    Jasmine tea

Awesome little sushi spot in an otherwise old dead looking town. The server Jenny is very prompt and helpful. I got the salmon avocado and salmon cucumber roll. The sushi took a little longer than expected to make but it was worth it because it came out fresh. The cucumber was sliced into small strands and avocado was plentiful. Salmon was fresh tasting. Jasmine tea was very tasty and refreshing. Also, not sure what the 2 star review was saying about the Wasabi because mine was moist and soft. Overall, I'd return if I'm in the area again and craving sushi.

I was totally fooled by the location which looks really small and it turns out the main dining room is upstairs. We ordered a handful of special rolls and they were all pretty good, my favorite being the one that had a mountain of crunch and spicy scallop & crab on the top. Overall it scratches the itch and since it is new, I would expect there won't be crazy wait times until they gather a larger following. I am all for giving new businesses a chance and in this case I am glad we did. I would say they are more on the 3.5 range but overall I liked it enough to want to come back. The staff is very nice, you could tell that they are working to drum up business and interest.

Pick up service was fast. I appreciated that they had sweet potato rolls. Not many places carry that kind of sushi, so I was a happy girl! My sushi was ok, I would order from here again.

We went today for lunch with my mother in law. The sushi was fresh, great presentation, and overall tasted good. We had a crunchy roll, magic roll, and a spider roll. We also had calamari which was crisp and fresh this was my mother in law's favorite. They have great lunch specials I chose the steak hibachi with fried rice and vegetables. The lunch special is much smaller tham the full size they ordered but it is still a lot of food. My mother in law and fiance had the shrimp hibachi entrée with fried rice and vegetables. We ended our meal with a tempura banana with vanilla ice cream. The service was impeccable. The green tea is really good. The hibachi food is much better than other local options but is not the best. More like a 3 star but am adding a star for attentive and genuinely friendly service. FYI the dining area is up a flight of stairs. The sushi bar is on the first floor.

Great hibachi chicken with rice to go, bad staple..

First, we really love Sakura and have never had an issue there before. Any other time I would have easily gave about 4-5 stars. This time we ordered, however, there was a staple found in my child's meal. Mistakes happen, and the owner re made and re delivered our food, which was fantastic to us. But we will say that we were very much taken back by the fact that they kept telling us it wasn't possible; That they staple the platter lids on and it basically must have been our fault it got in there. There were no staples used to secure any of our other platters, nor was there any holes in my kids platter to suggest it may had been staples and fell out. I opened the platter and just saw it sitting in the rice. We are more upset about the restaurants lack of "owning" the mistake then the actual mistake, and it made us upset that they were implying it was our fault.

I learned later that this restaurant has been around since the early to mid 1900's. Plenty of parking in a large open lot. The place is very large and has one of the longest bars I've seen. The wood is very dark and you can see the chefs cooking over the hearth. They don't take reservations and won't see you until your entire party is there. One of the things I liked for our party of 10 was they had no problems with seating as they also have many large round tables. For mixed drinks, they make them pretty big and potent. For my martini, they sent back an extra glass. They also had great bleu cheese stuffed olives. We ordered onion rings (8 large to an order) and fried zucchini. The onion ring I had was pretty good. I didn't have the fried zucchini but heard it was also pretty good. Other than the light fare items, all dinners come with their salad bar which has both iceberg lettuce and Caesar Salad along with many fixings as well as cheeses and bread. I had the Baked Seafood Platter which came with scallops, shrimp, Clam Casino (without the shell), Maryland crab cake and a small lobster tail for $49.99. My wife had the baked chicken breast which she said was quite dry. The dining area is quite large and reminds me of the restaurants at a casino. Some in our group said it reminds them of Medieval Times due to the dark wood vibe. While I thought it was a bit pricey, I would still come back and try their signature steaks or prime rib.

Rachel, our server, was truly exceptional. From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, warm, and incredibly thoughtful--especially with my son. When the power unexpectedly went out at the Cherry Hill Mall due to the windstorm, Rachel and the staff turned what could have been a disruption into something special. She brought us extra bread and surprised us with a champagne toast for the adults and carbonated apple juice for my son, which made him feel incredibly celebrated. The food was outstanding. The bone-in, dry-aged New York strip may have been one of the most tender, perfectly cooked, and well-seasoned steaks I've ever had. Every side was just as impressive--the truffle mac and cheese, Brussels sprouts, and crab fried rice were all absolutely delicious. Dessert was the perfect finish to an already amazing meal. Beyond Rachel, the entire team deserves recognition. The general managers were actively walking the floor, checking in on guests, and the bus staff was attentive and professional. The coordination, hospitality, and genuine care shown by everyone made the evening feel special despite the circumstances. This was hospitality at its best. Huge thanks to Rachel and the entire Eddie V's team for turning a stormy night into a truly memorable birthday celebration. We can't wait to come back.

From the outside, Eddie V's already gives off a polished, upscale feel, and once inside, the jazz playing softly in the background immediately set the tone. We grabbed seats at the bar, which I highly recommend. Pro tip: arrive early if you want bar seating, the bartenders are extremely friendly, genuinely engaging, and it is fun to watch them craft the drinks. We took full advantage of the happy hour menu with a dozen oysters, Wagyu beef sliders, a dirty martini, and a glass of Caymus. The happy hour pricing is a solid deal and the food quality was excellent. Another couple joined us, so we moved to a table and continued into dinner. Appetizers included a Caesar salad, burrata and beet salad, and lobster bisque. The burrata and beet salad was bright, fresh, and zesty and really stood out. The lobster bisque was the one miss of the night, served lukewarm with only a small piece of lobster. For mains, we ordered the Chilean sea bass prepared Chinese-style and the A5 Wagyu dumplings. The sea bass was exceptional, flavorful, perfectly cooked, and generously portioned. The wine list is phenomenal with great options by the glass and bottle, and the cocktail program is clearly handled by skilled professionals. This is also a great choice for a romantic night out. The space is dimly lit with unique lighting elements, paired with live jazz that creates a relaxed, intimate atmosphere without feeling stuffy. If you are in the area, this place is absolutely worth a visit, especially during happy hour. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I made a pitstop at the Cherry Hill Mall to use the restroom and on the way in we saw Kooma, with "martini bar" in the title. We were automatically intrigued. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by a very pleasant staff. Since we did not want a full meal, we opted for a seat at the bar. My husband wanted to try a drink with peanut simple syrup, but unfortunately, the beverage was discontinued. Instead, he went with an Asian style old-fashioned. It was smoked using wood chips and was presented impeccably. Loved watching our bartender burn the chips on top of the drink to create the smoke in the glass. I selected a spicy, pineapple, passionfruit martini, which looked equally as beautiful as it was appetizing. For our snack, we selected the ceviche. Perhaps we didn't read the menu too closely, because this was a sweet ceviche with mango, instead of your traditional citrusy version we are used to. It was still very tasty, but the original style is my preference. Price wise, this place is a bit more on the expensive side, but you definitely feel the luxurious ambience in the atmosphere.
