It's tiny, with only enough space for about ten tables, so the atmosphere is super cozy. My son and I came here last night during Haddonfield's Friday night candlelight holiday shopping when all of Kings Highway was lit up and filled with carolers and shoppers. My son got the burrito de pescado ($15) and I got the enchiladas de carnitas ($20). Both were excellent and incredibly filling. They don't accept reservations so you'll have to show up and try your luck, and possibly put your name on a waitlist and wait for a call. Also, they will knock 10% off your bill if you pay in cash.

Every single thing we ordered was ridiculous. The meat was packed with flavor, the tortillas tasted fresh, the guacamole was awesome, and the esquite was probably the best I've ever had. Then there were the salsas. The green one had the perfect kick, and the red one was one of those sauces you end up putting on everything because it's that good. I've eaten Mexican food all over, and I even lived in Spanish Harlem in NYC where there are incredible Mexican spots. I can honestly say this was the best Mexican food I've ever had. If you're anywhere near Moorestown and you haven't been to Mi Ranchito yet, you're missing out. We'll definitely be back, and probably way more often than we should.

I had the shrimp tacos and honestly they were not what I was expecting but maybe that was my fault (i though they were going to be hot, but it contained all cold ingredients: cold shrimp, sour cream, queso fresco, cold chopped tomatoes and cold flour tortillas). I'd still come here again but would just order something different. We did have amazing elote, so I would suggest ordering that: it's $7 per corn cob but totally worth it! For dessert with had the churros with ice cream and that was the most amazing dessert ever! We sat outside and enjoyed the calmness but service was a little slow because of that. We both had entrees with carne asada and we agreed that there was something "off" with the steak ... perhaps not as fresh as it should've been or something, we said we'd veer away from it next time we visited ... because we WILL visit again since finding a Mexican restaurant in the area that is NOT a BYOB seems impossible for some reason so, Central Taco & Tequila is now our go to spot lol. PALOMA, COLLINGSWOOD, NJ…read more I had planned to host a dinner party for 6, with a Spanish Seafood Paella as the main course. Due to fatigue from a recuperated illness, I realized that while I was not up for cooking this dish, I could certainly host my friends at a restaurant. I looked locally for a restaurant with good reviews that listed paella on the menu, and found Paloma's in Collingswood, NJ. I called on a Thurs for Sat. dinner reservations, and spoke with the manager/amazing chef Ernesto. He was willing to take our reservation, where I pre-ordered the Paella for 6, and asked him to choose 4 appetizers. We had an AMAZING meal! First, we didn't have to make choices, though that was an option. The appetizers included cauliflower, wonderful, shrimp ceviche, yum, guacamole and steak nachos...they were all devoured! Second, Ernesto prepared the food himself and everything was so fresh tasting, shrimp, scallops, mussels, clams, and the saffron flavor in the rice was perfect. I don't personally eat clams and mussels, but I did that Sat night, they looked and tasted so good and had just the right texture! We had their flan for dessert, again, delicious! Due to my greediness with the appetizers, I took some Paella leftovers home, and they reheated perfectly. All in all, we had a wonderful meal at a reasonable price. This would have cost more than double the price at a city restaurant and would not have tasted as good!. We will certainly be back, I encourage you to try it!
