It was my first time getting a Sugar Bee wax, and Lis made the experience so comfortable. She was incredibly sweet, took her time, and made sure everything was done thoroughly and professionally. I really appreciated her attention to detail and how comfortable she made me feel throughout the appointment. I would definitely recommend her! read more

Humble Bee Sugaring Studio - Sparks - Sugaring Near Me - Sparks, Nevada

New to sugaring! Glad that I tried it. Good customer service, clean, and flexible with scheduling.

I had an early morning sugaring appointment with Kelsey. I had originally scheduled an appointment on their special, but had to reschedule due to my recovery from my surgery. A girlfriend of mine raved about sugaring so what did I have to lose besides my unwanted hair?! Kelsey met me at the door to let me in. I love that I can get in earlier before work or after. I love that Humble bee is cute and cozy! I especially love that it's been a few hours since my service and there's no down time. I'm in love with sugaring! Kelsey gave me the run down on what to expect with my Brazilian and under arms and she was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. I think I'll be a customer for life! Thank you Kelsey! I'll see you soon and highly recommend Humble bee sugaring! Summer is around the corner and book with Kelsey she's great at what she does! read more

I had sugaring done with Arlei yesterday and it was great! She was very friendly and kept me talking to keep my mind off things. LOL It's not the easiest of processes but she made it very quick! I will definitely be back! read more

I was trying out salons before my wedding and came across Humble Bee. They were doing a special to celebrate their first Reno location and figured I'd give it a shot. Love it so much I went from waxes for special occasions, vacations, etc. to a membership! Here's what's great about their service. They have appointments all day. 7AM-9PM some days and weekend spots are plentiful. Booking can be done online, by text, or by phone. You hear back quickly if you text or call. The result with sugar v wax is slightly less painful and lasts longer for me. They give you privacy to undress and have a stool to step onto the table. The decor is cute and cozy with their signature bee theme. My go to providers are April and Emarain. April is chill & super sweet. Love chatting with her. She also has a special talent for coaxing stubborn hairs out. Emarain is a joy. Also love chatting with her. She has a lot of great after care tips. I had Tiffany in training and she was lovely too. read more

I have never had anything waxed so this adventure was completely new to me. I found out about sugaring from a friend in Minnesota that has been using this process for years. Where have I been??!! I thought I'd try sugaring when I got home to the Reno area. FYI - I found one place that does sugaring in our area and I am thrilled with the process and results. April at Humble Bee Beauty Studio was awesome! She was absolutely the best in making me comfortable. During the process, she chatted with me and made sure I was doing okay. What I thought would be torture turned into a wonderful experience and will be going back in about 5 weeks! read more

All was horrible and then she had a few extra minutes and won't do my brows even though I was only 6 minutes late... horrible all around experience read more

I was looking for a last minute booking and Jaime was amazing! They're located inside Sola Salon at Kietzke Ln next to Micheals and Wal Mart. She was very communicative and was very understanding even though I came in a little late! I came in for a brazilian and eyebrow sugaring. And let me tell you, if you have never tried sugaring, it is way better and less painful than waxing. I came in with a new client $42 special on my wax and my entire experience was amazing! I booked my appointment online and everything was just fast and easy! Will definitely come back for my future appointments read more

Another 5* rating for Humble Bee in Reno. My appointment was cancelled yesterday due to my girl being sick :( and I was immediately rescheduled with Emarain (Emma-Rain). This appointment option was at 7:15 in the morning so I figured I could squeeze it in (shout out to Squeeze In restaurant) before work. Having a Brazilian done first thing in the morning is a sure way to wake up and also a nice way to feel during the day! The girls that work here are SO gosh darn sweet like sugar AND sugaring is seriously the BEST way to go. Never any irritation or in-grown hairs. I will always recommend this for anyone and will gladly continue this type of pampering in the future. read more

I'm super new to Reno & I've been super apprehensive about getting a wax but I finally mustered up the courage to find a new wax-person. Brandi did my very first Sugar Brazilian and I am pleased to say the very least! She was very welcoming and friendly, asking every step of the way about my comfort level and if I was okay! She was also extremely informative about the differences in sugaring and hard wax, aftercare, etc. I think the best part of the whole experience beside the fact that it didn't even hurt, was how personable she was! I could tell she really loves what she does and that reflected in both the experience and the outcome. It's safe to say I have a new wax-person! :) read more

Brandi is awesome! I get my eyebrows done with her and she is so nice and always punctual. I love that she has early morning appointments so I can go before work. She is very gentle and super easy to talk to the scheduling system is pretty simple too read more

Jaime was so great! Great service, easy to book, cute location. Will be back for sure!

I've been waiting for another sugar place to open up in the area since I believe there's only one other. So glad this one popped up on my search, as now I don't have to go all the way to the Bay Area for my wax. Cute little studio located in the Sola Salons. Love that April is here until 9PM for all those people that need to come in after work. I got a Brazilian and my underarms done. I've been getting waxed and sugared for years, even lasered. April is by far the gentlest waxer I've ever had. She takes her time and since I get mine shaped, she had no problem asking me if I liked the progress or wanted it changed. She also asked many times how I was doing to make sure I was comfortable. Highly recommend. read more

This was my first experience with any kind of waxing and it was enjoyable! I wasn't sure what to expect, but April was very friendly and made sure that I felt comfortable throughout the process. It did hurt a little, but it was definitely bearable and April always made sure to check in with how I was feeling. I will definitely be coming back! read more

I decided to try Brazilian sugaring and I received recommendations from previous friends to go see April. She is honestly the best and I always have great experiences when I see her! April always keeps me updated and gives me plenty of information for care and updates for my sugaring. I would recommend her any day to anyone because of how welcoming and calm she is! (and because she's so good at what she does) read more

This was my first sugar wax but not brazilian & it was so painful! I don't blame the waxer at all but I'm hesitate to go back because how much worse it hurt than a hard wax. We'll see how my hair grows back & skin does though. The place was cute, cozy & the waxer was very kind & quick. read more

Jamie is the best! So sweet and and makes you feel very comfortable! I would highly recommend her and this company if you are thinking of getting sugared/waxed. read more

Brandi was great! Definitely felt comfortable and accommodated for it being my first time doing a brazilian sugar wax.

I have been going to Humblebee Studios for over a year now and I absolutely love them. I relocated from Las Vegas to Reno and shortly after they expanded to out here and I was so thrilled I could start getting my Brazilians there again. Emma is amazing and has always been helpful and informative on the processes, she is very professional and makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. 10/10 recommend going here, even if you've never done it before, the results are amazing and you'll never want to go back to shaving again. read more

Phenomenal service! Was assisted right away, and greeted with the most enthusiastic welcome. During my appointment Emerain made me feel very comfortable and was more than polite. I have seen her back in vegas and have been loyal to her ever since. I am so excited that they opened this location in Reno, since there are no other places that do sugaring. Will definitely be back to see her!!!!!!! read more

I have been wanting to try sugaring for a long time after trying waxing. I went to one of the new ladies in Reno and she did a great job with the actual service. My eyebrows look great. However, when doing my bikini line, her bedside manner and comments about body image were unprofessional, to say the least. Stretch marks are a common thing and don't need to be pointed out or commented on... especially implying that I have had babies before, which I have not... This is not what a young and impressionable 20-year-old wants to hear considering the already high expectations placed on women. read more

I've never gotten waxed before and decided I'd try sugar waxing. I got a Brazilian and my underarms done and LOVE the results. I got both done by April and felt so comfortable. She walks you through everything she does and is checking up to make sure you're good throughout the whole service. The little studio is clean and set up so cute and cozy, there is really no other place I'd go to. Thank you, April and Humble Bee! :) read more
