasty! I especially like their numbering system of the special ordered burgers. Loaded or unloaded, you make it your way with the fixins that are available. There were 4 of us with 4 different burgers. Each wrapped burger is numbered which corresponds to the numbered burger on the receipt. On the receipt after each number is the description of each burger & its contents. Genius! One order of fries is definitely enough for two, maybe even 3 people. Very good fries by the way. However, it is definitely hard to compare their burger to the left coast's In-N-Out burger. The freshness of the Double-Double's lettuce & tomato...and if you happen to get it with grilled onions, it's perfection. The special thousand island dressing that is dolluped upon the Double-Double is...well, special! But this isn't a review about In-N-Out & their burgers... 5 Guys is definitely a unique experience. You're getting a nibble of that side of the country. As you walk in [at this particular 5 guys] , you'll see the bags and bags of Idaho potatoes stacked waist high upon entering & there's a humongous container of peanuts right by the "pick-up" line for you to munch on while you wait. All in all a very good East Coast experience. Now on to the 5 Guys Burgers here in Cali. This is a deez® public announcement & me and a couple other peeps approve this review. Thanks. Eat & drink well.

Very greasy. They hand you a brown paper bag splattered with grease stains....but very moist and tasty burgers and hot, salty fries.

I have eaten at Habit Burger several times while on business trips to Southern California. The…read moreburgers and shakes are really good. When this one opened i planned to eat here. The restaurant was clean, the staff waa friendly and the parking lot is shared by other business, but there are plenty of parking spaces available. Today was that day. I ordered the double char meal with onion rings and chased them with a cookies and cream milkshake and a sweet tea. I know its a franchise, but this one has it standardized. It felt like I was eating at a Habit Burger in SoCal, even though Im in Cherry Hill, NJ. There is no drop off on quality and taste, between the West Coast and East Coast versions. My Habit has been restarted! Lol! My meal was spot on. IMO other Burger joints in the area better not sleep on Habit Burger! When im in Chrrry Hill and crave a good burger, im stopping here! Delicious food, not like a fast food menu. Best burgers of any chain I have eaten at. You can see…read morethem grill them fresh, and they taste like they came off of the BBQ. Nothing microwaved, like at McDonalds & Burger King. Red Robin's burgers are good, but the wait is ridiculous. Habit also brews their own tea, and have real exotic fruit drinks. Service was friendly and quick, especially for fresh food. Place is clean and well decorated. I will now only go there if craving a burger.

Ummm just no. Late night dinner, and this was one of the few places available to deliver. First,…read morethe good. The fries were awesome. They were seasoned exceptionally well, thick, and crispy. Absolutely delicious. Only complaint is we ordered two, received one. Fried pickles were kicked up a notch from your average pickle chips. Crispy with a bit I'd heat, they just needed a ranch dip (also not received) to cool them off. Where this places loses us is on the burgers and Mac and cheese. The pasta dish was a huge portion, but it was on the dry side with the flavor of "funk" - not sure if there was a bleu cheese in the mix or what, but it was weird and almost mildewy in taste. The burgers were okay. Can't complain about them, but they're nothing memorable. The sauce was slightly off putting, so it was a real disappointing that they didn't put it on the side, as requested. It made the lettuce super soggy. The burger meat itself was tasty, but not as good as say a Shake Shack burger. We won't order again because it was pricey for what we got, and it just wasn't great.

Have to say was really disappointed. Try not to set the bar high because its delivery. First the…read moregood the fries were great crispy well seasoned and warm. The fried pickles were also very good. No the bad, got the Cubano. Tasted like nothing, I go to Puerto Rico at least twice a year. I have had mind blowing Cubanos on the side of the highway from a tiny cart. Wow how do you not get flavor in a Cubano. Its an easy sandwich to nail. We also got the cheesy burger. Again flavorless. I know guy doesn't cook there but his brand is flavor town. Sorry I hate writing bad reviews try to find the silver lining but flavorless town has come to cherry hill and I would suggest red Robin over this. Wont order again, disappointed customer who wanted it to be good.
