I stopped in after work one day and I was pleasantly surprised at this place. The restaurant is decorated beautifully and perfectly. I did take out this time but there are quite a few tables if you wanted to eat there. I didn't know what to get and the manager there recommended the tacos along with the chips and guac. I have to say it was delicious! The drinks were also refreshing and paired perfectly with my meal. I would totally go back!

I have never been at a Tacoria before. I was immediately impressed with the décor and menu options. I loved that the protein options on the menu including traditional as well as vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options. The restaurant also has a process for preventing cross contamination for those with nut allergies which I thought was fantastic. You just need to notify the employee taking your order of your allergy. I had the burrito box and the street corn. I was able to sub out rice for extra beans for the bowl. For my protein I chose the pork al pastor. The bowl was fantastic. It was very flavorful and you could definitely taste the pineapple which I loved. There is a fantastic fresh and bottled hot sauce bar that was well stocked and labeled by spice level. The green salsa had the least amount of spice but I found it to still be too spicy for me. If you prefer very mild options I would suggest you order it without the green salsa and add it yourself at the salsa bar. The bowl ingredients were fresh and well flavored. The portion was enough that I took some home for later which is always a plus. For beverages you can choose bottled Mexican or fountain soda coke products. They also have delicious homemade agua frescas including a horchata that was incredible. I also really enjoyed the lime. TJ took care of taking our order and Jullian the manager was great about checking in on us during our visit. I loved the graffiti and tile art throughout the restaurant. Jullian explained that the artist will be coming back to do more work after finishing another location. I look forward to seeing the progress on my next visit. I also really loved their t-shirt branding at the entrance. They had their brand name in the styles and colors of the Phillies and Eagles. I also loved the Rocky graffiti art. I love with smaller businesses can embrace their community in their aesthetic

I've been here a few times, and the food is really good. (Think an elevated/better Chipotle.) The Mexican street corn is my favorite, and I personally enjoyed the burrito al pastor more than my carne asada tacos. Neither skimped on meat. The horchata is delicious, and it's included with fountain beverages (as are two other fun aguas frescas: limonada and guava/basil). I've tried all three, but the horchata is my clear favorite. The place is spotless and has a unique vibe. It's in a convenient (albeit busy/traffic-laden) location at the old Garden State Race Track. The staff was helpful, and I never felt rushed. When I'm in the area and in the mood for Mexican food, I'll definitely be back.

We went here tonight and everything was SO GOOD!!! We got the spicy burrito, chicken tacos, chips & pico de gallo and two drinks. Everything was absolutely delicious. The service was impeccable, everyone that works there is SUPER NICE and welcoming and were also helpful with what to choose from the menu! The entire aesthetic of the place was so beautiful! They have so much decor around the restaurant and the music was top tier. Overall, this is a place I definitely recommend for others to come and enjoy, not just for the good food, but for the overall vibes as well.

I'm always around the plaza and drove past Tacoria before but never had the chance to dine at this location. Thanks for the Yelp event I was able to as well as my plus one. Small little taco joint. There's free parking so that's always a plus. I tried the burrito box with steak and golden avocado with a side of Mexican street corn. It was delicious and so filling. I recommend and would go back for that. My husband got 2 Al Pastor (pork) taco and 1 Brussels sprout taco. Apparently, there's a chicken Al pastor too for those who don't eat pork like me. I would try that next time. The Brussels sprout was so good too. The sauce and crispiness were yummy. For the price, you get what you paid for and we were both happy and full. The service was wonderful too. The staff were very friendly.

As a huge fan of the Tacoria in Marlton, I am so glad that there's now a Cherry Hill location--saving me from a 50-minute drive down to a much more manageable 47 minutes. Honestly, if it were any closer, I might be there every single day. The staff here is absolutely top tier. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. The food is everything I've come to love about this place. Full, fresh flavor and consistently well prepared. Every bite tastes amazing. The space itself is beautiful and intimate, creating a cozy atmosphere without feeling cramped. It's the kind of place you can enjoy whether you're grabbing a quick meal or settling in for something more relaxed. Cherry Hill has a winner. And now I've got one more reason to cross the bridge.

This is my third visit to a Tacoria in NJ (Princeton and Marlton are the others). They all follow the street food genre and similar decorative themes, although there appears to be more creative artistry here (lots of bilingual graffiti and a portrait of Rocky Balboa not found elsewhere). The standard process follows the approach started by Chipotle where a form of your meal is selected first; followed by secondary ingredients and a "protein," and drink. Here, Brussel sprout and avocado are included as protein, so some poetic license is expected and accepted, as are Beyond edibles and gluten free. Something for everyone. I sent with a Brussels Quesadilla prime, and Golden Avo as a side. Both excellent in flavor, texture and umami. Their Agua Fresca comes in three flavors (Limonada, Horchata & Guava Mango). I sucked down several refills of the Limonada, as it was chill, tart, sweet and refreshing. Service was friendly and engaging and stopped by our table several times to assure our comfort and satisfaction. No complaints. Five Taco Stars

My second visit here. The last time I had a hungry 20 year old ravenous kid so we ordered the large nachos served on a sheet pan. We barely made a dent. This time around it was just me and I added guacamole as a side. I thought it was a great value for $10! Lots of steak and it already has 2 scoops of guacamole added. The only thing keeping it from an5 star rating are the tortilla chips. They are sturdy and thick - my preference is for thinner and lighter chip. The service was really friendly and food came out fast. Love that this is in my neighborhood.

Great food. Nice place. Worker went from table to table asking if everything was good. I appreciate that at a "fast food" place. Good job!

This place was such a vibe, from the decor and ambiance, it felt like I've been transported back to CDMX. Warm lights with street art covering the entire place, it's hip, trendy and instantly reminded me of La Condesa. The sauce station was well thought out and beautifully displayed. One can argue the sauces are as important as the food itself and let me tell you, these are some top tier sauces they've concocted. Slightly toned down on the heat compared to true authentic Mexi spice levels which many will appreciate, they were well balanced and addictive, so good that I couldn't choose which was my favorite and kept using all of them with every bite. The aqua frescas were all delicious too and I appreciate how they weren't overly sweet like many can be. Another well balance of flavors while showing restraint on the sugar is a thumbs up in my books. The food is a great take of traditional and gentrified Mexican cuisine which isn't a bad thing. Flavors catering to the gringo palette but with a bit more oomph to make you feel more cultured than dining at Chipotle, which is comedically across the street. Would have loved to see some traditional protein choices like tripa, saudero, lengua, cabeza, etc. but can see how those won't do so well given the area. Overall, would definitely be back as they pleasantly surprised me with how well everything was done. Stay fat mother suckers

    Salsas!
    Amasia E.

First impressions, the restaurant was so pretty inside and had a nice vibe. The staff were very friendly. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. I loved the convenience of having a salsa station where you can choose whatever salsa you like from a variety of choices! The complimentary cucumber water was a nice touch and I love that you guys have horchata! Last but not least, the food was so good! Presentation was spot on. The taste was so flavorful with fresh ingredients. And this was all for a reasonable price. I will definitely be back soon!

We stopped by Tacoria and had a really solid experience. The food was good and well balanced, the meats were seasoned nicely and paired well with the pickled peppers, carrots, and sauces. They offer four homemade sauces, and since we couldn't pick just one, we tried all four. Each had its own flavor, and it was nice to have a large selection of other brand sauces available too. The portion sizes were bigger than expected. The large taco actually came in a buffet pan, and they even provided lids knowing most people wouldn't finish it all in one sitting. The sauce station also had small to-go containers, which was a thoughtful detail. Service was friendly as well. The manager was working alongside the staff and checked in on us casually to make sure everything was good. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and would come back when we're in the area.

Mixed feelings about this place…read more Food was fantastic and it's the only reason I'll return. Service, is another conversation. Our waitress was very inattentive and really only came to our table three times. It is what it is. But what really threw me off was this.... Just like any other modern restaurant, waitresses carry around the little tablets where you tap your card and pay for your dinner. Our waitress, grabbed my card from my hand, tapped it, and then sat the tip menu in front of me. Mind you she grabbed my card, I didn't hand it to her. Odd right? THEN, as I'm looking at the tip screen, she is leaning over the table and looking at me and the screen as I'm supposed to choose how much I tip. Who in the fu.... So yeah, strange experience service wise. Food is great though. Food was so great I actually started up Duolingo again. But don't look at my tip screen. Big no no.

I used the ladies and it was in need of cleaning. The trash bin was over flowing. As we sat down I noticed the all the black patrons including our group was being sat in the back. One had a black smudge on it and another was chipped. Had to request water and waited a while for new plates. Service was lack luster but the food was good. Won't return to this location.

I vascilated between 3 and 4 stars, so I'll instead provide a breakdown: Menu: 5 stars. The menus are easy to read, detailed, and organized. The menus aren't your standard laminated menus. They have a thick, very pretty, sturdy cover. They provide the prices for different meat options. I appreciate that many menu items can be or are gluten free. Ambience: 5 stars. I am a total sucker for supporting small, privately owned businesses! Bonus points for being immigrant/POC/Black-owned business! The restaurant was small but still with a good amount of wiggle room for dining in. Everything was clean and somewhat modern for what was described to me as "a hole in the wall" (in a good way), as I was expecting it to be a little dated and dingy. It wasn't. It was bright, cool, and airy. Service: 3-stars. service was mid. Our server didn't seem overly-excited to be there. He communicated well, but with very little friendliness or enthusiasm. I'd say, at best, his demeanor was neutral, and I can live with that, considering I've encountered a lot of times where people in the service industry act like they don't appreciate your business and are doing you a favor just by taking your order, smh. Food: 3.5 stars. Presentation was beautiful! Very well-done! Unfortunately, I found my tres moles enchiladas lacking that "pow" in taste that I love about mole. I also love my enchiladas drowned in mole sauce, especially eating with chicken breast, which can be a very mild/bland and dry meat. The chicken itself wasn't necessarily dry, but because it was chicken breast, and the feel of the dish was on the dry side. That being said, my fellow diners LOVED their dishes and said they'd come back again! Unfortunately, they don't provide reviews on Yelp, so I invite you to take my review as a grain of salt and try this restaurant out for yourself.
