I am in my third trimester of pregnancy and had a great experience with Brea. I had expressed that I was I was feeling a bit self-conscious and anxious and Brea helped me feel less so with her calm and professional manner. (Side note, she likes to read so I found talking about books with her to be a great way to distract myself). It sounded like Brea had waxed a number of pregnant ladies already in her waxing career so that was reassuring. I thought she did a phenomenal job. I swear it wasn't as painful as waxing for me in the past had been and I was really happy with the results. I had forgotten my jacket but the company even texted me so I could return and get it. Excellent service all around. I also really liked the studio. It was clean inside and there were a lot of cute signs and things to look at that fit with the bee theme. I do wish they could have decorated the ceiling somehow as that was mainly my view during the service-- perhaps a dangling bee garland would be cute? I will say I wish they had an extra curtain or partition of some sort (what are those called, a Japanese room divider?). You enter through a door and then they pull the curtain closed to cover the door. Maybe they could put one more curtain perpendicular to that one at the foot of the bed just to give a little bit more sense of peace of mind regarding privacy. Overall, I'd highly recommend getting sugar waxing done here. It's a very nice and clean place.

There is not any waiting rooms around these Suites except for a bench at the entrance way. Treatments- offerings are limited to waxing and lashes but I really love her attitude where she focuses only on the things that she excels at. Price- I did my full arms $35 and brows ar $20 not including the 20% off from Yelp. For the Reno area and what felt to be higher end products she used I found it to be a good value. Service- this is a one-woman shop but I found the technician sweet charming and genuine. She seems to have a very strong focus on the best care possible which I can appreciate. I have seen two estheticians there and I like one over the other, so I make sure to book with the one that I have a better connection with and she is a bit more gentle and friendly. I mean you are dealing with hot wax on the skin. I know there is a technique to it, but taking your time and having a pleasant bedside manner is important. ;) I feel like the front desk staff have a script that they follow when dealing with customers before and after the appointment which I find gives off a cold and hurried feel instead of a welcoming and warm feel to it. EWC locations have always seemed more like a cookie cutter/corporate business rather than a calming spa experience. It is what it is- I like the ease of making appointments, the availability on short notice of openings, and the price range so I will keep coming to EWC.

A cut that adds movement, bounce and flow head and shoulders above the rest. Never had this fabulous of a cut before. My hair is long, thin and almost waist length. The color is perfection. After contacting numerous local salons who were too busy to call back or had no openings I was skeptical about my ability to find someone to replace my former colorist and stylist.
