He was friendly and professional and discussed several options to replace my cranky old front door lock. Getting the old lock off wasn't going to be easy but he drilled it out very quickly and got it off. Vsevolod was the fastest to respond on yelp and was by far the fairest price of all other locksmiths who responded on yelp. He was also very quick to answer my questions and show up to my house at 10:30pm. This was a lockout service on a standard lock. My lock was very old and busted so unfortunately he wasn't able to pick it but he did try several methods and in the end we went with replacing my old lock. He also vacuumed the area once he was finished. This was my first time using a locksmith service and I am extremely happy that I went with Vsevolod.
