It's a small, cozy cafe with a limited breakfast menu, but both of the items we tried were very good. We had the hashy bowl and ham and cheese croissant with 2 eggs. You order at the counter and then the server brings you out your food. Service was also excellent. Next time that we're in Newburgh, I would definitely stop by Cafe Little Treasure again.

There were so many tempting options that it was hard to choose, but I ultimately went with the Goat Cheese & Honey Danish and paired it with a medium coffee. Overall, I'm glad I added this stop to my Cold Spring adventure. Dominican-style salami, fried cheese, and fried eggs served alongside mangú. Mangú, is boiled, mashed plantains and originated in West Africa. Huge fan of the fried cheese, fried salami was okay, eggs basic but good, and the mangú I was a fan however it does not pack a ton of flavor in my opinion I also bought one Tequeno, which is a fried spear of wheat dough stuffed with semi-hard queso blanco. This is a popular snack in Venezuela. I was not a fan of this however as it was very tasteless. In my opinion it needed a dipping sauce of some sort. I was glad I tried the array of Dominican food however my girlfriend and I both agreed it wasn't our fav.
