First time trying this place out after they've been open for quite awhile already. The place seems pretty clean and quiet. There was another table or two when I got in. I came here with my friend and ordered their lunch special 3 rolls and a sashimi lunch special. Price wise, they are pretty match up with other Japanese restaurants. Food quality is only kinda below average to me, if I compare to other same level Japanese restaurants. Both my friend and I feel the sushi not fresh enough. And their sushi rolls are too loose and lack of rice. Service wise is still acceptable. The waitress didn't asked if we need water though, but maybe because we brought in a Vietnamese coffee inside with us. But she would at least check if everything was ok. Would I have return in the future? Maybe, if they increase their quality. Definitely room for improvements. read more

We also ordered a plate of sashimi and two rolls, an eel avocado roll and a shrimp tempura roll. The shrimp tempura roll is the best we've ever had. There are mouthfuls of shrimp in it! Blue Kujira was new for us. While it has been open for a while, we had not gone for dinner. Tonight we were surprised by how bright and clean it appeared when we entered. We were seated immediately. The waiter was not able to offer us brown rice, which for us is important; however, he took our order carefully and the food was delivered very quickly. We ordered from the hibachi grill and our food was delicious. We enjoyed our meal. There were lots of water refills, and our waiter was attentive, though, he did not speak to us for for more than a moment. I came here with my mom yesterday for lunch, as we were looking for sushi in the area. Walking in, the restaurant was decorated very nicely and we were seated right away. We ordered the Duck Spring Rolls, a California Roll, and a Peanut Avocado Roll. The spring rolls were unique and delicious! Very welcoming and comfortable dining experience and the servers were the best. So helpful and patient. We started with the Duck Bao Buns(Do IT!!) and the TomYum Soup( spicy - like a rush, spicy). Next was the spicy Sexy girl roll, tempura fried lobster and spicy tuna on a pink soy roll. DELICIOUS!! We shared the Chirashi and the Spicy tuna Gyoza for dinner. Please don't go anywhere else for dessert. Try the tempura cheesecake (BTS,...) and the tempura fried green ice cream. Sushi after 3 years in Japan was soso. Not great but good. The Miso was ok, the sushi roll eel was ok. The tempura ice cream, a take from fried icecream was a 2/5. The place was clean. The Japanese restaurant is run by Chinese. Take that for what its worth. The service was 1.5 out of 5. Not what you would expect from Japanese restaurants but again these weren't Japanese.
