We ordered a salmon dinner as well as a Smash Burger for delivery. Was told on the phone that it would be 30 minute. After an hour I called and was told that the order was already delivered. I open my door in the rain to find a wet and cold bag containing the food I ordered. Everything needed to be re-heated. The burger was inedible, cooked beyond comprehension. The salmon dinner was missing the broccoli and couscous and the salmon was dried out. I used to love this place but I will never patronize it again. Went to my girlfriends last night and she said we should order from here. It isn't near me so I never tried it but she told me good things! First of all- the selections on this menu!!! Such a wide range of delicious food! It took us atleast 20 minutes just to figure out what we want. Also love the healthier options they include! I got the southwest chicken wrap (no onions or tomatoes) with diet ranch and a side of waffle fries. The fries were DELICIOUS! Wish I got some more with my order but wow so good! The wrap was a great size and so yummy! All the flavors were great and it had little crunchy tortillas inside which was so good! My friend loved her chili zing nuggets! I tried them as well and it was such a delicious flavor. Not drowned in the sauce and it was a perfect amount of heat! Her mom got the crab cake sandwich with a side of fries. She said it was so good and had a lot of crab in it!! She said it was super fresh and the fries were good. The chocolate milkshake was like any other, very delicious! I just had the worst $20 Wally Salad (yes $20 freakin dollars!!) in my life from here. I always order them dry, with dressing on the side, lettuce was still soggy dry. 1 slice of avocado when there's usually an entire half of avocado, no cheese when there's usually a big handful. I paid $3 extra for a few crumbs of dry chicken. It's bad enough prices are so high, and they charge out the wazoo in fees, but now quality has dropped drastically. I've been a regular here for quite some time, but the last few experiences haven't been the most pleasant. Last time we dined in and the service from the wait staff was subpar. This evening my husband and I ordered takeout. My meal was incorrect and unfortunately we didn't notice until we had arrived home. I received a Spicy Buffalo Chicken "Wrap" that actually had no wrap at all. Unclear why that even seemed like a reasonable request given they have a Buffalo Chicken Salad I would've ordered if that was the intent. I called back to inform them of their mistake and all three of my phone call attempts were ignored. I inconvenienced myself by driving BACK up to their location to find out they were closed AN HOUR EARLIER than their posted 10PM closing time (which is clearly detailed on all of their online avenues such as Yelp, Google as well as their direct website). I understand a lot of businesses may have changed their hours following COVID, but at this point if this is now their normal business hours this should indeed be updated. Sad to say but I will not be eating here any more. Their staff is nice for the most part, but things have been going downhill for a while. read more

I ordered a pizza for the first time in a while. I was not advised about the change in the pizza upon completing my order. To my surprise Pats has changed to a rectangular pizza. In addition, the tomato sauce is placed on top of the cheese and the crust is doughy. Unfortunately the change to the pizza is not favorable. In my opinion, the large 2 item pizza for $22 was way overpriced for the quality. I will avoid ordering a pizza from Pat's until they fix this. read more

The menu is not the usual, with a good variety of foods and healthier options here and more "gourmet" type ingredients. My older daughter loves the pizza here but my picky 7 year old thinks there's too much sauce on it. Today we came for lunch on a Wednesday, and maybe because it was Halloween, or was pretty busy. This is definitely one of my favorite places to get a cheesesteak. I first ate here about a couple years ago and have been going consistently at least once every two months since. The slices are large, but the crust is thick and doughy, with a bread taste. The toppings were good, but I definitely am not a fan of the crust. The staff was great, helpful and friendly. It's a mix between a sit down and fast food so it is a very casual atmosphere which is ideal with kids. The staff was great! Why locals seem to love this place is beyond me. The pizza tastes like cardboard, the sandwiches are mediocre at best, and the prices are much too high. Sounds like a losing formula to me. Oh well. It was supposed to be half plain, half margarita. It was more like 3/4 plain, 1/4 margarita. The lines in the pizza made no sense!!! I am still very confused after eating here and that's not a bad thing. I'm the typical "New York and North Jersey have the best pizza no questions about it." Which I still stand by but this place was so good I'm giving it a 4star. For one the slices are HUGE literally like 2 slices put together... so I got 2 slices. One plain and one white with bruschetta which was killer. This isn't NY style pizza it is pretty thick and they LOAD the toppings on which is good for me because it's very filling. The crust it's cooked PERFECTLY not the typical south jersey raw dough slice that you eat because you feel like you have to. This was marbled with charred crust and probally wouldn't have held up like it did without it. I am very impressed and had Pats at another location before and was very disappointed. This one made up for it tenfold... the staff was really awesome too. I will be back. read more

I ordered from here before and it's never consistent. My girlfriend ordered a sandwich with a salad and a side of fries. The fries were warm and great. The sandwich was cold and did not get the tomato and lettuce she requested on the sandwich. Since she paired extra for it she should receive it. She got balsamic dressing as well and received ranch. She doesn't eat dairy, so she really likes the veggie sandwich, but this time was the deal breaker. I ordered a large one topping pizza on 5/19/20. When I picked it up and came home I realized it was incorrectly done. I called to complain. The lady answering the phone was rude and hung up purposely in the middle of the conversation. When I tried calling back she did the same thing again. They are in the people business first then in the pizza business. They need to learn better customer service. read more
