We placed our order at 7 PM. The order was ready at 7:12 and picked up by DoorDash at 7:15 estimated delivery time 7:30 (we live 8 or 9 minutes away). We kept getting alerts that our delivery was delayed. It was finally delivered around 8 PM. The end result was cold limp soggy fries that came with the Cuban. A cold sandwich with a soggy roll. Cold nachos with yes you guessed it, soggy tortilla chips. Everything you would expect when your food is sitting in a car for 45 minutes instead of being delivered. After reheating everything in the oven and air fryer the flavors were all there. This restaurant did a fantastic job and put out very good food. I don't have the heart to give it a low score because that reflects on the restaurant and they did a great job. DoorDash dropped the ball.
