This is our new spot! We took a chance and it was amazing. I never leave reviews this quickly and I never stray from my dual spot and my usual order. The restaurant quality was five star, the food was amazing, and the pricing was perfect. They also included almond cookies which really made a standout impression as most places don't go that extra step anymore, so the service and overall ambiance of the staff was spectacular. Best general tsos I've have in a long time.

Their menu is not updated and prices have increased slightly. They have so many great lunch specials and a wide variety of options. I tried the ichiban sushi which included 2 pieces each of tuna, salmon and yellowtail sushi, an eel roll, miso soup and salad. Food was delicious and I definitely will be ordering from here again! Seems like they are take out only at the moment, and food was ready in 25mjns.

On the hunt for affordable, quality Chinese food especially my favorite, honey walnut shrimp. I ordered takeout of the Crispy Shrimp with Honey Walnut and a small Shrimp Lo Mein. The Crispy Shrimp with Walnut tasted okay, but the included rice tasted old and spoiled. The Shrimp Lo Mein tasted fine, something that I would eat again but to serve spoiled rice would make me not come again. At this time, they don't offer dine in. The minimum for delivery is $15 with a $2 delivery fee. Service was friendly, and there is street parking. 2/5.

Ordered pork low mein, pad Thai and chicken cashew. All 3 completely tasteless. I hate writing bad reviews but the worst Chinese I've ever had. They use to be ok. Never again.

Dragon House opened January 2018. The food was fresh and non-greasy and the service was attentive despite how busy they were with dine-in and take out orders, both being serviced by one waitress. 3 stars for this new addition to Haddon Ave.

Enoki and egg soup is my favorite appetizer. Light broth with umami and perfect saltiness. My second favorite appetizer is agedashi tofu. So silky like pudding with light teriyaki broth. Beef roll up with scallions: beef is tender with some kind of sweet teriyaki sauce. It's pretty good. Eggplant filled with ground chicken. It looks appealing but unfortunately a bit too greasy. The sushi here is very special. The sushi rice is silky and moist. The fish piece is bigger than the rice. The eel is a must try here. It's very big compared to the rice underneath it. It very flavorful too. Mt entree is steamed salmon with seafood broth. I recommend squirting the lemon to the broth to make it taste like yuzu sauce as it lightens the whole dish and makes it less fishy.

PRO: I will say, if you want a place where you can sit and have a conversation, dark mood lighting (especially forgiving if the last time you saw each other alot was 20 years ago! - LOL), Sagami is an excellent choice. PRO: They don't rush you out - take your time. It was a Thursday night, so not especially busy when we came at 6:30 PM. CON: I could not find an updated menu online - I'm one of those people who like to peruse a menu in advance. I started with a vegetable tempura appetizer ($10) - excellent, light, airy, tasty. My main was the dragon roll - very tasty. Service was quite nice. Appetizers came out almost immediately, the rolls took a lot longer to get to our table. This is the kind of place where you're not paying to fill up your belly - but if you do, expect to shell out some bucks.

(If you've never had it, it's a sweet squash and it's delicious and you should definitely try it!) We started with the salmon skin salad which was so unique! It has all our favorites! Salmon skin (obviously) kani, seaweed salad, and caviar. We got the sauce on the side because we were worried it would be too spicy, but it was delicious! It was still good that it was on the side so I could control how much I used. Next we shared the kampyo (or is it kanpyo? I can never remember) roll and a mackerel and tamago roll (not on the menu but they made a great one and you should try that too!) Finally we shared tofu teriyaki. They served SIX huge pieces of tofu (probably an entire brick of tofu) The sauce was delicious and it came with onions and veggies. If I had to nitpick, the veggies could be cut a little smaller but no complaints over all. We are taking most of the tofu home. The service was great. Our server was polite and professional. I didn't even have to ask for fresh plates between the sushi and the tofu. As for atmosphere, it's a little dark but they play great music (lots of '80's!). The music is soft and not obtrusive. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed the complexities of these pieces and appreciated the thoughtfulness of each flavor combination. The last few bites were the most memorable. Specially the eel with foie gras and the sweet shrimp uni bowl. We were extremely impressed with every single bite. I usually go for sushi which is very good, one of my favorites is the So Good Roll. This restaurant is located in Collingswood, right on Haddon Ave. where there a plenty of restaurants and shops so parking can be a pain sometimes. We got lucky and got a spot right out front. This recent trip was planned last minute and I used a Groupon deal (for 4 people). My kids got the Ramen (one plain & one spicy miso) and they loved it. My only complaint about the Ramen is that they charged me full price for the bowl of just broth and noodles - for a 7 year old. Anyway, it was their first time eating real ramen vs the cup of noodles we get for the house. My husband got the salmon and I got (2) rolls: OMG Roll & Kan Kasa Roll - again, we were not dissappointed. Everything was fresh and delicious. The restaurant wasn't too crowded when we arrived but it seemed like there was only one waiter working. As busy as he was, he was nice and pleasant. Another favorite of mine can be found in the appetizer section: fried shrimp in creamy sauce (#11 on the menu I believe). The sauce has a kick to it, not too spicy in case you don't like spicy food. Collingswood restaurants are mostly BYOB. We didn't bring wine this last time since it was last minute but I have brought wine before. They'll open/serve it right away. I don't think there is a limit as to how many you can bring but I guess that depends on # of ppl in your party. Will I go again? Most definitely. My kids want to go back for more Ramen; maybe I'll try that next time instead of sushi.

I'm a repeat customer, and here's some things I just have to say! DRIVE This location is about 10-15 minutes away from Cherry Hill Mall. PARKING Despite the parking lot being small, there is also some street parking available. It's a cozy cute lot, but it definitely needs some updating as there's some noticeable dips and pot holes. On the weekdays, around lunch time, I still have a spot to pull into but there is some coming and going from the plaza itself. SHOP The overall location of the shop is super cozy and cute, with a theatre right across the street. I didn't realize Ohana is also a sit down shop until it was asked. There's not many tables and chairs, but I was told most people pick up their food and go. I definitely want to come back and sit down at some point because it's so cute and cozy. I felt weird taking photos of everything, and felt a bit disrespectful since I wasn't staying to sit down and also have been taking my food to go for quite a while now. SELECTION I keep coming back here because this is the only Poke location & shop in the Southern Jersey / Philly area that has its selection. The first time I ever had Poke was in New York City. I had bulgogi with mango cucumbers pineapple sticky white rice and a sauce I can't remember off the top of my head. Ohana has been as close to that taste and selection as possible compared to others who have Poke shops. You may think adding mango and pineapple is weird to Poke, but it really adds flavor to the bowl. My favorite sauce is citrus ponzu. They have many other things to choose from on the menu like mochi, bubble tea, & other drinks. Like I said, I just need to come in and have a sit down meal one of these days and enjoy a little bit of everything Ohana has to offer. The girl at the reception is always really awesome & chill too! PRICE This location & shop has the largest portions available that are worth it for the price! Poke, no matter where you go, does not come cheap. Whenever I buy from here, I get a good 2 full meals worth of Poke whether I choose a small (1 protein) or large (2 protein). You also get 5 add ins no matter the portion size you choose. But even then the bowl sizes are much bigger than anywhere else I've ever been, but not as big as the one I had in NYC. NYC Poke is on a whole other level. Anywhere else, I get 1 meal and it's pricey and they don't have the selections I go for. Poke does not come cheap so you want to have a good variety of options & also a decent portion sized. This place is worth the bang for a buck! IF YOU'RE KNEW, If you're new to Poke Bowl's, I would go for white rice, salmon, corn, scallions, carrots, and cucumbers. MY GO TO ORDER: Large. White rice. Spicy mayo on top of white rice. Salmon & Tofu. Pineapple, mango, cucumbers, carrots, & corn. Crispy noodles. Citrus ponzu sauce. It may change 1 or 2 ingredients depending on what I'm in the mood for! Would love to see bulgogi, beef/steak or other meats added as an option for protein. But not necessary since what they do have I'm really enjoying! OVERALL I will definitely be a repeat visitor at Ohana whenever I'm in the South Jersey / Philadelphia area. I bounce around quite a bit between Philly, North Jersey, & NYC.
