The food could be better because when I went to McDonald's for dinner I got nuggets and fries the nuggets were thin compared to chick-fil-a and it didn't taste that good at all. The fries could use some more salt sometimes but it was pretty good. The service was good and not bad at all. The inside does have to be a little more neater and cleaner but as far as that it wasn't half bad. read more

We put out order in at 6:22pm and sat for an hour watching people come and go. One customer asked for their money back. One person working the one register they have. When my son went to the counter they only gave him one small bag and one happy meal box with 4 sodas that weren't even what we ordered. This was a $90 meal and still when brought to their attention they threw the receipt away and worked off the receipt on the front of the bag. Wrong sandwich was given so I went back and the 2nd 1 was just threw together I got a steak egg and cheese on a bagel it usually comes with onions and breakfast sauce but it was plans with nothing on it I guess they was mad I returned the other sandwich. Customer service stinks read more

The food is good, but in this time of COVID-19 where one should be wearing a mask over the mouth and nose, this location forgets to put the mask over their nose with a number of of employees. When told, one person (perhaps the manager) pulled the mask down for a moment, then put it over their nose. The cashier (some elderly guy) had the mask under his nose and had an attitude when we asked him a simple question. I hate feeling like a Karen, but the nose needs to be covered too. read more

If i could give zero i would. I got a large dr pepper, the lady handed me the cup half way filled. I asked her why it was half way filled and she rolled her eyes and stared at me. She then took the cup and started rambling to her coworker about the drink. Waited 2mins for her to fill the cup to the top with flat soda.. worst service. So I was eating the spicy chicken nuggets and then I felt something hard that I bit into and I took it out and noticed that it was a bone. I love McDonald's but for that to happen is unbelievable but at least the make their nuggets with real chicken. read more

So slow. Why do Uber if the driver has to wait in line 30 min when doors are locked. Why are you so slow?

I live in the area and I've come to this location a few times. The last few times I've gotten a large fry they have been half full. Today my burger was so undercooked that the meat on the inside looked raw. If you are hungry and feel like stopping here, just keep on driving. read more

I don't go to McDonald's often. But when I do there's ALWAYS something wrong. I came to this drive thru because I had a sudden urge for chicken nuggets. I lie, it's the only restaurant out here in this god forsaken town of clementon NJ. I pull up to the drive thru menu board and the nice young lady took my order right away. When I pulled up to the first window, she greeted me with a smile and said happy Valentine's Day. I think she wanted me. I pulled up to the second window and a nice young man greeted me. As I received my order I look through my bag. Nuggets check, sauce check, fries check, napkins and straw check. WOW I got everything I asked for. So, why the 2 stars you ask? Because when I reached my destination I discovered I only had 7 nuggets out of 10. these kids can't count. I would've only given one star but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and believe that they're just looking out for my health. read more

Why did I feel compelled to write a review about a lowly mcdonald's? Because I've never seen a mcdonald's like this one before. It's decorated as if it's Fridays inside, complete with aircraft, skis, sleds, and traffic lights adorning the walls. I ordered a bunch of sandwich's for my family and they gave me both but a hard time first they told me they can't do it then they said I would have to do it through there automatic machine that u can't pay cash when I wanted to pay card after it wouldn't work I went back to the counter and ordered it but the hole time they were filling my order they complained about it I feel like some of the workers are just trying to be lazy with there job I even got told next time I need to call at least 15 minutes beforehand or there not going to serve me what a good restaurant read more

I come to this McDonald's more than I'd like to admit, probably 2-3 times a week. I usually dine in because I like to bring my laptop and get school work done. I feel like a lot of people probably don't even know about the awesome décor and scenery in here, and it is truly something special, not to mention if you have children who would be into the play area, this could be right up your alley. My food has always been great drive-thru or dine-in service, but I'm never fussy about my order in general so I rarely run into problems. There is one man in his early 20s who works the drive through, has dark brown wavy/curly hair, glasses, and wears a blue shirt (whatever that signifies) who is unexpectedly and extremely polite..."yes mam, no mam, please, thank you" and I really wish I knew his name to give him praise because you so rarely see that degree of professionalism in service these days. The only problem I have with coming here, and is one that management SERIOUSLY needs to do something about, is the amount of vagrants who loiter inside or in the parking lot. In the evenings I simply cannot avoid them, they all sit in there at the tables with no food, stare at me, take turns walking up and begging while I try to politely ignore them with my headphones in and JUST DO NOT TAKE A HINT. What's worse is that they'll follow me out to my car and bother me there too while I warm up. It's truly getting ridiculous and I know management is aware of these people, probably just trying to be nice and tolerant but enough is enough! read more

Very slow drive through!! Longer than a 5 minute wait. Rude service. I won't be going back here.

My experience was good until I received my order. I ordered a number 7 which was the fish sandwich meal. When I opened the box to the fish sandwich the breading was hard and the sandwich was just lukewarm ( hint..hint )fish sandwiches taste better when fresh and hot. So, I took it back to the counter and the manager did try to assist me and accommodate me the best he knew how and told me that a fish sandwich would come up in about 4 minutes and if I was alright waiting I was so I sat down. Well, it took over 5 to 6 minutes and I went back up to the counter to see what was going on and the same manager that assisted me was surprised that my meal did not come out so he brought out the meal with an extra fry which was very nice and a apple pie. So as I begin to eat my fish fish fillet sandwich I noticed a long hair between the tartar sauce and the fish YUCK! totally disappointed totally totally totally never come here again and I would never recommend this place.
