I immediately chose the place I believe had the healthier food. My lunch partner had the Kids meal, 4-count of Chick-fil-A Nuggets, a choice of a small Side Item Fruit Cup, a kid's size drink of Honest Kids Apple Juice and a special surprise. I went with the Grilled Chicken Sandwich, lemon-herb marinated boneless breast of chicken, grilled for a tender and juicy backyard-smokey taste, served on a toasted Multigrain Brioche bun with Green Leaf lettuce and tomato. Served with Honey Roasted BBQ Sauce. The food was tasty and the service was fantastic and the location well maintained. The employees were friendly, helpful and outgoing. read more

Was a little confused when the price was higher than usual but when I got my food I realized the cashier rang me up for a combo + a large fry so when I got my food I got two sets of fries that I had paid for. Its large and clean w the usual "its my pleasure" friendly employees on hand. The chain's app is pretty cool. You load $ on it and can order ahead - pick up is in store or curb side superb! You earn points for their goodies too. My go to is the orig Chic Fil A deluxe (incl cheese, lettuce & tomato) & super (kale, cranberries) side salad. I recently put in a catering order for a client and I have to say that, overall, I was pleased. I placed the order online late on Saturday. Knowing that Chick-fil-A is closed on Sunday (good for their employees, bad for chicken lovers), I was up early on Monday to make sure that my order was received and would be delivered on Monday at 11:30 am. I left a message (they were already open for business), but no one called me back. Later, I called again. And, again, no return call. It was now around 9:15 am or so, I was starting to get a little annoyed, so I called again. This time, instead of pressing the extension for catering, I pressed the one to speak to a manager. Luckily, a manager picked up and apologized for not calling back, but she acknowledged receipt of the order and confirmed that it would be delivered by 11:30 that day. Okay, around 11:20 or so (ahead of time, which is great), the order was delivered. However, there weren't any cups. I don't think that was Chick-fil-A's fault as I didn't see a place to order cups when I placed the order. However, I had clicked on the box to send napkins, forks, etc. Anyway, the delivery person, Bebe, was so nice. she offered to go back and get some cups and said it wouldn't be a problem. As she was about to leave, I noticed there wasn't a spot on the credit card receipt for tips and I told her so. She said, that's sweet, but don't worry about. I'lll be back with the cups. Sure enough, a short while later, she was back with 26 cups. While she was away, I scrounged together a little something to give her as a tip. She said I didn't have to, but I did. The food was good, as you might expect from Chick-fil-A. Overall, I'd give the restaurant and their failure to call back and confirm the order 3.5 stars. However, I would give Bebe 5 stars. she was terrific. Anyway, I'll round my review off and make it 4. Good save by Bebe! read more

I always get her the kid's meal which is around $5, which is enough to keep her energy level going but doesn't make her too full. I prefer going in and ordering it in person instead of going through at the drive through, because as Joe Pesci said in a movie, "They f*ck you at the drive through." To be honest, I am not a huge fan of condiments, but when I heard that they had some sort of cheese sauce, it's on my MUST TRY list. Joined the drive-thru line at 8:52. I ordered two nugget meals and was told that the restaurant ran out of fries. Was asked to choose an alternate side. I chose side salads. When I heard the total, I noticed that it was $2+ more than usual. I inquire. I was told that the salads are more expensive, so that's why the price increased. Uh, no. On May 8 I placed an online order that was $78. I went to pick up my order and was told that the payment did not go through. I told them that it was taken out of my bank account already and they insisted that they needed to rerun my card for the order. I told them no because I am not paying twice. They told me the charge online was just pending and would not post to my account. They said in order to get my food I needed to pay again. I told them I was not doing that and left without food. Low and beyond come Monday morning sure enough I was charged $78 for food I never got. I called and told them what happened and that I need a refund. Since May 8th I have called 15 times and left messages for the manager, Jess, and have been getting the run around about how she needs to contact corporate and she will be refunding me ASAP. It is now May 23 and I am still waiting for the $78 refund that Chick Fil A took from me. Worst manager ever! The staff has been so nice and apologetic, but I can't say the same for the manager since I have yet to hear back from her or get my refund. Save yourself the hassle and drive the half mile and go to Marlkress or Marlton because Voorhees does not know what they are doing! read more

We are actually there now and I was really upset. I only chose here Because my graNdchildren wanted to play here. I saw the cleaning guy standing inside the play area. I figured we would eat our food first while he was cleaning. My grandson ran inside and I asked the waitress if it was OK for them to go inside while he was still in there? I've been to Chic-fil-A before (my very first time was back in 2009 at the Mount Laurel, NJ restaurant) but this was my first time at the Voorhees restaurant. I had a coupon for a free chicken sandwich with pickle. Usually I order the sandwich without pickle but this time I left the pickles on it and it was pretty good. It's very hard to accurately review a fast food establishment such as Chick-fil-A unless you're rating it for what it is - fast food. When you walk inside (unless you're in the drive-thru to eat in your car like an animal or antisocial leper), you're greeted by very friendly staff all the time. I have never seen a Chick-fil-A employee break character and stop smiling! The restaurant is clean along with the bathrooms, a rarity for fast food. Now for the food. It's healthy by my regular standards and exceptionally healthy by fast food standards. Not to mention that it's delicious. If you ever meet someone who thinks a Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich is gross, they're most likely a terrorist or an alien failing to assimilate to human culture. Now you're not going to find a waiter, but you can get away with a tasty $5 meal with friendly staff in a clean establishment; that's 5 stars to me! It's not the same 5 stars as a fine dining establishment where you get 7 peas, a wedge of cheese, and a glass of wine for 78 dollars, but it's 5 stars nonetheless! read more

I've been to several chick-fil-a restaurants in south jersey and ordered a strawberries only fruit cup for health reasons and have never been denied, although up charged which is fair until I came to this chick fil a. My explanation was we can sell it to you but it'll have the same amount of strawberries as the regular fruit cup which makes no since! She said it's different at every chick fil a her name is Kate btw. My experience overall was just different, they're not chipper and happy like I'm used to. Maybe it's just an off day and raining. Great customer service...it's always super busy but nevertheless the food for it to be fast good is ALWAYS spot on! And another plus is they are not "stingy" on their sauces. They had a nice lady come and take my tray after I was done...service with a smile! This location in Voorhees, NJ on White Horse Rd used to be a pleasure to go to. However the last few months, it has gone downhill. I used to see so many familiar, friendly employees. That has since changed. Yesterday I used the drive thru because I had my infant in the car. I was due $4 in change and was only given $2. The employee said aloud, "$4 is your change", and had it rolled up in my receipt. I noticed after leaving that he didn't give me what I was supposed to be given back. Aside from that, you don't get what you pay for, as far as the waffle fries. They put very few amount in the container and then load up ketchup and sauces on top of the container to make it appear to be full. This has happened on numerous occasions. Is this really fast food? Wow! I'm impressed with the friendly family vibe. The staff was so attentive they immediately greeted us, customized our meals, delivered our food to the table, check in on us, and removed all of our trash. Besides the fantastic service it's all in the details that truly makes me smile. I have a 10 month old and he loves to eat. They immediately brought over a high chair and when I looked on the chair there was a purell packet and the self adhesive plastic mat for the table. I mean! Talk about family oriented. I struggle going to restaurants with my family because I have to carry wipes and purell. At the end of our meal they walk over to immediately remove trash, ask us how our experience was, and refill our drinks to go. Amazing! We absolutely love how attentive they are! Way to go! This is genuinely the worst chick fil a I have ever gone to. If it were not for it being the only one within close proximity to my home I would visit a different location. It is extremely frustrating that each time I come here my order is wrong. For the order to be double checked by staff upon ordering as well as with payment, I would expect by the time it comes to me receiving my order it would be correct. With covid and the drive thru operation as the primary way of service, staff has always been pleasant and I know everyone is doing their best. But for my order to be so consistently wrong every time I order here is ridiculous. This Chick-fil-A is the BEST! Not only are they extremely busy, what seems like all of the time, but they are able to handle this flow of traffic wonderfully! They have two drive-thru lines, which are often long, yet go fairly quickly considering. Additionally, the customer service inside is impeccable. I dined in recently and not only was the food brought to my table, it was brought within 3 minutes of me ordering!! They even asked if there was anything they could get me so that I would not have to get up.
