He explained the concept of "hot pot" items and "bbq" items for each menu and then recommended that we try both for only $5 extra. So, we did. I went with the chicken broth for my hot pot. My partner decided to go with a spicy broth. The waiter stated that we should try to pick at least 5 items per person for our dinner experience. We went with corn, short ribs, strip steak, garlic shrimp, onions, and ramen noodles. I visited the "fixing/sauce" bar and absolutely loved the recipes for the sauces you could create. I went rogue and created my own thai chili , garlic, cilantro, sauce. Our dinner options arrived promptly and we began the dining experience. Although I enjoyed the hot pot bc of the broth and how it added flavor to the food. I found that the BBQ items were more of my speed. The short ribs were delicious along with the beef strip steak and onions. I felt like the BBQ really elevated the experience for me. My partner agreed too.
