We were in town for my daughter's dance competition and needed a quick place to grab something to eat. We stopped by on March 29, 2026, around 4:15 PM, and, unfortunately, the customer service left much to be desired. The young woman working the front counter was noticeably unfriendly from the start. After placing my order, I was given a cup for my drink, but the orange soda dispenser was empty. Since there was another soda machine behind the counter, I politely asked if she could fill my cup. Her initial response was simply "no," explaining that she was handling both counter and drive-thru orders before eventually filling it. I also requested two BBQ sauces and two sweet-and-sour sauces. I was given one of each, which I assumed might be store policy. However, when I asked for additional sauces, I was met with more attitude and was told "no." Only after I questioned why was I informed that extra sauces required an additional charge. Paying was never the issue; I just wish that had been explained from the beginning. Everyone can have a bad day, but basic courtesy and communication go a long way. Unfortunately, this interaction left a negative impression, and it's unlikely we'll return the next time we're in town for a competition. read more

We went to this location yesterday for dinner bad decision. the help is rude and ignorant, they roll there eyes when you ask for a lid for your cup. mind you they have nothing out so you can get it yourself. second off the bathrooms are disgusting and had no toilet paper. there were also dirty underwear on the floor. Also the floor looks like it hasnt been cleaned in 6 months. Then we sit down to eat our meal and the chicken nuggets were so greasy they were trash. Very unhappy with this location. I have eaten the $20+ burger, the $10+ burger, and this pretzel burger can hold it's own against the big boys. I do not know who the genius was that said "I wonder how this burger would taste if we tuck it between two pretzels", but this burger is a game changer? The one time I was actually able to pick up food inside, the employee was extremely rude and snarky. Terrible service to not accommodate delivery drivers... like every other place. read more

I just went to the Wendy's on Blackwood Clementon rd and have never been sooo disappointed. I ordered a side salad and this is what I get. I get you guys have to pre pack these things but don't you think you should double check them before selling it to avoid complaints or someone getting sick off of this!! This is disgusting and the second time this week that this has happened. Wednesday I got my son a side salad and had to take it back and the cashier just said "I can throw it out for you and you can purchase something else". Let's have an honest chat about the meat to bean ratio. My wife and I went to this Wendy's last week. I ordered the chili. When I order chili I expect it to have at least a tangible amount of meat in that thing. I don't care if it's cat meat, emu, human, just focking put some meat in that thing. Instead, I get this cup of goo that's so full of beans and no meat that it reminds me of my days in elementary chugging Elmer's glue by the liters. And I mean this chili was gross; It looked like cow cum mixed with chili seasoning and brought to room temperature. Just for me. I could take a shite that looked more like a chili. The aliens would agree cuz they probed me last week, so they'd know for sure, but I'm tellin' ya: Where's the meats. Apparently this product needs a label on the side of the chili cup that says "Must provide your own meat. Meat not included". C'mon, Wendy, are you too lit up on bong water to give us at least some possum in that chili of yours? Are you too drunk stumbling around fighting gravity, twerking to Lady Gaga, to at least throw some meat flavor into this chili. Excuse me, I mean "chili". This stuff's more suitable for brick mortar. This was the most pleasant experience I've had with any fast food restaurant in the past few months. The line was long, but I certainly understand why- our food was served hot, fries evenly coated with just the right amount of seasoning, and our drinks were full to the brim. The servers were so kind and polite, and made the extra effort to let us know that they hoped we would get through this time safely. I also used a discount through the Wendy's app and it very much cooperated. Nothing from our order was missing, including all sauces! Everyone should come to this Wendys. read more

It's difficult for me to dislike the menu options here at Wendy's. My only gripe about this particular Wendy's branch is it's staff and wait times. Staff regularly mocks and ignore customers to the point where food isn't being made. Crew Members seem to not know how to delegate work and customers often wait longer than need be.
