Over 5 months after I cancelled my first order, there's a $250 charge from them, and I didn't order anything. I just disputed the charge with my credit card company and they were able to block the charge. I ordered from them once in October 2018, and I cancelled my order because no one would give me a delivery time estimate. They said someone would call me with a more precise time, but they didn't. So I told them I was not going to wait at home for an 11-hour pick-up window, and cancelled it. It wasted my time trying to set it up and trying to pin down a time unsuccessfully. Then they tried to guilt and shame me, to get me to remove my review, and said "you say your a life coach think about what you have done with your dumb review on yelp that makes no sense" My review did make sense. I felt bad for them however, I thought maybe something happened in their lives and it wasn't normally that bad? So I did take down the review, even though everything I said was true. I decided just to let it go and removed it. Only to be charged $250 5 months later. If you've ever used them, check your credit card statements to make sure they didn't falsely charge you. read more

I started using Fresh Undies after my long time(10yrs) local laundry stopped doing pickups and delivery. I am VERY happy with Fresh Undies, I can schedule pickups & deliveries online for day or night, they are prompt and the laundry is folded and packaged perfectly. I did have one slight problem , I'm allergic to fragrances and one time I did have to send my laundry back for scent free clothes, but that was at the beginning, they are well aware of my requirements now and have it noted in my file and all subsequent deliveries have been perfect. Let me say first that the laundry service itself was great and my clothes came back neatly folded and well cleaned. However I had a terrible time trying to arrange the drop off of my clothes. I called for 3 business days straight, sent them messages on the website, and was unable to leave a voicemail because the only voicemail for this business was full. I am too busy to have to stress this much about my laundry and I am paying for convenience, which this was not. If you use them I would stress getting your drop off time at time of pick up or else you will have a very hard time contacting their office. read more

Alas, I've had to downgrade my initial glowing review from 4 stars to 3 as they are proving to be very unreliable. I had to reschedule 2 pickups in a row as the driver supposedly had problems with his van. I waited for him an hour yesterday, rescheduled to today. He is now 45 minutes late for the 10-12 time window and keeps lying about when he'll be here (an hour ago "almost there"; 15 minutes ago "10 minutes" etc. Still hasn't shown up. May need to once again search for a new laundry service. But it seems like finding a good laundry service in NY is impossible... read more

Like others I was charged $250.00 for no reason. They claimed to have refunded me but no credit has shown up in my account. I have had to dispute the charge with my bank and will await resolution. They still claim it was 'done from their end'. Clearly not or I would have my money back. As for the service it is not convenient. They do not let you easily select a delivery time that suits you, rather one that suits them. After pick up they do not inform when you will be getting your clothes back. You have to chase them up on multiple platforms. Their claims are misleading when they say clothes will be delivered 'the following day' this apparently does not mean next day. Clothes were eventually delivered clean but due to poor customer service and unauthorized debit from my account I will not be using again. Avoid at all costs read more

The best laundry service I've used since living in nyc! I initially chose the wrong pick up time, made a quick call and was able to fix my error easily. Staff was so accommodating while on the phone and during pick up and drop off. Clothes smelt fresh, clean, and were folded perfectly. I would HIGHLY recommend using this service! I was really enjoying the services provided but was never able to access my account on their website (same with my roommate). Delivery and pick up were regularly scheduled for a specific time and rarely adhered to with no notification. We've left multiple voicemails on their answering machine. Today I was told their driver crashed their van and that, even though their site says they service our area code, they don't service our area and were "basically doing us a favor". First couple experiences were fine , they folded my clothes very well and it was very clean. I don't know what happened , but it has gone down hill. My clothes started coming back with weird stains or shrunk, and people stopped showing up to my my door to pick up my laundry even when I had made an appointment online . Love this service! My apartment charges an arm and a leg to use the washer and dryer so decided to try out fresh undies. Was a little worried because my grandma is extremely picky about the way her clothes are washed, dried and folded but, everything was delivered clean and looked like a machine folded it, it was so perfect. I stopped using this service once they stopped delivering to my area. In the time that I used fresh undies the service was great and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately about a month and a half ago I was wrongfully charged $250 which seems has happened to many people. I have made several phone calls which have always been received in a friendly manner, yet there has been no refund. I have sent 3 unanswered emails about the matter and I'm extremely disappointed in how this is being handled. They were so quick it take $250 out of my account yet when it's time to return it I'm the one who has to put in all the work? I have contacted my bank to disputed the charge which hopefully will work, and if not I will making an in-person visit. As a graduate student who works for free, this was a huge blow to my livelihood and an added stress on my school and work load. I will also be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. I wanted to badly to think highly of this company, but I have been extremely let down. read more
