Kyuramen - Cherry Hill - Tonkatsu and Miso ramen - Ramen Near Me - Cherry Hill, New Jersey

A bit disappointed. Tonkotsu is way too fatty; it's supposed to be balanced between lean and fat meat, but what I got is mostly fat. The white side of my Ying Yang bowl has strong bake soda flavor, probably from boiling the noodle. The spicy soup base tastes better. But I will say that I really appreciate the interior design. Service is friendly and efficient too. The ramen itself is just average. read more

Menu has changed since my last visit. New menu loaded in photos. Service was okay this time. One of the 2 servers we had really projected his demeanor of not wanting to be there. It wasnt bad service but felt a little unwelcoming...but thats just my opinion. We stopped in for a quick lunch on our costco/grocery run....food was still relatively good so no complaints there. Ramen is the perfect go to for a fall day. Will be back to try some of the new updated items. read more

After seeing Kyuramen on TikTok I had to give it a whirl and I was in south jersey so I was in the neighborhood. The restaurant is nicely decorated with a unique tree installation of art. There are private booths if you'd like a more intimate dining experience. Each table is nicely organized and equipped with seasonings and other items. The servers were attentive and polite. The food was excellent. I got the yinyang ramen and would highly recommend it. My fam liked their food as well, in particular the taro smoothie and shoyu beef bowl. I will be back to try more food when I'm back in so. Jerz. read more

This is a very solid restaurant that mainly specializes in ramen as well as other Japanese cuisine, like omurice and pork tonkatsu. We came in during a relatively non-busy weeknight. Though their individual booths required reservations, the restaurant managed to fit us in. Feeling like something other than ramen, we ordered the pork tonkatsu omurice combo. Seeing how they offer several fruit tea and boba options, we also got the Fresh Passion Fruit Tea to go with our meal. It didn't take long for the food to come out and it tasted very good. The portions were just enough for two people to finish and the tea drink wasn't overly sweet. The booth was nice to sit in, as it felt more private and was better for conversations. Overall, Kyuramen is a solid place to go with for friends or dates. read more

It took me ages to finally dine at Kyuramen and I'm kicking myself for waiting so long. We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and had a short wait for a table. While waiting it gave us a moment to admire the decor, the atmosphere, and multiple displays of artwork created by customers hanging around the restaurant. They have private rooms/booths you can reserve which would be perfect for a group of people, but one of these days I'd like to sit at their bar. Service was great, the staff was friendly, and our food came out quickly (and hot!). I wanted to try a variety of items. Of course I came for the ramen, but the Popcorn Chicken and Pork Bao Buns were also calling my name. My fiancé and I split the Popcorn chicken and let me tell you, it was PHENOMENAL. The crispiest, most flavorful fried chicken I've ever had in perfect bite-sized pieces. It's really a must order. I chose the Katsuobushi Pork ramen because I love pork belly and some heat. It definitely didn't disappoint. I'd order it again but there are so many other offerings I need to try before I do. My fiancé went with the original Chicken Ramen #9. This was her first ramen experience and while she did enjoy it, she's not in a rush for ramen again anytime soon. I tried hers and, as with my ramen, there was lots and lots of flavor. I also really enjoyed my first ever bao bun, but between that, the popcorn chicken, and the ramen, I did have a little too much food. I actually can't wait for my next visit. I'm going to sit at the bar. I'm going to order the Popcorn Chicken again, but this time I'm going with the Omurice. Yes, I have my next visit all planned out because I'm that excited. read more

Beautiful interior, a wide variety of dishes worth trying. Everything I ordered was delicious, with generous portions and excellent presentation. I'm really happy with my experience dining here, definitely coming back to try more from the menu, because everything looks so appetizing! read more

Back again in our regular stomping ground, it's getting better and better here! Love it as they added more menu items

Kyuramen was a great dinner spot for our family. The ambience is so fun! We sat in a "private" booth, which my kids loved. The staff were attentive and helpful, everyone we encountered was great. While we loved the booth, next time we'll sit in the open area so we can see all of the fun decor. The stars were the popcorn chicken and yam fries. We did like the ramen as well. We prefer our broth a bit saltier but that's just our preference. Overall the quality of food was fresh, and well made. Noodles were perfectly bouncy and chewy. read more

Alright. I have an addiction to this location. Went back for the 100th time on Saturday. My wife was in the mood for chicken ramen while I got the non spicy Sapporo ramen. Both of us ordered the fruit tea as well. Both ramen were flavorful and plenty. Price is decent and service attentive. We called ahead to book the private booths and never had issues with reserving them. Will continue returning. The only drawback is they stopped the stamp cards so no more free ramen or popcorn chicken after my 10th visit read more

Honeycomb platter was a hit! Shrimp tempura was amazing, loved the edamame seasoning. My ramen was okay, it was pretty good I added a ton of cayenne pepper because the flavor was lack luster a bit for me. I have definitely had better ramen but this was pretty good! The presentation is everything!!! The private little rooms are awesome, the staff is great even if you are in a private room and they cant always see you. Honorable mentions was the matcha tiramisu. read more

I went to Kyuramen and honestly thought it lived up to the hype. The restaurant had a really cool atmosphere with the private booth style seating and the food came out pretty fast. I got ramen and the broth was rich without being too heavy, and the noodles tasted fresh. The portions were solid for the price too. The only downside was that it got crowded pretty quickly, so there was a bit of a wait. Overall though, I'd definitely go back because the food and vibe made it worth it. read more

We arrived for lunch to an empty restaurant. Service was polite, though not friendly. We wanted the omurice, and were disappointed that you couldn't order it by itself, only as a set which included a drink. And you're not able to customize the sweetness level of the drinks because it's already premade. But it wasn't too sweet, until we got to the bottom. I liked the taste the cucumber added to it. The omurice was brought out and the egg omelette was cut, though not in front of us, to the side. Very unenthusiastically I might add. I don't eat red meat and nowhere on the menu does it state that the fried rice has meat in it. But it does include pork. A bit shocking when I spit out the food. I don't like to waste food so I picked out what I could. read more

Very rude and unprofessional experience. I went here last night with a group of friends, and from the moment we walked in, we felt extremely unwelcome. We were greeted by a man who told us his name was Lee, although we later found out his real name was Kim. Right away, his attitude toward us was cold, aggressive, and disrespectful. As soon as he brought us to our table, he immediately asked how we were going to pay before we even had a chance to sit down or look at the menu. He then kept rushing us to order, making us feel pressured and uncomfortable the entire time. When the food came out, it was obvious it had been rushed because some of it was cold. Not long after bringing the food, he brought the check to the table, making it very clear he wanted us out as quickly as possible. One person in our group politely asked why he was being so aggressive toward us, and his response was that he had "worked all day." That is not an excuse to treat paying customers poorly. After we paid, he even threw the to-go containers onto the table instead of handing them to us respectfully. The entire interaction felt hostile, targeted, and honestly discriminatory. We came to enjoy a night out with friends and instead left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Customer service matters just as much as the food, and unfortunately this experience completely ruined our visit. I would not recommend this place based on how we were treated. read more

Place was nice and huge. Theres a matcha drink joint next to it (which I think they own as well). Staff were very friendly. Noodle texture was great and meat/veg toppings were enough for the price. Now, the soup/broth is just warm (or next to room temperature) and gets cold in 3 minutes after serving the ramen. I ordered the tonkotsu/miso combo and both broths were served cold to me. They did heat up the noodles but aren't they suppose to boil the broth too before serving them. Mind you, there are 4 to 5 other ramen place in Cherry Hill and this is the only one that serves their ramen broth at room temperature or cold. Can I request for a hot/smoking broth next time? read more

The food was great. I came with my boyfriend and his parents. My boyfriend and I frequent the one in Chinatown in Center City but came here since it's closer to his parents. I ordered the creamy udon noodles. My boyfriend ordered curry ramen; his mom Chicken Shoyu and his dad the chicken rice burger. They all loved the food. We didn't tell them it was my boyfriend's birthday but they noticed we had a balloon and they brought out a slice of matcha crepe cake and sang us the birthday song. 10/10 attentiveness and service. We will definitely come back. read more

A great place to celebrate son's birthday and grate service with great people here! Definitely a 6 stars place.

It was a good environment and fast service and polite and friendly waiters. The food was also good. Love the omurice.

Great food and great service! 5 stars. Ambience feels like I'm in Japan. Will come back again.

Really amazing spot for Asian food in the area. Definitely a stand out location in Cherry Hill, which has a lot of great options. Also one of the only places in NJ that has omurice. The place itself is very nice. They have these private booths which are great for a unique eating experience. The service was quick and very friendly as well. The menu looked amazing and had some really great options like curry and ramen as well that I would to explore when I come back. I had the omurice which was great. Also had the pork katsu which was fine right. They also have bubble tea which is awesome. Would 1000% recommend. read more
