The team here always gets my order done perfectly, and everyone in the drive-thru treats me with genuine kindness every time. The new Taco Bell menu items have been so good lately, and I'm always looking out for the next thing to try. Quality of the food is decent but if you intend to door dash in the evening be prepared to get no sauce with your order. Seems to be a consistent issue with this location. Has now happened to me and my girlfriend on multiple occasions without failure. read more

It may seem crazy, but I have found a perfect Taco Bell after many years. Anyone who goes to Taco Bell knows that both service and quality of food can vary a bit between locations. I've been here several times, and every experience has been great. This location opened about 1.5 years ago. The building is much newer and contemporary looking. The drive-thru, cafe, and mobile order process are all very efficient. Across the board, all of the employees are very pleasant. Every item I've entered the cafe either for mobile pickup or in-store ordering, I've been greeted and helped immediately. My orders are always handed off by an employee who is very friendly and attentive to check order accuracy. I wish I knew her name since she's been a great part of many of my experiences. Aside from service and ambiance, the major highlight of this location is order accuracy/consistency. I cannot count the number of times I've gone to several Taco Bell locations to have completely inaccurate or bad quality orders. Unfortunately, some of those experiences have happened after leaving the location and not having time to fix the issue. I've never had that problem at this location. The service and quality truly make you second-guess if you're at Taco Bell or a much nicer restaurant Overall, this location is great. My only concern is the experience changing due to high turnover at fast food restaurants. Until then, I recommend this location to anyone in the area. read more

Let me start with the good. The Food is consistent and generally is good as fast foods go. The "bad" goes to the home office IT team who gets my "oversight" award of the year. So I stopped in TB for a quick bite as I have a meeting scheduled nearby and time was short. I went to the Kiosk, placed my order, indicated I was paying via credit card and inserted my American Express card as directed. To my surprise the credit card was repeatedly declined. Since this repeatedly occurred my immediate thought was my American Express card was compromised. I then went and placed my order at the counter and was told the system was temporarily down, which I thought explained the credit card decline. When the system was apparently restored I again tried to pay via American Express cc at the counter. When my food order didn't come thru after waiting about 10 minutes I was told by the nice counter person that the order was not processed and we went thru the ordering process once again ( my 4th or 5th time). When I went to pay she saw I was paying via Am Ex and said "oh we don't accept AM Ex." When I asked her why the kiosk or the credit card machine gives no indication that Taco Bell does not accept American Express, she simply replied, " yeah, we should definitely do something like that". To Taco Bell's IT department. Last I checked, American Express was a commonly used credit card. I have no problem with Taco Bell not accepting the credit card, but people like me are just going to end up wasting their time by your lackadaisical oversight. I would simply say it can't be too difficult to make this clear on your kiosk. I for one visit Taco Bell when I need something quick. I don't want to be delayed by the omission of something as simple as clarifying what credit cards Taco Bell accepts, and which ones they do not. read more

My boyfriend and I drove 20 min out of the way on our road trip to go to this Taco Bell because of the reviews. It's so rare to see any fast food with 5 stars and we had to know if it was truly the best Taco Bell. We were not disappointed. Customer service was fantastic, the line moved quickly, all of our food was assembled perfectly, it was hot and fresh! Even the lettuce was crisp and the tomatoes flavorful. Everyone at this branch needs a raise immediately. Also they have really solid paper straws, not the ones that wilt in 10 min. They gave us a full size drink cup when we asked for water. this is by far the best taco bell I have ever been to. the service is friendly and efficient. the food is so fresh and flavorful compared to all other locations. the vegetables are cold, fresh, and crisp. the tacos are constructed and wrapped very cleanly with the perfect ratio. this is an amazing taco bell! read more
