I called and explained I had no key and no key fob, plus my vehicle was parked on a city street with a trailer attached. Within minutes Roy was on the scene. We had to replace the lock on the exterior door to the building of a fourplex in Oakland and Roy got there within the hour. It was a security issue so we were very pleased by how quickly Roy acted. I cannot say enough good things about the service we received from Roy. We had a nightmare tenant that we had a lot of trouble getting to move out of our property. When she left, we had a broken key in the door and no key to the outside security screen door. We knew that we had to go to the property right away to secure the home.
