They decorated in her wedding colors on all three floors of the event space, included event-specific decorations (e.g., bride-to-be signs), provided a wealth of food (for which we got to take home leftovers), checked coats, and even had an appropriate playlist going on a good sound system. They even provided a gift to the guest of honor. The great: The food was awesome -- salad, meatballs, empanadas, egg rolls, pasta salad...the list goes on. They were ready on time for the party. The staff was incredibly accommodating. And again, the place is pristinely laid out and decorated for the event. The good: the music was just right, all about wedding, love, and marriage but at times a bit too loud to carry on a conversation. No worries, staff were happy to adjust as requested. Only the first floor is accessible, so folks in wheelchairs or who can't do stairs will have to stay on the first floor. Room for improvement: No contract was provided at the time of deposit. This would've been helpful because payment terms are non-standard (in my experience) with final payment due well in advance of the event.

The ballroom is two floors with the second floor looking down into the first. When I attended the wedding the couple got married at the venue as well. Everything was handled flawlessly when turning it over to dining after the ceremony. Food was great too! The event tonight was very nice. There was plenty of room for the many registration tables. The ballroom held over 30 tables for businesses to share their well known dishes. There were also also high top tables throughout.

It is tight seating, I won't deny that but not so bad. Overall the venue is between a 3 star and 4 star. I do want to recommend an early arrival to get parking and avoid any lines. I waited, she was not there. My daughter-in-law tried to call her 3 times she never answered. We never asked her to come early. She suggested that she was gonna be there. And we could, and then she didn't show up and tried to make it like my daughter law's fault for going. They are at 9, when that's what she said to do on top of that. When I got there at 5, she was still decorating. I said, that's okay, I brought some just in case this happens. And I brought a smaller table, then she left never said, anything else. I asked her. I said, is there a Back Door she said, yeah, you don't use that one, use this one. I'm looking at her. She's just pointing, I'm like, okay. She walked away again. Nothing was inviting. She was very rude, and I mean, rude, then she walked away. I went, and I just got the stuff, and started bringing in other vendors that came was bringing in stuff, she never told him it was a Back Door she kept letting them walk through the front, which I don't fault her for that. Because that's not really her problem. I guess but trust me, I've done plenty of parties at venues, and I've had party planners and everything. And the people that I have ever worked with were very professional, they asked me, did I like the everything that I liked the setup. Did I need them to change anything before they left? She did nothing, she could have cared less. The point with the silverware, if she ran at a time she could have just said, listen, i'm running out of time because she was still there.When the guest, we're still coming in the door at six i said, do you want me to still put the forks on a table or what she didn't? She throw him in a bucket at the end of the food table and walked out, took her couple pictures and left. She had no hospitality at all. I don't know how people or hearsay said that she knows how to greet people. She's very good with with communication. She's good when it came to communication about her money, but other than that. Her communication skills, her people person skills are horrible. She's very rude and does not greet anyone with kindness you feel why am I here like I'm standing here? Looking at someone that's looking at me like I'm crazy or something. I felt so uncomfortable when I first came in there and we paid a lot of money.It was terrible and again, i've grown.Many parties and many events.And i've had great party planners and had beautiful events.So hers was not that great.It was it was great for my my granddaughter, because it was her sweet, 16, and we made it work. Inside is a very modern nicely decorated hall. It's also very clean. The staff were wonderful, they kept the food hot, the bar tender was all smiles and very upbeat, and I never noticed a speck of unattended empty dishes/cups. As the wait staff promptly cleared our plates, they kept the buffet food line hot and neat, the cakes were to die for! I mean they should be on one of those reality television shows about cake battles! I'm certain the organizer of this party I attended will have more parties here. This place is in a great location with a private lot. We had over 100 people and the bathrooms stayed fully stocked/clean. This staff was so excellent that when the party was over and the lights were turned back on, the place was already sparking clean. (we weren't a messy group but you'd think we all just arrived!) Some food for thought, we did bring our own soda and we hired a DJ (http://www.supremeproductionz.com/) who setup the lighting and speaker system. We rented the hall from 7 to 12 so you are able to have late parties here. This would also be a great option for weddings, baby showers, corporate seminars, reunions, meetings, holiday parties, the list is endless. These people truly know how to work a space. Who knew this nice little place was nestled in the little town of Maple Shade. (This place is literally 5 minutes from the Betsey Ross bridge.)
