I made an appointment online a week out, for a new stylist. I went to the appointment and the hair stylist, Nicole P, never showed up. They had me wait for 30 minutes, and at the end said she's not coming. The salon gave me a 20% off coupon and a bunch of apologies. Never had this happen to me before, so I'm not sure what the protocol would have been. But no attempt was made to call someone else in to take her spot.
