    Marinated Spicy Pork Belly Plate
    Kyle E.

Would rate 4.5 stars if possible. A homey, family run restaurant that has been usually great most times I been there. Appetizers we generally get the Seafood pancake and tteok-bokki (might be listed as spicy rice cakes). Seafood pancake usually is hot and crispy with good portions of seafood. Tteok-bokki (spicy rice cakes) is quite spicy, but it's rather tasty and the rice cake has appropriate chewiness. Main dishes we've gotten are spicy pork belly, and either the beef soondubu or grilled mackerel. Spicy pork belly usually is on point. You can request different levels of spiciness. Beef soondubu has generous meat portions and tofu is smooth. Grilled mackerel is excellent, but has a lot of delicate, small bones so need to watch out for those.

This restaurant was on my list of places to try and I finally came with a friend. If I was rating based on service alone this rating would be 10 stars but I have to add in the food. The food was just okay. My friend and I ordered a bunch of stuff to try. For starters we had a veggie pancake, wings and rice cakes. The veggie pancake was good but a bit of salt would have made it great. The wings were breaded thick and not fried well. The sauce on the one type of wings was odd....not bad just odd. Almost like the wings were coated in apple sauce. My rice cakes were cooked perfectly but the sauce they were in tasted like watered down gojuchang. My bibimbap was bland. Would I go back , probably not because there is another Korean restaurant in the area.

I order the bulgogi dolsot bibimbap here. Always a great experience! It's a cozy environment. The people are so nice and the food always comes out sizzling hot and fresh. I've had wings here too and they were great. Random note: they have a great women's restroom.

Banchan - various free garnishes to eat with your entrées. Kimchee taste fresh and homemade !

Amazing home style Korean cooking. Restaurant has a very cozy feel like you're at a Korean friend's house. Service is very nice and fast. Food is STELLAR !! I have to be honest I usually go to Dolsot and it's a sure hit but recently they're overcrowded as well as prices went up due to their popularity. I'm glad I gave other Korean restaurants a try ! I even like the Soondubu at Eden more. Duen jang jigae is an aged bean paste veggie soup that is very flavorful, like a super complex miso soup. I didn't even miss the meat. The most pleasant surprise is their bathroom. I know it's silly but I appreciate a clean bathroom. They also set up a changing table (WITH LINEN) for baby comfort ! Toilet has a bidet but I don't like using public bidets, nice effort though. Sink is cute with a little basket to hold towels and has hand lotion. It's the little touches that enhance customer experience. FIVE STARS all around !!

I really like this place I haven't been in a while and I think they may have actually been closed for a little. The food is really good - good portion sizes and flavorful. The staff is so nice and accommodating - asked for extra kimchi. I've been coming to this place since it was further down route 70 in a different shopping center.

Decent Korean food, really a 3.5 stars experience for me but I rounded up because the lady working was really nice. I think with better ordering and knowing what to avoid getting the rating could easily be much higher in the future if we ever come back. Pretty good stone bulgogi bibimbap - the best dish here and the best value. Good flavor and you can add as much hot sauce (gochujang on the side) as you want. The home made fried dumpings were very good too but a little pricey. The skin was good - crispy and not tough. Baby octopus noodles was ok. The noodles were kinda soggy but the flavor was ok. Dish was like $33. Definitely overpriced. Ban chan was the other highlight of the meal. Delicious and refillable. My favs were the anchovies, steamed egg, and pickled seaweed. Pork katsu was also good. Crispy outside and tender not overcooked meat inside. Portion size was medium.

On a whim ... DH and I decided we missed having Korean (as the one near us closed a few years back). There just happened to be a couple in Cherry Hill ... both on Rte 70 within blocks of each other. Although we've been to the "other" one previously ... we landed at Eden since it was the closest as we came off 295. We were a bit surprised that there were actually 4-5 other occupied tables ... even at 3pm in the middle of a Saturday afternoon. Hmm ... we're thinking that this place must be good ... right? We started with the Seafood & Green Onion Pancake appetizer ($16). It was quite tasty with plenty of seafood and a tangy soy sauce that complimented it nicely. As usual, everything came with the requisite Korean side dishes including a small sampling of bean sprouts, broccoli florets, egg, beans, and kimchi ... but it seemed a bit "light" and not very interesting. DH ordered the Bulgogi Dolsot Bibimbap ($16) and it just seemed like it was missing "something" ... not quite sure what, maybe a green vegetable or just a bit more flavor? I really wanted my usual Jjamppong (which was not on the menu). So, they suggested the Seafood Noodles ($14) instead. The seafood seemed pretty fresh with some nice pieces of octopus, shrimp, and mussels ... but it almost had no taste whatsoever, even after adding a good amount of chili powder. Unfortunately, the appetizer was the only highlight of our meal. However, the server/owner(?) was super friendly and attentive with food coming out pretty quickly ... but it wasn't quite exactly what we expected.

Great local mom-and-pop restaurant for authentic Korean food. I enjoyed everything I ordered from their dumplings to the bibimbap and their pork belly. I would say get their marinated pork belly instead of the regular grilled pork belly. I love all their dishes and the chicken wings were good too! The food came out at a decent time and the service was great!

We placed a takeout order from Eden on Friday and were told it was going to take 35 minutes, which was longer than I expected. We ordered the Soondubu and beef Japchae, and was surprised they included a cute and nicely packed platter of banchan in our order. The banchan consisted of broccoli, beansprouts, kimchi, seaweed, mushrooms, and fish cakes. It wasn't the best banchan but since we weren't expecting to get banchan at all, it was a nice bonus. The beef Japchae was delicious and hit the spot. There were bulgogi, sliced veggies, mushrooms and black fungus in it. The portions were huge too, easily enough to feed 4 people. We were disappointed with the Soondubu though, it tasted bland for some reason. It could just be an off day, as they were really busy. We tried adding salt but it didn't do much to improve the taste of the soup.

Legit legit Korean food. Food and owner here reminded me of home. Very tasteful food. Service was amazing- very friendly and uplifting spirit. Price- a bit higher than I'm used to but the food was well worth. Bulgogi dolsot bibimbab - beef chunks with veg (such as carrot, zucchini, bean sprouts, and a few other ones I forget :( + egg and gochujang - a spicy pepper paste- to top it off)!. One of the main reasons why I love dolsot (stone pot) is because the rice that's on the bottom of the dolsot forms an amazing crisp! Yum. Must try if you haven't. :p

My family and I ordered food from here for my brothers birthday, and everything was 10/10 as expected! We ordered the beef japchae, which were perfect! A bit pricey compared to other Korean restaurants, but it was very flavorful and came with a lot! Also ordered the beef kimbap, which is the perfect snack and party appetizer. In the past, I was able to ask for brown rice but this time I stuck with white rice. Flavorful and satisfying. This is a meal in itself! Last but not least, we ordered the crispy wings with soy garlic sauce and that was the star of the show. I could not stop eating the wings. The crispiness, flavor, everything was perfection. Absolutely addicting! Highly recommend getting the wings from here on top of all the other dishes I mentioned. You will not be disappointed!

Either I have high expectation coming back here, or the quality was not as good as it was 4 years ago? All I can say, the sauce on galbi is not marinated evenly, and the meat around the bone was hard to get off. Definitely took me quite a work to clean off the meat around the bones this time. and the price? I'm not sure if it's standard now. $31 for a hot plate of galbi? that seems a bit much? I definitely remember not paying that much for it. But people love coming here. It's definitely more crowded than it was before, business going well so that's good.

It sounded like the kitchen intended to close an hour earlier, which would be fine but the restaurant should adjust their hours since several customers after us were confused and had to be turned away. We were even unsure about whether our own food was going to come. Ambiance would also feel a little more comfortable if they had some music playing - it was very quiet and almost felt awkward at times. Regardless, our food did come and hit the spot. The accompanying banchan was nice (and pretty spicy!) and portion sizes were generous. It felt like a nice, homey meal overall. The hiccup in the kitchen was probably a one-off, but hoping they can manage their hours better in the future.

Fried chicken bites were a pretty big hit, and the pork buns were good as well - crispier than usual, but still really good. Toppoki was nice too, and have to say that calling it rice gnocchi is pretty smart to make it easier to understand outside the Asian POV. Kimchi paella was essentially kimchi fried rice, but tasty and filling, and the scrape off parts at the bottom, that's rice gold right there. I don't always eat rice, but when I do, I prefer slightly burnt at the bottom of a stone pot. Second visit, I went with fire chicken, which is tasty and has some kick. I did notice that my not Asian colleague was asked if he was sure about the three fire symbols, but I was not :P Space is pretty nice inside too, a nice combination of old and new; the bathroom was nice and clean, and the general feel inside is casual but elegant. I wouldn't be opposed to returning, but would need to know much more about allergy protocols and awareness, which admittedly isn't always a strong point in Asian cuisine.
