I think they're perfect for men's haircuts and the barber was very kind cutting my 9 year olds hair. I went in for a trim as I'm growing out my hair. $45 for a shampoo, cut and style. I walked out paying $60 with tip. Not bad! We were all walk ins mid day during the week, it was pretty quiet and we were taken care of quickly. Im really torn about where to place stars. I fell in love with photos of another customers Hair coloring which listed the stylist. And it's right by the house score! I called earlier in the week to book an appointment with Erin. Easily enough to get in within a few days for a hair cut. The day of I walk in and there was a gentleman and lady at the counter. No hello just a pointing on the appointment book. I actually said something first yikes! She wasn't sure if my name pronounciation. No biggie. This is where the disappointment kicks in. I sat in the chair covered in a drape to talk about hair length when she pulls out a brush that had hair hanging from it!! I should've up and left but that's not my style. Given the day and age of COVID I feel there should be exaggerated cleanliness add onto that being a germiphobe I was having a hard time. The cut was find and she gave me some hair treatment tips. Had it not been for the unsanitary hairy brush I would love to come back for a color treatment. She was really down to earth and the location couldn't be any more convenient. The pricing for a cut no wash was $35, not too bad in my opinion. But sanitization if anything is a big deal for anyone. So my quest for a great hairstylist will continue. To add icing on top, she was cleaning up when I was getting up from the chair and she pulled the long blonde color off the brush which contrasted with my reddish brown yuck. read more

Ok so I feel like this was a four and a half. I can't give it a four cause I am so happy and Noelle was wonderful. She was very sweet and made sure I was comfortable and happy. There are a few spots in the purple where I see yellow but it still looks wonderful and she said before I left that I could come back for up to two weeks if the color is coming out too much. The stylist cut it to my chin (I wanted it above my shoulders) and cut it like a Karen. -10/10, go here if your blind or 80+ and want a basic trim. I used to love this place but the last time I went was the last time. The prices got jacked up and the guy that cut my hair did not do a $50 job. I hate bad reviews but for some reason the salon has just went downhill. The owner is rude and short with people. And he charged me $40 for a trim that I could have gotten at cost cutters. I went here previously in 2019 and the lady that did my hair (I wish I remembered her name. She was so sweet and kind!) was the best and so sweet and helpful. My hair turned out really good! Fast forward to today, I've wanted to get my hair done again. So I called this salon and a woman named "Joy" answered and was an absolute a-hole. She seemed extremely bothered by my phone call and was so rude and short on the phone with her tone and voice. All the stylist here are so talented! Every one of them are great at everything but each one definitely has a speciality! They also have a great esthetician for facials and Waxing and I believe they are starting to do paraffin wax facials and dipping for your feet and hands! They have a refer a friend special and if you get a service from one of the amazing stylists you can get a certain amount off of a service from the esthetician and vice versa! I highly reccomend this wonderful salon and look forward to more services! They also serve complimentary coffee, tea, water and wine! read more

We started going here after winning gift certificates in a silent auction. Sean is fantastic! He listens to what I want, doesn't push product on me and is just a good guy. My daughter has had mostly good hair care and eyebrow waxing from them, though she did have one not-stellar experience. My teen son's hair is always done perfectly. My husband followed his guy when he left. There does seem to be a bit of turnover but not awful. We've never been walk-ins but it seems like they are hit-or-miss as far as availability. read more

Nice looking salon but the lady who cut my 2 year old's hair seemed like she hated doing her job. Didn't even say hi, got annoyed when my son got scared with the noise from the clippers. She would just step away and stare and just not say anything, clearly annoyed. Not a good experience at all. Rest of staff didn't seem friendly either. To top it off, she did a terrible job on his haircut, so uneven! Not worth the $22 I paid. Definitely not going back and WOULD NOT recommend. read more

He not only fixed my drab hair from an improper toner, and treatment,but exceeded my expectation on what he could do in just one appointment!!! He did amazing/ bright highlights! I was introduced to Annalie from co-worker. Let me tell you. I told her what I wanted and she did an amazing job. I have not LOVED my hair style in at least 20+ years.. I got an ok cut and style, but not anything like what Annalie did for me.. My husband absolutely loved it.. Been a pretty frequent customer of shearz, for the past 3 years at that. But very mixed about the company. My reviews seem to get taken down. Haircuts are hit or miss. today was definitely a miss. Asked for certain specs and completely were thrown out the window. Tasher is a prick. Mentioned how my hairline wasn't very good. Seemed to be passive aggressive the whole time. As was my previous haircut from him. Liked my haircut then suggested that he could make it look a bit better. So sure he's the pro right? Proceeds to absolutely ruin my haircut. I paid, I left. But I won't be going back. I've spent close to $1000 in total from my whole time going, if not more. Haircuts are overpriced I had a simple fade and maybe an inch removed off the top but was $30? Service not the best. I'd just suggest supporting a local business who actually cares and are not gauging up the you know what. Have a wonderful day.
