    Mango margarita with some sips.
    Rachael A.

It may look like a little house on the outside, but it's a little gem inside. It's like being served by family. Today, 5th of May!!! Cinco de Mayo!!! Take out because usually the wait is sooo long. So I did a take out order which was ready in a flash. I really shouldn't tell anyone about this place because then it won't be my secret. I took home the Carne Asada platter which was big enough for my husband and myself. One nice piece of steak, 4 pieces of chicken flautas, 1/2 a cheese tortilla, rice and beans, some queso and tortillas. Why did I think this wouldn't be enough? Who knows. But I also decided to get the special of four tacos for $10 and of course flan. While waiting they had a special for cinco de mayo (virgin) daiquiris. I took home the mango one to spice up with some tequila. But had a sip before I left there and wished I had a bigger one. Well, my husband and I have tacos left over for tomorrow. I had a bite of flan (my kryptonite) and the rest is waiting for tomorrow. The tomatillo sauce was wonderful. My husband does not like Mexican rice and he ate almost all of it. He loved the cheese queso! And the FLAN?!? It has got to be the smoothest and creamiest one I have tasted. Whatever you do, let's keep this little gem a secret between us.

This place is amazing. I live in town and it is one of my favorite restaurants, especially because…read moreit is a nice change of pace from the numerous Italian and pizza places. It's tiny, with only enough space for about ten tables, so the atmosphere is super cozy. My son and I came here last night during Haddonfield's Friday night candlelight holiday shopping when all of Kings Highway was lit up and filled with carolers and shoppers. My son got the burrito de pescado ($15) and I got the enchiladas de carnitas ($20). Both were excellent and incredibly filling. They don't accept reservations so you'll have to show up and try your luck, and possibly put your name on a waitlist and wait for a call. Also, they will knock 10% off your bill if you pay in cash.

But, their menu should indicate that it is an option. More importantly, the tables don't have hot sauce, but that was fine I suppose since the tacos already had a bit of a kick to them. They were very rich in flavor and the staff are very welcoming and I love the fact that it's easy to walk here from the PATCO Subway Station. But, the establishment is not wheelchair accessible, which is a big red flag in my book, because even though I am not a wheelchair user, I have witnessed firsthand the struggles of those who are. It is the very reason why I hate SEPTA, because 60% of their stations do not meet ADA requirements. All in all, I strongly recommend this place if you like tacos.

I recommend the package of three street tacos: you can get three different kinds from a number of selections. Call ahead or order through the app to save time, it's usually ready to be picked up in under ten minutes. Food has always been fresh and hot, I have never had a single experience that wasn't 10/10.

The cheese was rubbery and not hot. There was barely any shrimp or flavor in this dish The Al pastor burrito was also a little sad. The rice was flavorless, the meat was chewy but the spices were decent. the fries were probably the best thing that I ate, they were crispy. The guac was very very smooth but I like mine chunky with tomatoes, herbs and peppers but that's my preference. I also love when a Mexican spot gives fresh salsa and pico as service which I did not get The mango Al Fresca tasted so weird. It was like watered down not so good mango juice. I love the one at el nopolito so I was very disappointed it didn't taste similar Overall I wasn't happy with the flavors and quality of the food. I'll def be sticking to my usual Mexican food location

Located on the main strip on Haddon Ave, we wound up here quite by accident. When we walked in, and it was funeral parlor empty. The inside is nice, spacious and super clean, but zero customers had us feeling "uh oh." But our server came around the corner and ushered us into an adjoining room, equally as nice, that had a few other patrons dining. Fears alleviated, we sat down and got to ordering. The menu is great, with something from everyone. We got the birria burrito for me, lobster tacos for the Misses, mac and cheese for the Little One, and a side of Sweet Plantains for everyone. FIRST, god lord almighty....them sweet plantains are MAGICAL! They taste like French Toast. OMG......SOOO good. The rest of the food had an extremely high bar to live up to, and it did. Everything was fast, fresh and delicious. Even the price was tolerable. Our server was extremely nice, though I wish he would have written stuff down, as we had to remind him a couple of times about our requests. No biggie. We will, 100% be back, and if it's anything like last time, I have a feeling Paloma will be moving onto the 5-Star list quickly.
