I had absolutely no idea there was a Tacoria this close to one of my family home locations until I spotted it on the map. My very first Tacoria experience was at the Edgewater, NJ location. Needless to say, I was hooked. I've tried so much on their menu across multiple locations, met some of the most genuinely kind staff, and I just keep coming back. When I say my man & I have Tacoria often, I mean it - the quality never disappoints no matter which location we go to. PARKING The parking lot is on the smaller side, but I pulled in around 4:30 PM on a Friday and had zero trouble finding a spot. ATMOSPHERE This location is absolutely gorgeous. You can really feel small bits and pieces of Philadelphia woven into the space; I genuinely loved seeing that reflected here. Tacoria always brings an amazing atmosphere no matter where you go, and this location is no exception. There is also outdoor seating available when the weather allows it. I could have easily eaten in and felt a little bittersweet about not doing so. That said, the inside is beautiful. MENU & FOOD Since my man is usually the one ordering for us, I had to take a moment to recall our go to order. The big menu board is a lot to take in at once, so I appreciated that Justin, the guy working the counter, handed me one of the smaller menus to look through. That made it so much easier to find what I usually get. I ordered the burrito box with Brussels sprouts and carne asada (double the protein), the Nutella nachos (which are my absolute favorite, they're a must), and an agua fresca. I swear if Tacoria started selling Agua Fresca by the gallon I would buy it! Fair warning: I am never fully able to finish a whole burrito box in one sitting. I can usually get through about three quarters of it, but honestly that is not a complaint at all because Tacoria tastes just as delicious the next day warmed up. For the agua fresca, I went with my usual horchata, but there are three options available: horchata, limonada, and guava and basil. My boyfriend's go-to is the limonada that he mixes with the guava. They also have regular refreshments available, but if you're new here, please try an agua fresca, you will not regret it. For sauces, they have to go containers to fill up at your disgression, I loaded up on salsa verde, habanero, smoky roja, and Valentina. I just love building out my burrito box with literally all of them. For a Polish girl, I LOVE SPICY FOOD. LOCATION I originally knew the other south jersey location, but that one has always been a bit too far out for me. According to Justin, this location opened up in August 2025. Therefore, knowing that this one is so close now is genuinely dangerous for my wallet; I can already see myself ordering here way too often, and I am completely fine with that. Tacoria started in New Brunswick and has been growing and expanding ever since, and I'm thrilled to see it making its way into this area. More people deserve to have access to this food. ALL IN ALL, I have to give a huge shoutout to Justin, because he genuinely made this first-time experience at this location so special. We were talking back and forth while I looked through the menu, and he was warm, helpful, and just the kind of person you're happy to interact with. At the end of it all, he comped my agua fresca because it was my first visit to this location, and honestly, that kind of generosity and hospitality says everything about the culture of this place. I went back in after I had already walked out just to get his name so I could mention him here, because that level of customer service deserves to be recognized. Tacoria is always going to be my go-to for a feel-good, delicious, well-made meal when I want to treat myself. First time trying this place out. The food disappointed me, I'm sorry to say. I ordered the burrito box with Al Pastor for the protein. IMO, the rice was dry, the pork was not what I was hoping for- it was cubed, not shredded and had an unpleasant smokey flavor. The pico de gallo had no taste. The chips were too thick and not salted. I ordered a side of " Golden avocado " which I enjoyed very much. That came with a nice sauce. The service was quick and friendly. The interior had some cool tables. I have never been at a Tacoria before. I was immediately impressed with the décor and menu options. I loved that the protein options on the menu including traditional as well as vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options. The restaurant also has a process for preventing cross contamination for those with nut allergies which I thought was fantastic. You just need to notify the employee taking your order of your allergy. I had the burrito box and the street corn. I was able to sub out rice for extra beans for the bowl. For my protein I chose the pork al pastor. The bowl was fantastic. It was very flavorful and you could definitely taste the pineapple which I loved. There is a fantastic fresh and bottled hot sauce bar that was well stocked and labeled by spice level. The green salsa had the least amount of spice but I found it to still be too spicy for me. If you prefer very mild options I would suggest you order it without the green salsa and add it yourself at the salsa bar. The bowl ingredients were fresh and well flavored. The portion was enough that I took some home for later which is always a plus. For beverages you can choose bottled Mexican or fountain soda coke products. They also have delicious homemade agua frescas including a horchata that was incredible. I also really enjoyed the lime. TJ took care of taking our order and Jullian the manager was great about checking in on us during our visit. I loved the graffiti and tile art throughout the restaurant. Jullian explained that the artist will be coming back to do more work after finishing another location. I look forward to seeing the progress on my next visit. I've been here a few times, and the food is really good. (Think an elevated/better Chipotle.) The Mexican street corn is my favorite, and I personally enjoyed the burrito al pastor more than my carne asada tacos. Neither skimped on meat. The horchata is delicious, and it's included with fountain beverages (as are two other fun aguas frescas: limonada and guava/basil). I've tried all three, but the horchata is my clear favorite. I'm always around the plaza and drove past Tacoria before but never had the chance to dine at this location. Thanks for the Yelp event I was able to as well as my plus one. Small little taco joint. There's free parking so that's always a plus. I tried the burrito box with steak and golden avocado with a side of Mexican street corn. It was delicious and so filling. I recommend and would go back for that. My husband got 2 Al Pastor (pork) taco and 1 Brussels sprout taco. Apparently, there's a chicken Al pastor too for those who don't eat pork like me. Attended the Yelp Elite event as a +1, and after going here multiple times I can finally say I found the taco I like best. But before we get into that let me say the vibes are always great with their musical rotation and kind staff, haven't been displeased ever. Now back to the food, the chorizo taco is now a must, I want to say I've visited Tacoria at least 4x now rotating the different taco proteins and chorizo is confirmed my favorite. Pastor is good, carne is good, and the pollo is good but that chorizo is the taco for them. They were generous with the portions. The elote is juicy on the cob covered in sauce and cheese, as I said generous with the portions and gave me an extra cob. The horchata mix is my go to, 2 cups every time. 1 to sit with and 1 to go. As a huge fan of the Tacoria in Marlton, I am so glad that there's now a Cherry Hill location--saving me from a 50-minute drive down to a much more manageable 47 minutes. Honestly, if it were any closer, I might be there every single day. The staff here is absolutely top tier. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. The food is everything I've come to love about this place. Full, fresh flavor and consistently well prepared. Every bite tastes amazing. The space itself is beautiful and intimate, creating a cozy atmosphere without feeling cramped. It's the kind of place you can enjoy whether you're grabbing a quick meal or settling in for something more relaxed. Cherry Hill has a winner. This is my third visit to a Tacoria in NJ (Princeton and Marlton are the others). They all follow the street food genre and similar decorative themes, although there appears to be more creative artistry here (lots of bilingual graffiti and a portrait of Rocky Balboa not found elsewhere). The standard process follows the approach started by Chipotle where a form of your meal is selected first; followed by secondary ingredients and a "protein," and drink. Here, Brussel sprout and avocado are included as protein, so some poetic license is expected and accepted, as are Beyond edibles and gluten free. Something for everyone. I sent with a Brussels Quesadilla prime, and Golden Avo as a side. Both excellent in flavor, texture and umami. Their Agua Fresca comes in three flavors (Limonada, Horchata & Guava Mango). I sucked down several refills of the Limonada, as it was chill, tart, sweet and refreshing. My favorite was the guava one. Chips n guacamole - chips were very fresh! Same with the guac, but could use a tad bit of salt. Salad - I ordered this with pork. My second visit here. The last time I had a hungry 20 year old ravenous kid so we ordered the large nachos served on a sheet pan. We barely made a dent. This time around it was just me and I added guacamole as a side. I thought it was a great value for $10! Lots of steak and it already has 2 scoops of guacamole added. The only thing keeping it from an5 star rating are the tortilla chips. They are sturdy and thick - my preference is for thinner and lighter chip. This place was such a vibe, from the decor and ambiance, it felt like I've been transported back to CDMX. Warm lights with street art covering the entire place, it's hip, trendy and instantly reminded me of La Condesa. The sauce station was well thought out and beautifully displayed. One can argue the sauces are as important as the food itself and let me tell you, these are some top tier sauces they've concocted. Slightly toned down on the heat compared to true authentic Mexi spice levels which many will appreciate, they were well balanced and addictive, so good that I couldn't choose which was my favorite and kept using all of them with every bite. The aqua frescas were all delicious too and I appreciate how they weren't overly sweet like many can be. Another well balance of flavors while showing restraint on the sugar is a thumbs up in my books. The food is a great take of traditional and gentrified Mexican cuisine which isn't a bad thing. Flavors catering to the gringo palette but with a bit more oomph to make you feel more cultured than dining at Chipotle, which is comedically across the street. Would have loved to see some traditional protein choices like tripa, saudero, lengua, cabeza, etc. but can see how those won't do so well given the area. So good! The kids got a chicken quesadila and kid's chicken burrito box...but they were both crushing MY Tacoriza Box. My oldest said next time he's ordering off the adult menu and getting that. Cool spot, great vibe, and outside seating. Employees were hustling and getting food out quick. Super busy, but fast friendly service AND a clean restaurant. If you haven't tried Tacoria, you need to check them out. I pick this food 100/100 over chipotle. Other locations that I have been to include Marlton and Princeton. I felt like the Brussel sprouts were boiled but still maintained a solid consistency. I did feel like the burrito was huge and could be two meals for me. I did wish that the burrito had more items other than beans and rice. The Nutella nachos I really liked. It was a sweet crispy chip with a ton of Nutella on it and powdered sugar. Finally, as an avocado lover, I was very disappointed in the golden avocados. I felt like I was expecting more of crispiness with the golden part but honestly just tasted like plain avocado. They offer four homemade sauces, and since we couldn't pick just one, we tried all four. Each had its own flavor, and it was nice to have a large selection of other brand sauces available too. The portion sizes were bigger than expected. The large taco actually came in a buffet pan, and they even provided lids knowing most people wouldn't finish it all in one sitting. Your choice of meats adore your Choice of bowl burrito or salad. They top it with rice beans, sour cream cheese, and the bowl even had a little sprinkle of pineapple on it to add flavor and color.. There's a salsa bar to add a few different kinds of salsa for a little more depth to your preference. We tried the burrito the bowl and the salad and every person in our party was very happy. We also had a side of chips, which were slightly warm and had a small side of guacamole. Would've loved more guacamole per serving and a few more chips in the bag for the price yet they were very tasty. I would recommend trying Tacorua if you enjoy.
