He tells me to give him a minute, goes into the back, and I very politely said I was in a rush for work and just needed to pick something up really quickly. He finally comes out from the back close to 10 minutes later. When I brought up that their own website says they open at 7:30, he replies that it 's wrong and also says they're open on Sundays, which they aren't. Then why wouldn't you change what it says on your website? He never apologized for making me wait over 30 minutes. He must have called me "Mr. Hastle" at least three times - because I showed up when you open? There was another customer there as well so it wasn't just me. There are better options in the neighborhood. I'm never coming back.

Yellowstone Laundromat does a great job laundering and also folding and stacking the clothes and linens - making it so easy to transfer to drawers and shelves. From the staff being friendly to the unit being clean, organized and always welcoming setting, it is also a safe location. We used the unit for big loads and recently used their drop off and pick up service which was very simple, and so much easier. However, I really appreciate that the seamstress took the time to explain that the hemming was about three layers of clothing and requires such intense work as well as the shoulders.
