When giving a McDonald's 5 stars, that rating is based on my experiences at other fast-food establishments. This McDonald's earns a 5 star because of the speed of the drive-thru service, accuracy of the order, freshness of the food, and the visual appearance of the food. It is very rare that a fast-food establishment is perfect on all the before mentioned categories, but this McDonald's got it done. It's not always listed on the menu, but McDonald's does offer a Double Filet-O-Fish. Some of the times when I order the DFOF the person working the counter has to ask for assistance locating the key on the register, then I have to wait a little longer for the order and often the DFOF doesn't look very nice. That wasn't the case at this location. The total time from when I gave my order in the drive-thru to the time I received my order was a remarkable 2 1/2 minutes. I ordered a 10 piece Chicken Nugget and the DFOF. The Nuggets were fresh, not dry, or overcooked, and I got lucky and had 1 bonus, Nugget! The DFOF had a perfect amount of tarter sauce, and the cheese had a nice melt. Good job McDonald's thanks for the fast and well prepared lunch. read more

Second coffee and about an hour of work on their wifi before I could get to the public library to really start my day. This early in the morning, the restaurant was clean and mostly quiet. I rarely indulge at "The Golden Arches." We were almost never allowed as kids and it carried over. I do love their Egg McMuffins, oatmeal, and Filet 'O Fish though. Their coffee is pretty good too. I don't normally give fast food places 4 stars but the only reason I gave this location 4 stars (instead of my usual 3 or less) is because they worked past their closing time with no complaints. Both Yelp and Google said that they closed at 12am and my friend and I pulled in at 11:50pm. I hate being one of "those" people. We stopped by after a LONG 10 hour concert/festival and were hungry but everyone was closed. I saw that a Wendy's was open down the street but my friend pushed to stay in the long line. People were pulling up behind us, too. Unfortunately, my friend refused to go somewhere else so we stayed in line. The cashier took our order and was friendly, despite it being after hours. We got the Phillies box (2 Big Macs, 2 cheeseburgers, 2 medium fries, and 10 piece nuggets) and one soda. It may have taken about 30 minutes to go through the line but the fact that they didn't turn us down is huge points in my book...especially because when we finally ordered, it was around 12:15am. read more

We stopped here one morning when we were doing a road trip with our 2 young children. This McDonald's was so clean and the staff were incredibly helpful. The woman cashier got me everything I needed to feed the boys. One of our kids made a large mess and the manager came over and offered to help us and get us wet wipes to clean him up. Everyone was so kind and not judgmental of my messy kids. BONUS: we had the play area to ourselves to get energy out before the next leg of the trip. read more

Most McDonald's I've been to are pretty bad but this one actually is pretty good, the food quality was really good and never in all my years of going here was the food old or nasty. The only downside of the food is that sometimes the fries will be cold even when you ask for it which is minor for me. The service was a lot better than most McDonald's, the one on Route 38 in Mt Laurel you will always get someone who sounds like they want to kill themselves and you. I liked this McDonald's up until I had an encounter with Juan! He his RUDE, and doesn't know how to treat customers. I charged me twice for my order and when I told him about it he told me " there's nothing he could do"! He argued with me. Embarrassing me in front of everyone. I showed him my credit card statement that I was overcharged n he told me to call my bank. My husband went there 2 weeks later and had a situation with him also! He's a nasty man! If you have to go to McDonalds this is a great one to go to. It is super clean, the staff is friendly and it seems recently remodeled. The tables have flowers on them and have interactive lights for the kids ( or adults- we don't judge) to play with. I love the indoor play place for the littles in the cold weather. read more

I never thought I'd give 5 stars to a McDonald's but their late night service is very good. I can't comment on the breakfast staff. Staff at other branches complain if you order your nuggets hot but the late staff are courteous, prompt and attentive and robustly deal with custom orders. Having formerly worked for McDonald's as a student (not this branch) for both FOH and BOH positions it is hard for me to imagine further improvements. They even have bottles of non-McDonald's hot sauce like tobasco sauce for customers to use! The lobby is incredibly well maintained and their playlist is so on point and millennial-friendly. The food is ok, McDonald's. But what most people don't realize is their food is actually pretty decent if you know how to order it correctly (especially by asking for hot/fresh meat). I just went here, about two hours ago (Sunday, August 16th, 3 PM). The service was great. I stupidly ordered a Southwest Salad...even though I really wanted a Southwest Crispy Chicken Salad. I got my order and didn't see any chicken. So I told the workers there. They politely told me that I ordered the wrong thing...and then they got me some crispy chicken to add to my salad. I made a $50+ mobile order from McDonald's and my husband went to pick it up 15 min later, the lady that work at McDonald's looks at the receipt and then look at my husband and say did you order the 6 apple pie? My husband say he doesn't know is what ever on the order/ receipt. After handing him the food bag he came home and realized the 6 pie was missing. I called the McDonald's and told them the order is missing 6 pie they say it wasn't there fault because they ask him already. It's clearly on the bundle receipt, so why do you need to ask the paying customer if they want what they order. My point is it should be already in the food bag without a question ask.
