Even though Chick-fil-A is a fan favorite, I rarely get in the mood for it. Over time, I've found that I get less enjoyment from my meal each time I go. I can't say that it's a company or employee issue; I simply feel like it's my own experiences that make me view the items as less satisfying than I used to. However, I had a friend ask me to pick up some Chick-fil-A for them one day and decided to get some food for myself. This location is off of a small side road perpendicular to Route 73 in Marlton. I had chosen this store simply out of convenience and proximity to where I was meeting my friend. Despite ordering on a busy Friday night, I was impressed with the efficiency and speed of service. I ordered ahead on the app for my friend's food, which was ready as soon as I entered to pick it up. The customer service lived up to the strong reputation of friendliness from Chick-fil-A employees. After being handed her meal and thanked for my visit, I took a look at the menu and decided to order mine. The line inside of the restaurant was almost non-existent. The employee behind the counter was quick to serve me. I went for a variety of items. I ordered a 4-count Chicken Strips meal, a medium Mac and Cheese, an Ala Carte Spicy Chicken Filet, and an Autumn Spice Milkshake. I was pleasantly surprised to see that all of it was prepped and ready after waiting around 5 minutes or so. Even though I was taking all of the food to go, I couldn't help but notice that the restaurant was clean and decorated very nicely. When it came time to eat my food, I was extremely impressed with the quality. Everything from the portion sizes to the temperature of my food items to the consistency of my milkshake was perfect. Some locations really skimp on partially filling your Waffle Fries. This location gave a decently-sized portion. While Chick-fil-A locations can vary in quality and service, this one was a win for me all around. read more

Used to work near here and their grilled nuggets were a staple as I was trying to drop a few lbs and be healthier. I actually like them better than the traditional breaded 'n fried ones. Mobile app is awesome, never have had any issues-which I cannot truthfully say about any other fast food establishment. This morning, we got held up and while we placed our breakfast order a few minutes before the 10:30 am deadline, we didn't make it to the eatery until the famous cutoff time had been exceeded. Guess what? Boo got her chicken (or is it chik'n?) minis and I my chicken biscuit. The biscuit and meat were moist and flavorful with the biscuit clearly having a nice butter/possibly "buttery spread" slathered on it. Yum. Black coffee was piping hot and the vanilla iced coffee cold. Politics aside, it's always "my pleasure" to frequent chick fil a, at least when the line isn't backed out to the point that surround streets are clogged with soccer mom SUV's - Just embrace minivans again please. I'm a huge Chick-Fil-A fan, I even have signature status with them. With that said, this location is probably the worst I've ever had. They consistently make sub-par food at this location. I usually avoid it at all costs, even though I live in Marlton. The only time I'll frequent them is when my kid has a hankering for their breakfast and it's like 10:21 AM. However with that said, today is the last time I'll try them. I don't know if they sample the many other CFA's in the area but if they did, they have to realize there is something wrong with their cooking. read more

Frankly, I have never had a bad experience at ANY Chick-fil-A, but this particular location is my 9 year-old son's favorite and it means so much, as he is autistic and he is so happy and positively stimulated whenever we eat inside the restaurant. He loves the vibe - the low soft music and the clean bright peaceful environment, and of course the food! He is so comfortable and the staff goes above and beyond to make him feel so comfortable - welcomed and acknowledged. My co-worker and I went - I got my usual "Chick-Fil-A Deluxe" but made it a meal (#1 specifically) so I can donate the $1. I ordered a deluxe sandwich and I was given a spicy one. (Absolutely inedible and I can not eat it) I got a large cherry coke and it's out of flavor. I basically paid for an entire meal for French fries. 12 dollars wasted. I get home and realize all this after I took my two babies inside and put them down for their naps. I didn't even get to my soda when I called about the sandwich. I have an suv and the price of gas and the round trip of over 30 minutes is insane to go back for. Good fast food! I went there for lunch today. I've been boycotting CFA for years because of their anti-gay stance. Well, today I caved in because there were district managers visiting my office and I wanted to stay away during my lunch break. I ordered the new grilled chicken sandwich. It was pretty good. Since I asked for the combo, I had the diet lemonade drink (and waffle fries). Seriously, this was my first taste of any french fries in over 3 years (seriously). They were delicious but my craving for fried potatoes are now over and I probably won't want to eat fried foods again for another 3 years. Service was fabulous! They take your order, collect your money, and bring you your drink right away. After you sit down, someone brings you the hot food (no tipping allowed). They collect your tray and trash afterwards so you don't have to figure out how to get everything in the trash can without spilling the crumbs on your clean shirt. read more

Seriously need to try the chicken minis if you've never been here before. Little fried white meat chicken nuggets stuffed in a mini roll painted with a slightly sweetened glaze. AMAZING!!! I can eat a whole tray of these to myself. You come here, you get chicken. That's it. My husbands favorite is their buttery chicken egg and cheese biscuit (not on the menu by the way but just ask for it). The menu is for sausage egg and cheese but you're at Chick-Fil-A so get the chicken. You won't regret it! The biscuit literally disintegrates in your hand. It has been quite a few years since I ate at a Chick-Fil-A. WOW, I was pleasantly surprised!!! The inside of this location was spotless. Every store associate I came in contact with was clean-cut, super friendly and had a smile on their face. The place was packed but service was fast! I had ordered a Spicy Deluxe chicken sandwich. Within a minute or so, my food was brought to my table. The chicken was hot and juicy. It had a nice golden-brown breading, was not mushy. The bun was fresh, had a slight butteriness to it. The lettuce was crisp. As I was eating, a gentleman asked me if I wanted a beverage refill, I obliged. I had thanked him, he then replied 'my pleasure'. In a world where most people now forget "Thank You's' and 'Your Welcomes', this was great service! (I sound old) The seat I was sitting at had a good vantage point. I observed the staff interacting with the other customers, all were very friendly. The bathroom was very clean. This was one of the best Chick-Fil-A's I have ever been to. Not a lover of their politics or the fact they're closed for religious reasons on Sundays, but when I am in the area, I hit this Chick-Fil-A or the one at the Echelon Mall in Vorhees. The usual order is the #1 meal combo with the basic fried chicken sandwich with pickles, a drink and waffle fries. I am neither here nor there on waffle fries, but the chicken sandwich is what I enjoy. The nuggets are pretty good as well. They have 5 dipping sauces I usually get them all. BBQ, Honey Mustard, Chick-Fil-A sauce, Polynesian, Buffalo and Ranch. I like a bit of each of these sauces on a different bite. Seems foolish, but I manage. And it is Peppermint Shake time of year! That's just bonus for me. I never find myself having peppermint anything, but this is like a candy cane shake. Optional whipped cream and a cherry is yours for the taking. I go without. read more

For fast food, it doesn't get any better than Chick-fil-A! When coming back from Boston I always crave their food and I am never disappointed when I get some! Their fried chicken sandwiches are the bomb (especially the spicy ones), but if you want something lighter, their char-grilled chicken sandwiches are always amazing. And don't forget about the waffle fries!!! Not only are the fries great, the sauces are also a star in the tag-team duo. I personally like the Polynesian, Chick-fil-A, and honey roasted BBQ sauce the best (this one is pretty much like Chick-fil-A sauce with a hint of BBQ). Also, if you eat in, you get free refills!! WORST CHICK-FIL-A EVER! We travel a LOT and have eaten at many other locations. None of them are as bad as this one! Corporate needs to make a visit and straighten this place up! Lines are ALWAYS long and slow! Other locations send employees outside to make the line move quicker, but this one doesn't care how long you wait! No one gets sent outside. When you finally make it to the window to get your food, no one apologizes for the 30 minute wait, or is even remotely friendly. It's like this isn't a REAL Chick-Fil-A. If this was a one time thing, I could easily overlook it, but it's consistently this way. Very poor management and orders are frequently wrong at this location. Get it together guys! Ok ok fast food chain...unusual for me. BUT this is the FIRST time i've ever had Chick-Fil-A ever in my life. So i'm reviewing this one as more of a standard for the whole franchise. One Word...Awesome. Since I've never had Chick-Fil-A before, i didn't have much expectations going in. From what i've heard on TV - Chick-Fil-A doesn't open on Sundays and that the owner/founder plans to keep it that way. There are also people who are die-hard Chick-fil-A fans for life, hence why, when i saw one, i needed to go and check it out. I guess i got the original chicken sandwich, french fries and a lemonade. Lemonade was great - lemony, tangy and ice cold. Perfect for the blazing hot day outside. The chicken sandwich was a fried chicken fillet with pickles - realy good...and the waffle cut french fries - man...i really love waffle cut fries. They taste soooo much better! Should be 5 stars except for the new thing they're doing...You have to give a name when ordering..they then give you a magnet with a number on it and tell you to sit down so they can bring your food to you. I was the only person at the counter, ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches on a wheat bun and was going to sit quietly and eat them before heading to work. When asked why they needed a name the cashier told me it was "protocol", so I gave the name Nostradamus, which obviously I had to spell for the cashier and stood at the counter with my magnet waiting for my food. There was no instruction as to what the magnet she left on the counter for me was to be used for...I guess I was supposed to know when she laid it down what to do. Within a few minutes my food was handed to me at the counter and I sat down. They have these table ornaments with a circle at the top with the word Magnet at the top where you should place your magnet. I prefer the older Chik-Fil-A I used to frequent at the Panama City Florida mall I used to eat at in 1982... The food is always great..my spicy chicken was hot and flavorful, but if they want to be a sit down establishment, then they might as well have a wait staff come to you and take your order....otherwise let's just keep it a fast food place. read more

This is my go-to fast food place. The staff is always very friendly. So friendly that it is a little creepy. But so awesomely creepy. One of my friends and I find ourselves drawn to the awesome creepiness of Chick-Fil-A. Also, Chick-Fil-A waffle fries are pretty top notch. (You'll notice that I checked the box for "waiter service". This location always delivers excellent customer service, especially when my order was messed up. One time I ordered a side salad, and they forgot to give me the salad. I didn't look before I pulled away, which I usually do when ordering fast food. I called the store - they were very apologetic. I told them I couldn't come back because I was at work. They offered to refund me the money, and I saw it credited back to me in a few days. Sometimes this location can get a huge drive-thru line, but they offered to come out and take orders from the cars that were waiting to get to the ordering window.
