We ordered the rice bowls. Chicken and pork were great. They were also large. The metal bowls kept the food hot throughout our meal. The food here was very good. BEWARE They no longer have sushi. It still says sushi on the door. The menus still have sushi sections. This needs to be fixed The server didn't tell us this when we were seated. My daughter was very excited to have sushi when looking at the menu. When I ordered, the server told us there was no sushi. That made my girl sad. The server must tell people there is no sushi when they sit people, as opposed to when they order. Also, the server reprimanded us when we decided to change from bbq to the other side which was unnecessary.

The Korean chicken wings tastes a bit freezer burned and didn't travel well. The japche rice bowl was edible but nothing to write home about. There was a lot of instant noodle stuffs, which put me off a bit because I could've just made this at home. Also got the jasmine bubble tea that didn't taste at all like tea just sweeten milk water for $6. Came here cause I thought it was perfect for me and my very picky kid who only eats burgers and fries. (Even the burger ended up goin to the dog when we got home) But turns out to be disappointing and quite expensive compared to several other local Korean restaurants.

Most of them leaned sweet and salty. Personally, I really liked the kimchi fried rice, and the tofu soup was also great. The stir‑fried pork was decent as well. I ordered my meal ahead of time through DoorDash, and it turned out to be an easy and quick pickup with the food being hot and fresh when I arrived. The wings are by far the best Korean fried chicken I've had, with every piece packed with juicy meat. This is exactly what you expect when ordering this dish, and the honey sesame sauce did not disappoint one bit. The wings were perfectly coated, and there was still a pool of sauce for dipping at the bottom of the container. Next time I will definitely turn up the heat and try one of their spicier sauce options to experience that flavor profile. The nicely fried mandoo pork dumplings were full of a delicious filling mixture that paired perfectly with the soy vinegar dipping sauce. The dumplings had a crispy exterior that gave way to a flavorful, well-seasoned interior. The only thing I'm disappointed with is that I didn't discover Dolsot House sooner.

I'd like to tell you to stay away. To go and choose another spot. To completely avoid this place…read more Why! Because it was simply the best experience I've had with Korean food and personnel since I've started trying out this cuisine type over the past year. I was joined by my friend who ordered the bulgogi beef (which I did not get the opportunity to taste because it was so good he forgot to offer me a try) as well as a kimbap(?) as an appetizer. I tried a piece of the app and it was scrumptious. He said his entree was spicy but ok the best way. He was content with the portion, the taste, and the plating. I did warn him that most folks who come here do end up needing to bring food home. Boy, was that right. So, be kind and bring your own container(s) so you can delight in your leftovers another day. They do have takeout containers but they do not offer take out. You must dine in. So, please do keep this in mind when coming here. It makes sense because otherwise the transit time to take it offsite to eat your meal elsewhere is just not the same to get the full experience they are giving here along with their culinary expertise. The food came out fresh and with a little bit of wait. Patience may be required but it's so worth the wait. What did I have you are asking ? Well, my first ever japchae. Non-spicy option for me. The way the noodles were, I can't describe it. It's a whole fun experience on top of the goodness of the dish. The place has some modest touches to let you know what sort of cuisine they serve. There is a kimbap (?) bar area and a few tables. I imagine it can fill up quickly at lunch or dinner. I highly suggest arriving early to ensure you don't feel rushed. Definitely support this restaurant, make sure it has a longevity they deserve and continue to educate us - ok me- on the deliciousness of Korean cuisine. Of course, I took home my meal leftovers. And I enjoyed them the next day. The parking is easy and free at the Cardiff plaza.

I want this place to be successful. There aren't many Korean options in this part of south Jersey. Please do better.

I was super excited to try this restaurant after hearing good things and there just aren't many Korean food places around me. I was told this would be authentic Korean food and I couldn't wait, as I'm Korean and miss my grandma's traditional food! We arrived around 4:45pm and the hours listed say 6pm. We went to go sit down so we could look through the menu before ordering and were told it's take out only. This was a major bummer and some of the things we wanted to order would have been difficult to eat in the car. It was also 80 degrees out and I live about 35-40 minutes from here. We still ordered cause we wanted to try it and were hungry. The food came out fast and we were also given 2 small containers of cucumber kimchi! I ordered the tofu bibimbap and I'm sorry to say it had zero flavor. If you are looking to just make it spicy, they do give you a container of spicy sauce to put on it. My friend ordered the bulgogi with rice and Ttokbokki. The Ttokbokki were delicious and were the perfect level of spicy! The bulgogi was also very good, but next time we might try the spicy bulgogi! Overall, I would give it a try.

Michael, the manager, always greets us with a smile, and sometimes we even get lucky enough to have him as our server. I genuinely don't think I've ever seen this guy have a bad day. He's professional, welcoming, funny, and somehow makes every visit feel personal. Gin is also amazing, we absolutely love getting him as our waiter. Honestly though, we've never had a bad experience with any member of the staff. Everyone there is friendly and attentive, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. For years, this has been the ONLY restaurant my mom consistently wants to go to. We use way too much sauce, accidentally burn half our food, and still somehow have the best time every single visit. The atmosphere is just that good. And the food? Absolutely top tier. The meats, seafood, and vegetables are always fresh. The Thai Tom Yum broth is my personal favorite and never disappoints. My mom is obsessed with the KPot short rib, and honestly, I can see why, it's amazing. I'm hooked on the sweet and spicy sauce with the garlic shrimp. Every time I tell someone about this place, I hype it up with the same excitement because it truly deserves it. If you've never been to KPot Franklin Mills, just GO.
