Second, Ernesto prepared the food himself and everything was so fresh tasting, shrimp, scallops, mussels, clams, and the saffron flavor in the rice was perfect. I don't personally eat clams and mussels, but I did that Sat night, they looked and tasted so good and had just the right texture! We had their flan for dessert, again, delicious!
