If I could give negative stars I would. let's start with the rude man ( never even gave me his name) was very aggressive handling my hands from the moment I sat down. I stayed quiet at first but when he asked the shape I wanted he just couldn't understand "Squoval" after 3 attempts of him dis crediting the shape I wanted he continued to ignore my direction and gave me square. I then told him it's okay, I'll just go somewhere else because he's not listening to me. I tried to leave and he wouldn't let me. the whole time basically arguing with me on what stole I Wanted. So whatever I gave hung a shot at it cuz he made me feel really uncomfortable. Welp after he was finished I was so dissatisfied with the thickness, the shape and the length and I asked another worker to remove my Nails because I'm embarrassed to leave the salon with this garbage. I thought they would be considerate of how bad they looke d, instead they basically gathered the whole salon to the front of the salon to convince me that my nail tech is licensed and he did a great job and since he spent the last half hour putting them on then imma stick with em and that they refuse to remove them for me. Then one lady makes a comment in front of the whole store stating I just want free nails! Are you kidding me!? You couldn't pa PAY me to put these ridiculous nails on my fingers! read more

Don't get the guy for your pedicure, not the same level of service I've had from ladies. Tried to come back and give this place another shot since last poor experience earlier in the Sunmer. Once again, pedicure done and over in 17 minutes. Then kicked out of my chair before my toes are even dry so a child can come sit down next to someone else. Barely spoken to the entire time. Told to go sit in a chair across the room. Super poor service. Not worth the money. read more

First time I went here Yen did my gel mani and polish pedi. Both turned out great and the gel mani lasted about a month with no chipping. She cleaned my cuticles very well. She really knows what she's doing. The second time I went in I called and asked for Yen. They said yes she could do my nails. I get there and I ended up with someone else doing my nails. I was already there and just said f it and let her do my mani. She barely cleaned up my cuticles and at the end the lady doing my nails filed the tips down a little which caused the gel to chip right away. I tipped well even though I knew this wasn't the best service. I'll be back tomorrow to get my nails that are already chipping fixed. It's been one day. There's no reason they are chipping right away other than a sloppy service was performed. My rating of this salon is pending uthem making it right and fixing my nails. Note, went back only to have my nails filed and then a clear coat ontop of the chipping gel polish. I will not come back here. My nails are in such bad shape after getting two gel manicures here. Mind you it had been over 3 years since my last gel mani so there is no reason my nails and fingers should be this wrecked. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Minh and Lala were there and ready to take care of us . Well I gotta say I was definitely impressed with the customer service and the quality of the way I was taken care of! Even offered us a cup of hot tea or a water! Minh really took the time and effort to make sure my feet and legs were going to be very happy when I left and she succeeded! I took my husband here for his first pedicure. He noticed right away that I received a much better pedicure; then himself. Along with his big toe nail was damaged while she was trimming his nail. This has not made him not want to come back but he would like the gentleman that did my pedicure, to do his next time unfortunately we did not get his name. Me and my daughter were in desperate need of pedicures so we decided to try this place out after school. Thankfully they were able to take us for being walk ins but the service is horrible. The lady greeting us seemed annoyed and more interested in her phone. I've had plenty of pedicures and this was probably the worst one. The older lady who did my pedicure had a "I don't want to be doing this" attitude and I could tell by the way she was handling my feet. She also asked me if my daughter was my daughter and when I answered yes, she gave me a disapproving look which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I also spent $90 on 2 classic pedicures when it should've been $70, on their website it states gel polish is applied to all pedicures but when you bring it up to them they don't honor it or even notify you that it's an extra cost. I want to give this place a higher rating but unfortunately at the moment I'm not pleased. My daughter got a pedicure and I got a mani/pedi combo. Everyone is friendly, the place is quick for taking reservations, the facility is clean and welcoming. However, my services were not up to par. I feel like my manicure was very lazily done. My pedicure was okay. Last month I had a different nail technician who gave me a way better pedicure. This time, my nails were clipped but not filed straight, some are round, some are slanted, and some were just skipped it looks like. As for my manicure.. oh boy! Water was cold, nails weren't filed, I had to ask for cuticle oil, I had to ask for more cuticle work.. unfortunately by the time I got home some polish was already flaking off, one broke, and my cuticles peeled back, and now look worse than before. read more

I came in to get a pedicure -- treated my self to their Be-Care-Love pedicure which comes with a foot scrub, mask wrap with warm towel and a light massage. The ladies are friendly, but depending on who you get, the quality is severely different. I had a gel manicure Saturday, and Monday the nails starting peeling off in one piece. Clearly the polish was not applied properly. I would have gone back to request a redo, but unfortunately I was out of town for work. Really dissatisfied, I did a walk in service to just get a gel manicure. They rushed the whole process, it was pretty busy from the time I walked till when I left. It only took 20 minutes from start to finish, they drilled the old gel off and slapped new gel on...it was so lumpy that my friend had asked if my 4 year old did my nails. Also it seemed like they had unhygienic practice because the girl who did my nails used tools that were just sitting in a little basket...no fresh clean tools. read more
