I ordered in the drive thru and didn't check my order until I was home. 2 chips with cheese were missing and they gave us taco supremes when I ordered regular tacos. I called 12 times before someone finally picked up. The person was extremely rude and condescending to me! When I asked to speak with the manager he said "well who do you think you are talking to" then told me he was busy and to call back in 10 mins. When I called back of course there was no answer. These people are horrible and I can understand mistakes when it's busy but this location is so freaking unorganized I mean you get the smiles and no attitude but the service and food management needs an overhaul and it's every time I come here, they never get the order right, always missing something,or they throw it together with malintent it seems. I got a big order and the chalupas were missing the veggies and sour cream, 5 cantina crispy tacos and 2 were on the regular taco shells, no juice just plain grilled chicken.Fiesta potatoes were nuked to hell and I had to ask for them after as they were missing and so were the soft tacos and to top it off the chicken was dry and overcooked. I would not recommend this half KFC half Taco Bell location at all! First of all, the lady on the intercom in the drive thru was Impatient. The man at the drive thru counter tried charging me for someone else's order. Then I checked my order to make sure I got everything and some items were missing! Horrible customer service!!! Then coming to the food, the food tasted horrible, it was either over cooked or not assembled properly! I ordered a Mexican pizza and when I opened the box, the pizza was all smushed! One should never expect perfection from a fast food chain. It's understandable the product never looks like the commercials. But when 3/5 of the soft tacos you get have two pieces of lettuce, and one third of the length of the taco is barely covered in meet, with the other part meatless, that's not ok. They gave us all of the wrong sauces, and the "crunch" part of the cheesy Gordita crunch, was as crumbly as the little tiny chips left over in the stale bag of three week old Doritos from the bottom of the chip drawer. I hate coming to this particular location. I only came here because my son wanted chicken while the rest of the family wanted tacos and this was the only one around that had both. The girl ringing up my order stood there and just stared like she hated her life and desperately wanted to be anywhere but there. I asked for two orders of nacho fries as part of my order and she said we don't have those. I pointed up at the menu and said you're advertising them right there. This particular Taco Bell/KFC was clean and decorated for the holidays on my recent, random visit. I did think the service was much slower than most Taco Bell locations, however. Also, it was clear that whoever constructed my soft taco supreme did not care about the placement of the sour cream. It was sloppily located close to the edges of the taco shell - a taco faux pas. I really want my money back for all the times I've ordered from here. From the employees forgetting to put meat in my tacos to putting anything into my five dollar box. Don't go there, I have no problem with kfc orders everything's okay with that. And I understand it gets busy but when I'm the only one in the drive through and you forget everything in my box, no meat in any of my tacos, and burritos that are just cheese, sour cream and burrito shells to make it look like a burrito. There are so many problems, like them not answering the phone, called three times yesterday, no answer at all. When you want to binge and throw all thoughts of calories and healthy eating aside, come here! The food is good and the staff are super friendly. It is definitely one of the better Taco Bells around. Service is slow but since the food tastes fresh I am ok with waiting a couple minutes. The place is clean but again it's the staff that make this place stand out. I wish I could give this zero stars. They said they could not take 2 separate orders in the drive through, which makes no sense since there was no one else there. I went here and ordered a number 1 with 3 crunchy supreme tacos a Baja blast and chips and cheese. I tried eating it fresh in the car... the Baja blast tasted like straight carbonation, the nacho chips tasted like they used the kFC chicken grease I took one bite and couldn't eat it it was so disgusting. The nacho cheese was cheese put in the normal cup but they didn't have a lid so they put the entire little cup it in the KFC side cup and put a lid so the cheese was a mess. I took one bite of the taco and it was already soggy within less that 2 min of receiving. The taco was filled with double the meet and zero sour cream. It also tasted like chicken grease... So I took my family here for me and my wife's 20th anniversary, and let me tell you! It was the most fucking delicious thing i've ever tasted in my 43 years of age! From the tender and savory meat and perfectly crunchy shell I was thoroughly impressed with my dorito loco taco! Let me say that a baja blast may have been the highlight of my fucking life! The only complaint is that me and my wife and kids have been laying some mud monkeys all around my 3 FUCKING story house!!! Definitely DO NOT ! I only gave this place 1 star because it wouldn't allow me to give NONE ! I am NOT that person however I am allergic to beef and the first night I went there they messed up my order and remade it and it was a mess it looked as if they just threw everything together , clumps of cheese in my cheesy Gordita Crunch, I got the spicy potato soft taco and the potatoes were dried out as if they'd been sitting out all day ! I called the store and spoke with the manager whom was a GEM !! I appreciate all of his help and providing great customer service I spoke with him and he was awesome , I went back a second time, he reassured his staff to make the food correctly and given I had to drive all the way back there ! Bad managment ! I don't care attitude ! Was ignored by staff and when asked for the manager he was the reason why ! He just was the example of who to hire and not to hire .
