I was initially hesitant to order the steamed Chilean sea bass, but it turned out to be perfect light, flaky, and with perfectly balanced aromatics that I'll be dreaming about until I return. Our server Vinnie was elegant and funny. He handled all our questions with ease and even brought us a complimentary side dish he personally enjoyed, which was a lovely touch. I felt like I was dining in seafood heaven; each dish was more exciting than the last. And I can't forget about the cocktails! They served SIX huge pieces of tofu (probably an entire brick of tofu) The sauce was delicious and it came with onions and veggies. If I had to nitpick, the veggies could be cut a little smaller but no complaints over all. We are taking most of the tofu home. The service was great. Our server was polite and professional.
